The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@YaThinkN Telstra has given up on the regions , they are putting all their money into city5G , because 5G only works in the cities . Selling a monopoly and expecting it to improve was bonkers . We country folk pay more for our rubbish service to subsidize the city infrastructure .

Hi @Telstra, me again - I requested for escalation & a complaint to be raised 3 times this week and it didn't get done until last night - do you have a publicly available escalation process documentation? Should I not only have to wait 5 days from my first request? @andy_penn plz

@Telstra sends a txt saying I have X amount of data & to recharge ASAP. If I check my details on the web, that is incorrect — I have much more. When I call help, the guy doesn't know. It's not his area. Apparently, there is no real help because it's Sunday. Is #Telstra for real?

@Telstra So travelling by train across these areas which are controlled by telecommunications often on the Telstra network are the 0.06 percent out of reach to the general public.
