    The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

    @Telstra @00000805f There is no WeChat because the Telstra.wap APN is having issues. Also can’t access speed test or bureau of meteorology website. It’s been like this for 3 days.

    @caitlynlynch6 @Telstra Well we found a solution. Basically by resurrecting an email address I haven't used in 20 years & then only briefly. On the plus side, no-one is ever going to guess my login. Yay for technology.

    @Telstra To be honest. I give up. I have invested so much time in trying to get Telstra’s attention on this major issue. I just keep going in circles. I’m going to port out of Telstra today to a different carrier!!

    For the third time this week I am on hold with @telstra. On the positive side I am meeting some lovely service representatives. On the negative side, this should have been resolved on Tuesday. Hi Telstra team. You're a great bunch. This is just a record so I can track my calls.

    @Telstra Nope. Woke up in the morning and it didn’t work. If you have a look whirlpool forums a lot of people are having this issue. On both iPhone and android. All started yesterday.

    @Telstra Hi Michelle, waiting for Telstra to activate the service I’m told. Have called twice, the 4G back up is only getting 0.32mbps download so impossible to work or do anything.

    @Telstra Tried to set it up in the Telstra store, they said they were too busy and have over 4 hours wait time. I applied online, and activation failed. I'm talking to support and they suggest going to the store. Staggeringly bad stuff.
