@Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

@drCharlie_C @NBN_Australia Same. My suburb wasn’t directly impacted, and there’s been no internet for over 2 weeks. Optus and Telstra are now both reporting the outage, but NBN still says everything is fine. It’s clearly not. Zero communication, zero accountability. Come on, @NBN_Australia, do better.

@NBN_Australia I’ve reached out to my ISP multiple times over the past 2+ weeks. Both Telstra and Optus are reporting NBN network outages in my area. The upstream light is blinking on the NBN box, and there’s no online light. It’s been 2 weeks now and you still haven’t addressed the issue.

@katieqs @Telstra This is the outcome of privatisation. Telecom infrastructure is essential in the time of emergency. Private companies do not invest in it because there’s no money for them. 😠
