    The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

    @Telstra If you look at my profile, it says who I am and what the name of my company is. As I am an existing customer, it shouldn't be so hard to get someone to find my number to call me. Someone did it yesterday, after all.

    While at the Telstra Shop I saw “customer case managed in 2014” in the notes and had a good chuckle. Then I remembered I was dealing with some ****** phone calls around that time and the team was magnificent helping me out.

    @Telstra Thanks- a delightful lady called and listened patiently. THANK YOU. In complete contrast to yesterday’s absolutely dreadful waste of 4 hours. Sorry but first line support needs significant retraining. I lost $740 of billable consulting time and got nowhere. We will see soon!

    @Telstra @Foxtel @FOXTEL_Help I have been waiting since 1pm to receive a call back from your support team. My Foxtel box has a “hardware” fault that cannot be diagnosed by simply connect into it. It’s a bit hard when the fault shuts the box down. I spent 1hr on the phone already

    @AppleSupport Your Australian call center appears to be having problems - After dealing 133-622 in Australia, all DTMF options from a Telstra iPhone do not work. Tried multiple times, from multiple iPhones. Got through once, but the audio from your agent was inaudibly quiet
