The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@MotordomT It seems like it would be, I'm mostly surprised Telstra rolled it out in 2015, Optus started its rollout in August 2021 and Huawei rolled out support this month.

  • AshTMel AshT (@AshTMel) reported

@Telstra I hope Mr @andy_penn might take notice of the actual issues which the customers are facing on the ground. We are given a run around and the issues are never resolved...

  • SteveInSunbury Steve Coughlan (@SteveInSunbury) reported

Soooo. When @Telstra misrepresent the speed of an @NBN_Australia plan, and drop your speed, you have to wait a while month for them to fix their cockup. Sounds reasonable. Doesn't it?
