    The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

    After 3 hours in texts and DMs with @Telstra they still can’t turn on my intl’ day pass. They keep saying it’s my phone but it was on in the 13th so no reason it can’t be on today. **** service and an even shittier app. #cxfail

    @Telstra I highly recommend it be tested across the international date line. And to rewrite all the app automated messages to be accurate. Not a good look being told I needed to phone when the real issue was there was no chat people to support my need to make calls while overseas. #cxfail

    @GhostofBen22 @fictillius @Telstra My issue is that after a long chat I am told to contact someone else. Or during a help chat the person doesn’t know as much about the service as me. Eg today when they said the feature I wanted wasn’t avail to me & I had to send them a screengrab as evidence. That’s **** service

    @Telstra Another free #cxtip for you. After a very long text chat with one support person I shouldn’t be asked to then contact the “billing team”. There should be one customer service conversation, not be passed from “team” to “team”. It’s not a customers job to integrate your service.

    If I choose the Sydney @2degreesmobile server I get full speed. My connection to Sydney Telstra still 0.2 megabit. Both ISPs use Devali to provide their backhaul from NZ. I believe the issue is with Devali.

    Digicel is the worst network in #Fiji - I hope @Telstra do something about that - go back to #ClaytonChristensens book and introduce some value chain evolution, service is pathetic and the coverage is intermittent and this is consensual go ask a sample dataset of 5000 people!

    @Telstra We still have the problem that the app won’t allow me to turn it on but that won’t be an issue until I actually need it next trip overseas. And I still have a number of issues with the endless loop of web-view / in-app browser security issues.
