The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@TelstraEnt Any other business in Aus you can speak with the Boss. Telstra Execs HIDE. Its disgusting. A terrible system at a huge price. The ONLY complaint you can make is to an Operator in the Phillipines. You WEAK Execs. You hide behind Foriegn operators. You dont even employ Aussies.

@Telstra Point Cook (3030) velocity has known outage - issue is Smart Modem gen 2 4G backup connections are hitting usage limits and being shaped to <1Mbps from 25Mbps. outage fix eta is currently @ 30th March. data limits shouldn't apply to affected customers during this

@CranmoreFarming @Telstra Ah at least we do have some backup battery power here Has been worked out that the Coorow tower doesn’t have a battery backup, so when the power goes off, no tower Less than ideal for emergency services Coorow PS phone system is totally mobile based too @ShaneLove_Moore
