@Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

@Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

@JoelDTD They **** you if you need a phone but now you’ve got Belong who cover a fair bit of regional Australia (they use the Telstra towers). Roll over data and cheap plans ($15, $25, $40)

@Xico938 Optus internet has been horrible up north. We had nothing but issues with them when we lived by the Lyell Mac hospital. Telstra has been so much better. Optus support was also trash.

Lovely (not) morning with 4 different #telstra support persons trying to resolve problems. All ok accept we kept dropping with one way voice issues. Fix those VoIP issues #telstra! Also agent number 1 bailed on me when he didn't know how to solve. More training for him please!

@marcuskelson Forced to switch to NBN. After 40 years with Telstra I swapped to Aussie Broadband . Fantastic service by staff in Australia, download is great .

@Telstra @KathrynLouise99 2/ Today my service is down AGAIN & I’m spending a fortune on cellular data. Where do I get this form? I’ve asked for a refund several times, & I’m told I must wait until the problem is sorted. I’m done waiting.
