Telstra fined $50 million over unconscionable treatment of Indigenous phone plan customers --and justifiably so What an insidious Communication Company,Needs constant investigation by the ACCC.Their contracts are full of hidden traps and their replies to a complaint is negligible

  • flabbergutsted paul donnelly (@flabbergutsted) reported

Wow! @Telstra fined $50m for inconsiderate treatment of indigenous people. Sounds lie another #MurdochGutterMedia attack on his opposition, with a little help from his friends. Meanwhile Murdoch treats all customers with inconsideration every day.

@abcnews Telstra are scum. Pro tip: Aldimobile use the Telstra network and aren't evil

  • ShaneBryan_IT Shane Bryan 🍩 (@ShaneBryan_IT) reported

After years of businesses getting less and less support for mobiles directly from @Telstra now they’re introducing a $3 monthly (optional) “adaptive mobility” fee to get support that should be included, and free 🙄

  • gwendabgilbert Gwen Gilbert (@gwendabgilbert) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@RedFiddler I use Aldi - for phone and all data, hotspot to tablet, computer, TV, etc. Can buy package to suit your needs, it runs on the Telstra network. Have used it for some years and am really happy with it.

@moylecroft @NewtonMark @Telstra I need to follow up on a older friend. Went to T store to find out why she had a high data bill. The “answer” was a higher plan, not work out the cause. I’m unclear if it was an appropriate outcome. Customers need non sales incentivised support.
