    @Telstra Thanks for making contact Ryan. I am only contacting Telstra because I get texts telling my my NBN box has fallen back to 4G. So I have had 4 support calls. No one bothers to look at previous notes so 4 times I have been thru “is it plugged in?”

    Why are there never any notes on your system? No follow up, all on the customer to waste hours to sort out. @telstra messaging app loads like once a day, I have uploaded photos, details etc and still they have no idea

    @rup31 @Telstra Apple seem to want to help but of course their app works everywhere else but on Telstra TV. Their tier 3 escalation is to engineers. Telstra’s tier 3 means going to a Telstra shop. 😐

    “You know how no one showed up 2 weeks ago? Well this time we are going to send someone!” 4 support calls in the last 2 weeks and we are now back to this. Meanwhile Telstra has been sending me texts and emails telling me how important it is that I contact them to fix the prob

    I’m on my 4th attempt to resolve a Telstra NBN issue that they brought to my attention. I’m 50 mins into the latest attempt and I am now at the “are the cables plugged in?” stage. #FFS

    @Telstra Thanks @Telstra no I haven't as it is going to be too hard to sms this info to my 72 yo mum. And I can't call her to talk her through this, due to her line being down. But thanks anyway. Also the outage page is not working for me either hence coming to twitter for answers.

    @Telstra N/63DDE9DE. It might be an Apple error code, but the problem is Apple TV plus works on everything I own except for Telstra TV. I simply can’t log in. Seems to be lots of chatter about this problem with Roku (who makes the box)

    @Telstra now passed to the 7th agent in 24 hours. Also promising to resolve my problem because they understand how frustrating this must be. Trust me, they have no idea.
