Just had a terrifying time went into Telstra to solve a problem with my iPad went home only to discover they turned my phone off !

The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

It seems that we have to get a new order. Our @Telstra service can not be restored. The @NBN_Australia needs to be told to flick the switch again and this takes a veeeery long time. They were quick to switch off without notice but very slow to reinstate.

@Telstra To be slightly more specific, my internet connection has been incredibly stable and reliable for the past couple of months since purchasing a new router. Understanding the number of service disconnects since Friday night in comparison to the previous x months would be beneficial

@abc730 @ClareONeilMP Whilst the personal data of every Australian is in the hands of overseas Service Help Centres that represent the Help Desk Service of large Companies like Telstra, Optus, Energy Australia, etc., the security breach is the price you pay for giving them access to the Servers.
