@WakeinFright @Telstra Unfortunately there’s no way. But if you use the My Telstra app and use the word “complaint” a lot, they’ll get someone to call you. Either that or move house. That got me my own private phone agent.

@KadyLio They took over my dads landline a week ago & because Telstra were so slow at getting the number changed he received hundreds of calls a day abusing him trying to scam people..

My dads home phone number was hacked by scammers! He has received 100s of calls from people, many abusive! He has requested to change the number but @Telstra still haven’t changed it & the calls are still coming every minute! It’s horrible but no one seems to be doing anything 🤯
