    If you sign up on a plan with Telstra I would advise that you keep the date you signed up as they have a policy of not contacting you when your plan expires. They hope you will keep paying,they even kept charging me after I cancelled a service. Might be legal atm but is immoral.

    @Telstra No i missed his call yesterday and he hasn't called back. Here's a case # I was given 05733940, that is related to it. I was told by the chat person that day, a Telstra rep would come to my house on the 3rd and never turned up, no txt or call. I'm still having 20+ dropouts a day

    Why cant telecommunications companies be made to supply a deactivate/cancel account button with accounts outside contract terms or all accounts for that matter??? @NSW_FairTrading @Telstra

    @Joabyjojo @DaveMilbo It could also be the Telstra **** they add to it if you are on a plan that Google doesn't allow.

    @D_Keating Not in the CBD, but Telstra were working on the Mobile Network at Jimboomba, and there was no mobile data for a couple of days.

    Contacted @Telstra at 10:20am and have just now received a message response 12:28pm 🙄 Outside of Centrelink @Telstra offers the very worst service for paying customers.

    @nick_spurway @Telstra We had the same issue with our electricity provider - forced a DD and then deducted 750 precisely 2 days after sending the email bill.

    @Telstra Foxtel on demand service has stopped and need a new set top box . Requested last Dec nothing has happened. Have been trying continuously to sort this out through the Telstra app help chat system for 3 days. Promises to help and no actual assistance. What can I do?

    @fitba11 Telstra randomly shut off my mum's Foxtel even though it was under contract and basically just wouldn't admit they messed up. Took a month to be fixed and was a 3 click fix
