Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Partial outage was expected. #hfc cut out eventho I still had power. @Telstra assured me that it needed @NBN_Australia tech visit; wld take days. Telstra calls 2day & says it was a "scheduled" NBN outage & the network shld be up🤔🤔
