The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Just had a terrifying time went into Telstra to solve a problem with my iPad went home only to discover they turned my phone off !

Waiting to talk to #Telstra for more than an hour. Fools closed my email billing and have tried to reinstate it for 2mths. 50+yr customer!

@cchiffers @Telstra Same here, NBN is out since about 7 am until now and Mobile is lacking internet sometimes good some are broken, but all of the problems began this morning. Check from the link that @Telstra gave us in my area there is no outage Lol, ridiculous

@Telstra 1) did not want to be a smarty pant there is a Coogee in Wa as well. I wanted to specify. 🙄 2) I was told earlier to troubleshoot. No need to troubleshoot if there is an outage 🙄🙄

@Telstra hi, I'm having problems with my simcard. I can send sms and my contacts recieve the sms, BUT i can't receive sms. It's not a problem of my phone because I put the sim in other phone and it's the same problem.
