@Telstra So the My Telstra app chat is broken on my iphone and will not open. Using the computer all I get is an AI chatbot and cant get real help.

  • Arbiter04032000 Mako Dolphus (@Arbiter04032000) reported

Telstra better be reimbursing us for this ****. "We're putting extra data on all of your accounts!" Yeah that's great and all but some of us can't even get 4G half the ******* time, let alone halfway decent speeds.

  • adam_turner Adam Turner (@adam_turner) reported

Update on my mobile woes - made the switch to Boost because it looks like the best of the MVNOs using Telstra. So far so good. Will worry about global roaming down the track

  • dgaust dg (@dgaust) reported

@niall_bigscreen Telstra routed the two routes (meant to provide redundancy) through the one piece of equipment. So when the power supplies failed, the whole connection went down. Took Telstra hours to send a technician to even look at it, then another 10 hours to get the parts and fix.

Who's got two thumbs and and an initramfs image that claws its way onto the internet to scream for help via Optus, Telstra or dhcp ethernet when boot fails? 👍Horrible ************* lizard👍 (Special thanks to @dyatlovassincdt)

  • Faustus_Socinus Alan Petridish (@Faustus_Socinus) reported

Lol, the number of @telstra scam calls today was just amazing. I'm thinking only old folks persist with landlines these days. No one else would put up with the crap. Enabling these criminals should be a crime.

  • xssfv4yxrf Jay (@xssfv4yxrf) reported

@Telstra can you help me cancel my service please ? Modem was ordered on the 15th dec and hasn’t come yet. Your chat is not working and phones have 30 min wait times. What kinda company are you guys running lol

  • TornPacific TornPacific🖤💛❤ (@TornPacific) reported

@blakandblack @Telstra Have been scammed, you will need to cancel your number.

  • moonscapecat Annon Survivor (@moonscapecat) reported

@ninafunnell Yes Telstra. I've seen concerns raised however how exactly are Telstra going to achieve annononimity of callers when they can easily identify the number from their end Will this be a barrier in victims seeking help? I hope not

  • PaulJohnHodgson Paul Hodgson (@PaulJohnHodgson) reported

@Telstra Thanks Ryan. We understand we won’t ever be getting NBN because an ‘existing provider delivers a fibre network to this area’. Given that Optus has been forced to close their network, it must mean the former Telstra Velocity network.
