@LifeTimeCooking We resolved the admin issues (outstanding bills she can no longer pay herself, and a dead phone which Telstra *now* knows about). As for the washing: I asked them about it in Nov, but nothing has happened so I'll ring the manager on Monday with a stern voice.

@Frankca80011834 Too many people 1 area for a single tower, you get overlapping signals anyway … towers struggle in high volume areas If Optus was out and vida I would suspect something but if only Telstra - the do go down often just you would normally notice

@Telstra I honestly can't be without a phone to 4 days while I wait for Telstra to screw me around. Telstra can't deliver on a service they promised and that is a breach of my consumer rights. I'll take my business else where. Thanks for your help

@Frankca80011834 @Bex21021 Of course it has. That wipes out most of the mobile internet connection for anyone there cos Optus and a few others piggyback off Telstra’s network.

@smilingCatassin Sunburnt much? Aloe Vera STAT! Telstra scramble? Yeah,nah. Networks hv broken down many times b4, especially on NYrs eve. So that's bolox. I'll throw my bullshit card into the poker pile of relentless ********. So sick to death of this divisive 💩

@Telstra I am trying to give Telstra ever opportunity to right their wrongs. My business account is 23 years old and has 15 services attached to it. Misleading consumers is illegal. Consider Telstra failed to provide the agreed upon service I except my final bill to be $0
