Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Cheaper to fix/replace after it breaks rather than expensive preventative maintenance or eliminating all single points of failure. Profit first, customers last, every single time.

C C (@CC68891975) reported@marquet_yvette Same here but things have been difficult, not running as per usual. I’ve had a few issues, there has been activity under my Health app which I never use. Got notifications and then couldn’t read the messages.I must say, Google were amazingly helpful. Telstra are working on it.
