The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra landline is down, and can't get a dial tone. Does this mean the line is down? I tried turning all equipment on and off. Internet still works

@Telstra *Sigh* Someone is finally back in the convo & answered me. Asked the same question from rhe start of the convo & now thinks they're fixed the problem coz my internet is working atm. 🙄 I have asked for a mgr or super. I have spent hrs already today & am absolutely nowhere 😕
