@Telstra - You should have a way to report problems with infrastructure (e.g. as now, my local exchange - confirmed with a neighbour) that doesn’t rely on having the ‘My Telstra’ app installed, or having access to Customer ID. Not listed on your Outages page.

@netz_melb @stbayside The issue is with Telstra. They have apparently now said they have 630 people taking calls. The record this morning was 77,000 people calling in 15 mins. Even Telstra couldn't handle that.

Hi @Telstra thanks for the email about Telstra Platinum tech support. Couple of points, I have used the service and the operator wasn't 'Australian based'. Other then that the email used a nice colour of green. Regards

@Chrisjstony Exactly... I wouldn’t go with Telstra even if they were giving away free Carrier pigeons. They would be without a doubt the worst company in Australia to deal with.
