    The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

    Not only cooking with gas, the messaging app was going along with their lovely on hold music #telstrahell No wonder the experience was draining @Telstra as there is no after hours help for business

    @9NewsAUS @DamoNews It should never have been coporatised in the first place, like Telstra, Qantas, @CommBank etc etc. The only way to save it is support the fight for a stand alone post office bank. That'll give the big 4 banks some competition.

    @RuncibleH Bro - not even!!! The ineptitude that still exists in Auspost, CBA and Telstra is still at Monty Python levels. OS Companies with lower operating overheads and Customer focus are so much better. Eg ING Bank.

    @M4TCH_96 I think my version of hell would be a Sisyphus like torture but instead of rolling a boulder up a hill, I’d be trying to get through to Telstra customer support, but infinitely getting my issue referred to a different department.

    @Telstra You send me a one time code with Remember: Telstra will never call you to ask for your code. If you didn’t request this, do not provide it to anyone and call 132200.’ Message is confusing when Telstra ask me for it & then will not progress my Enquiry until I provide it.

    I think i'm stuck in the middle of a big old fight between the NBN and Telstra and I don't really want to be, it would be much better for me if they just resolved my issue instead of fighting with each other tbh.

    @safm_adelaide Might want to say to Mark Soderstrom that having some tolerance, patience & understanding around mobile phone issues might be needed. Particularly when @Telstra pay to advertise on the show literally 10 minutes after his beef about customer service on air 😳 🙄
