The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra i think your entire internet network has shat the bed... i'm paying for 250 Mbps down and 22 Mbps up, i'm only getting 6.7 Mbps down and 3.7 Mbps up... your outage search on your site is horrendous as well as it NEVER detects outages or disruptions

Even though not the outcome I was hoping for @Telstra just provided me the best customer service over the last 3 business days than Optus ever has over the last 10 years. I had 3 calls and 2 emails to check in letting me know how everything was going.

well done @telstra it only took 46 minutes on the phone to open a new mobile service....and that was 44 minutes talking to your agent. for a tech company you are a JOKE. @andy_penn

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU I’m with Telstra and they did the same thing. ‘Improvements’ that meant little to no coverage for weeks. I made a complaint, why should I pay for a service that’s non existent. They gave me a credit on my bill and service was restored the next day.

@kentparktweet @VodafoneAU ALDImobile and Boost both have amazingly cheap mobile plans backed by the Telstra network. For a good low-cost ISP it’s hard to go past Exetel.
