    Just had a terrifying time went into Telstra to solve a problem with my iPad went home only to discover they turned my phone off !

    The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

    @Telstra Can you PLEASE get someone to ring me? I want to CANCEL EVERY Telstra Service I have.... YOU HAVE NO CUSTONER SUPPORT, you can't even provide internet service. I was better off on ADSL... and that is a very SAD thing

    @Telstra @zoobomax @Telstra you need to get your act together with this, you are the ONLY streaming service in Australia that does not offer Disney+ and you've been saying that "you're working on it" since 2019. It's now March 2021. Seriously can you not see the THOUSANDS of complaints about this?

    @Telstra have been unable to send email since about 10pm last night in Melbourne. Mail client says outgoing server does not support encryption type. My mail client is using ssl/tls, why would it suddenly stop working last night?

    Hi @Telstra How do I do a hard reset of my Telstra TV box? It keeps freezing between changing from app to live TV and the pause / rewind live TV also freezes. I’ve unplugged the power but that’s no help.

    Surprised their staff have never told me this. Given all the complaints I’ve made over the past year of not being able to add my account to My Telstra app. Explains the “never seen before error message”, their staff was telling me when I was trying to close my account. @acccgovau

    Fingers crossed the account has been closed as per the email they sent me earlier in the month after my TIO complaint. Gesus. All that effort done to simply close my Telstra account. Let’s hope that’s the end of that. This is why we need competition. Have alternatives.

    Okay - Thanks to Toren at the @Telstra call centre who not only fixed all my drama but turned me from a frustrated grump to an ongoing customer. Hopefully, he has resolved the issues.
