The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra I've just bought into a Velocity area and I'm wondering if I've made a terrible mistake? Our internet has never worked via WAN and only ever in a hit&miss fashion via cell backup and today the whole thing is down completely? Any advice? 4209

@Telstra Just a dead line. Neighbours phones work so must be at my place. Second time this year. Yesterdays floods might have caused some damage to Telstra infrastructure though?

@MarieColemanAO Same here this afternoon. 😠We don't pick up. As soon as answering machine comes on, they hang up. I do not believe Telstra is incapable of doing something about these nuisance calls.

@Telstra I received a text: “We have identified an issue with your home internet service so your Telstra Smart Modem has switched to our 4G mobile network to help keep you connected...” I had no idea something was wrong with our internet?! It had been working fine so I’m confused

@MarieColemanAO Report it to Telstra. Usually these type of callers want you to authorise them to take control of your computer by pretending it’s the only way to fix a non-existing problem. Don’t engage.

@Telstra Such a great idea, I tried it last year,and it failed. Kayo claimed they never got their money, spent a whole day with Telstra trying to sort it out, but they couldn't find the problem either. After 4 days Kayo cancelled my subscription.
