The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Just had a terrifying time went into Telstra to solve a problem with my iPad went home only to discover they turned my phone off !

Over a week now waiting for a response from @Telstra in relation to accessing our account online. Tried the customer service line before being referred to the unbelievably cumbersome text line. The new system is a farce. #poorcustomerservice

So @telstra are moving all mobile plans to prepaid with direct debit, hope they like loosing customers because they are going to leave in droves. So glad I left Telstra last year, their customer service was appalling and their plans where expensive.
