The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@andy_penn hey Andy how’s your night going? You got nbn? Yep phoned Telstra again as I got a text to phone and get connected to faults, which I did. You wouldn’t believe it - but they can’t fix the problem

@Telstra So, the 3G component of your tower failed on Monday and you told everyone for 4 days that there was no problem. May I suggest that the next time people say that your phone service isn't working, that you do something rather than than spend all that effort & esources denying it.

@andy_penn hey Andy 3 modems later still no service and it seems that they disconnected my nbn at my home address and put on another nbn at my 2nd address - I’m guessing because there are 2 connections now at other address - Telstra service hopeless

@Telstra ... plus I'm not getting any emails with attachments. Credit is not recompense enough. This is not just an inconvenience. Reliable communication with the outside world is one of the few threads that keeps me hanging on... and today I'm lucky enough to get a signal.

@Telstra please tell me you're joking? the link doesn't work. what you've said implies no broadband AND no 4G?? At the same time? you have to understand, I'm disabled, mostly bedbound, and communication with the outside world is the only way I can keep sane. This is a nightmare.

It's raining so hard my tv doesn't work. It's not long before my NBN quits too and I'll be left with ¹/² a bar of @Telstra 3g ..... Hooray.

@andy_penn hey Andy yes I’m back on the 132200 number waiting to talk to someone again after receiving a text from Telstra to phone. Yep on hold - can you organise for me to be paid for the hours I’ve spent trying to fix this problem
