    The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

    @hughewilliams @Telstra @NBN_Australia FWIW, I had HFC to home for years with Telstra and it still took 3 weeks to shift to NBN. Was running on backup 4G. A possible quick fix (2 hrs) if you go to store, forget NBN and use 4G/5G mobile broadband solution if you are close to a tower etc.

    @Telstra Any issues with mobile connectivity? I’m in Albury with four bars of 4G on my brand new iPhone 12 Pro, but it won’t load a web page. It tells me I am offline.

    @NIXONBLOODSTOCK Agree. The few board or management with any tech experience seem to be ex Telstra. Big fat slow monopoly providers with competitive advantages they didn't create.

    @nanoview And there really is so little choice - have to change all details!! Telsta costs are extreme!! It is robbery & tine ACCC stepped in & cut this crap into manageable bits!!!! Now the service Telstra privides for the huge costs they infkuct? Not enough TWitter @Telstra
