@Telstra We’ve had to go through these basic steps about a half dozen times and it never got taken any further y’all just gave up and decided that we’d be happy with an unusable internet service if we got $20 off our phone bill.

  • obamalover_70 Finn (@obamalover_70) reported

@Telstra NBN connection through Telstra (when it actually works), but I can’t tell you anything about the get help tab as I don’t have a my Telstra account (it’s my mum’s service, but this lunacy is affecting everyone in the house equally)

  • obamalover_70 Finn (@obamalover_70) reported

@Telstra We’ve completed this troubleshooting several times. One time you guys even said it had been resolved when it clearly had not been. We’ve had issues with our service for weeks and have contacted support numerous times and been brushed off every time. Completely unacceptable.

  • lisashapovalov7 lisa shapovalova💞 (@lisashapovalov7) reported

  • jackisaacwise Jack Isaac (@jackisaacwise) reported

@fictillius Four hours multiple countries various confirmation codes and ultimately a complaint to the telephone ombudsman by me and my wife got a text from Telstra acknowledging they received a complaint and will be in contact with her fmd.

  • obamalover_70 Finn (@obamalover_70) reported

Really wish @Telstra would stop telling us to try things on our end to fix our internet when we have everything set up correctly and this is very clearly a problem with either their service or their infrastructure
