    Just had a terrifying time went into Telstra to solve a problem with my iPad went home only to discover they turned my phone off !

    The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

    As a means of spreading around risk have some phones on the Telstra network and some on Optus. As a company to deal with in terms of billing and plans: Optus is just horrendous.

    Still no fix, Telstra should be utterly ashamed to call themselves an Aussie company. Predatory, deceptive and fraudulent business practices are NOT Australian.

    @Telstra The question I should ask next then…if I’m paying a premium amount to get 5G access & speeds but not currently receiving them shouldn’t I be compensated for the loss of service? Getting around 20% of the download speed but paying 100% of the price. How does that work?

    @mittyhayes @Telstra Same on Eyre Peninsula SA. Can see the towers and no mobile data and phone calls constantly dropping out or not ringing at all. Gotta wonder why we are paying for a service we don’t get!!

    @mmontyj3 @Telstra @SffRoy Don't be fooled into false sense of confidence by Telstra SM team here either. Nobody will help you, it's just lip service to temporarily placate customers. I've been trying to deal with Telstra since 26th February. This time. We had excellent services until #Telstra "upgrade".

    @JustKatIsFine @Telstra Yes! We had no internet for 36 hours until they finally fixed it for us today, and they tried to tell us it was an NBN problem. The NBN tech came out, even replaced our modem for free and it was 100% a Telstra issue

    ... number to @Telstra still went through. Back to live chat urgently as I have no service. No explanation as to why the request was sent through to Telstra even though the order was cancelled. Because the port in was cancelled my number is now somewhere ...
