The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@ninafunnell Yes Telstra. I've seen concerns raised however how exactly are Telstra going to achieve annononimity of callers when they can easily identify the number from their end Will this be a barrier in victims seeking help? I hope not

@Telstra So the My Telstra app chat is broken on my iphone and will not open. Using the computer all I get is an AI chatbot and cant get real help.

I must say whilst I am very frustrated with my NBN problems with @Telstra I am very happy with the Twitter support. I am hoping the local upgrades fix the issue very soon #veryslow #frustrating

@Telstra You will then ask me to verify my identity, which I have done many times to hundreds of your staff and even had you then publish that information in a public forum, even though ‘systems’ prevent it. I’d have to be some sort of ******* idiot to keep doing that wouldn’t I Viktor?

Telstra better be reimbursing us for this ****. "We're putting extra data on all of your accounts!" Yeah that's great and all but some of us can't even get 4G half the ******* time, let alone halfway decent speeds.

@BrentHodgson And remote regions of Australia if I'm going to be frank.... signal for other mediums isn't what they make out.... telstra has become a joke where it was once a world leader.
