The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Great way to end a shitty year. Called in to a Telstra shop to seek help in relation to a problem with a phone bill. Waited 20 minutes only to be told that they couldn’t help and that I’d have to ring.....Telstra!!!!

@Picketer I went back to Telstra 10 yrs ago to get cable broadband. Along came the NBN and I had gifs buffer. Telstra said 'Nothing wrong our end' for 8 months. Finally got the NBN out to fix it. Telstra repaid 8 months of fees and I'm now with iiNet.

@Monty_Quinn This was my exact scenario with @Telstra last week. The rep kept telling me I had to buy another cable and that wasn't even the issue.

@Telstra Any chance I can get some actual help? Spent the past 4 days speaking to 8 different people trying to get a refund for getting charged twice for my service... At this stage it looks like you guys think it's easier just to keep my money and ignore me?

I've been an @Optus customer for over a decade. However, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. No customer service whatsoever. Their representatives will openly lie to you. Pathetic. @Telstra , here I come.

@Telstra why is the apple watch series 6 not compatible with Telstra one?? All the other providers are. If I’d known I wouldn’t of purchased and this is false advertising. You cannot sell a product and yet don’t support the services it requires!

@ColdHeart_Prj @Telstra Oh... Yeah... That... Sigh... I had issues with Optus a few years ago when I met my wife. Her internet didn't work. After a month of back and forth, they finally realised the issue was on their end, and sent 6 months worth of refunds for lack of service to backdate
