Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

yeah yeah its anne (@annabell_JG) reported@Telstra prices of plans going up but half the time you loose reception go shopping in supermarkets/train locations reception gone we pay top dollars and get horrible service if complain told oh its difficult indoors! Interesting how lower income countries have better reception!

Andrew Godman (@Andrew_Godman) reported@Telstra Not at home right now, but I’ve tried it in the past to no success when speeds are poor. I use to get 5 bars of 4g when the old tower was over the road. Now it’s 1 bar or either 4g or 5g after the “upgrades”

LifeWithBeard™ (@ayyyitspete) reported@mikjcal @kpmuddle @Mr_Fanta_Pants Voda did a network sharing deal with Optus so they get all of Optus' rural coverage & Optus gets access to Voda's towers & fibre in areas Optus don't have a presence to install their radio gear and build out their network. Optus does very well vs Telstra in regional these days.

Madge (@Frafflee) reported@Telstra you send me a bill. I want to open it on my phone. But no I have to sign in. I don’t want to. I shouldn’t have to. No other utility provider has the hoops you put in place. Just like they allow payment via a payment portal not via their website. Do better.

Steph McG (@oohaah_67) reported@Telstra now it’s a joke hey! Hamlyn Terrace and surrounding areas without 5G for the last couple of days. If you can’t fix or find the fault how about deploying mobile towers. Not everyone has NBN connectivity.
