The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@wilmilGlebe22 @AlboMP Look I have someone who Telsta will take their phone off him because he cant operate an NBN phone and will cut him off unless he jooins. There is your real problem. Trying to communicate with Telstra is impossible. They only have stock answers and play you tapes

@Kirsty8 @Telstra If you're not on a long-term plan the easiest way to fix a broken Telstra account is to use a hammer. That is, port out to another provider and *maybe* port back later. Absurd I know, but it might just be the quickest and most reliable fix!
