The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra I placed a Google pixel 6 pro via Telstra plus on 28/10 but as of today, 3/11, still nothing! Chased up via online and chat support not helpful at all! Lodged TIO complaint !

@Telstra we have had no phone service in loddonshire, VIC since 26th October now, and all Telstra website says is the reception is fine, support said nothing. Going into summer in a bushfire prone area with no phone service for nearly two weeks, good job Telstra. Absolute joke!!

@MischaMaxwell I recently had a similar problem, once the battery starts to go, it goes quick. I ordered a new iPhone 12 through Telstra, and they stuffed the order. In the three weeks it was on back-order, the old one went from draining fast to switching off as soon as it was unplugged.

@_thomasparkes @Telstra Life is too short to battle with email delivery. Outsource it to the experts. Got a website on some random IP address that needs to reliably send out emails? Relay those emails to a dedicated email delivery service instead of hoping you're sending them from a clean IP address.

@_thomasparkes @Telstra It's purely a business strategy to trap customers. The ISPs give a customer an email address and the client is hesitant about ever changing ISPs for a better deal as they'll lose the email address they've used for years and given out to so many.
