Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Department to help fix the problem , She dropped the phone as she transferred ( hand the phone over ) I.T guy said hello after 1/2
