  • DamienCWalker Farmering Dad (@DamienCWalker) reported from Windermere, State of Tasmania

The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

  • bobbychallton Bobak Rafiee (@bobbychallton) reported

@Telstra Can’t raise anything cause there’s no help from the bot When I request a call the automated call hangs up after 15 seconds of ringing The service has disappeared from my account My security is linked to my NBN service and it’s been down

  • DangerousMere Dangerous Meredith (@DangerousMere) reported

AND #Telstra are charging me $$$ to unlock my phone so I can use a travel sim card, even though they can't offer me service in half the countries I'm going to. So they are financially penalising me for their lack of service / coverage! @Telstra = greedy greedy pigs.

  • PurpleTarantula 🕷Arachne🕸🌻 (@PurpleTarantula) reported

@missrobinson @Telstra I live in a tourist town, and over holidays the network gets so jammed that I can’t even check in on my kids at home whilst I’m working. (Telstra)

  • mattsquair Matt Squair (@mattsquair) reported

@missrobinson @Telstra Not so much the signal I’d guess but that your phone needs to handshake with the cell-tower. When too many phones are also trying to you won’t be able to get time on the tower and brrr.

  • Arnagest Mystikan (@Arnagest) reported

@MarkWRowley If people start paying for this, and Facebook bans them for 30 days, there could be some interesting court cases over it. You don't get to take my money and then refuse to provide the service. Imagine if Telstra said you can't phone anyone because we don't like what you say.

  • RoseDenim Rose Denim 🌹 (@RoseDenim) reported

@_sara_jade_ Had one of those. Sent by Telstra. Only courier on planet unable to find address. At home, waiting. nothing. Went back to depot as incorrect address. Bloke at depot tried to help. Confirmed correct address but retry was out due to driver’s claim😖Never got item. Telstra useless😖

  • missrobinson Amber (@missrobinson) reported

@bymyers @Telstra My kids are with Woolworths mobile (it gives me a grocery discount) and that’s also on the Telstra network

  • ThomasWGosling Tom Gosling (@ThomasWGosling) reported

@PaulFletcherMP 18 minutes? That’s nothing, more common is 45 - and that’s under both parties. It’s done deliberately, to emphasise to the unemployed that they are at the bottom of the heap. Nearly as bad as Telstra and some of the medical centres.

  • bobbychallton Bobak Rafiee (@bobbychallton) reported

@Telstra if you hang up on me one more time I’m literally going to the ACCC Internet has been down for 2 weeks while I’m in USA and I’ve paid the bill
