The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@NBN_Australia and @Telstra why can't you guys just update your status pages when a service (internet in my case) is down. You both state that the service is fine but after spending an hour on the phone and getting support to dig down it's actually "impacted by an outage" WTF

@Telstra @HannanCathie @LesStonehouse I did not sign up to Telstra for internet. It's a LANDLINE & I called & logged my complaint. Was assured that it would be seen too nearly 4wks ago. I don't have internet on my account because of cost to install & consistent failure to service my fully paid for EXISTING ACCOUNT.

@Telstra @NBN_Australia When I reported it the service was already down by well over an hour. I think 1 hour of downtime is time enough to declare as such on your outage page. Yes I did get an estimated restoration date .... June 22nd !!!!

@Telstra I have sent a DM. But, to be honest, I'm not holding out much hope. 3 hours on Friday and 3 hours today and the issue still hasn't been resolved!
