The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra Follow up, thats hilarious considering its the SAME problem i had months ago and thats the expanding battery on my mobile modem. Im contacting the TO today i have been lied to for the last time for 3 months ive been promised a replacement and now i cant even use it

@Telstra Well, you don’t give the service I pay for, using the pandemic as an excuse. What more do you truly expect? If you won’t fix it, I’ll give you something to fix. Then the inherent problem will inevitably be solved, as you have to make repairs to fix it. Simple. Fix it or I will!

Wow I haven't had a @Telstra product in 20 years because of their poor customer service. Glad to see it hasn't changed!!! Complete disdain for their customers. I've been sent 3 Sims over 5 weeks and still don't have a working service.
