The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

If I can make one change in this world, it will be to warn every Australian not to have to deal with the so called customer service with @Telstra On the 10th November (after 5 months of complaints) they finally offer to fix the problem. 30 December still not fixed1 #Oxymoron

@Ballyurra I’m only thinking of phone reception. While I’m travelling around the country (pre covid) Telstra was the only service in many areas. Of course many remote areas only have satphone.

@Telstra A friend on holiday in Esperance is having major issues with data down there. Not just him, but his partner and another friend all who are on your network. Please can you investigate why the network is having so many problems there? They are getting speeds of 0.7Mbps.

@katrinabicket @Telstra Yeah, I've had great service from the ones in Hobart, but the Eastlands store was pretty meh, they were arguing with me about shutting down my dead mother's account when I was an executor on her will. Well if I can't do it who can, woman was really rude to me

@HotelKiloPapa I can deal with the drop outs, but when an ISP as big as Telstra says they cannot troubleshoot because I don't use Telstra's standard issue modem they've lost me.
