The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Hello @GooglePay tried to use it this morning with 2 different cards for 1st time, no go. Sought help from @telstra, thought it was a GooglePay problem, also ANZ bank, the WiFi symbol seemed to absent also thought it a GooglePay issue. What say you?

@Telstra I already said no Vicky. We’re keeping this public. Who do I make a complaint to, to get the copper changed to fibre to the premises? Is it a Telstra, @NBN_Australia, the TIO or someone else? BTW what’s your D number for the record?

@CaraErin1 My mum and siblings live in country Victoria and all use Telstra. My sister worked for Vodafone and found service often dropped out while Telstra was always reliable. Even carriers like Aldi that apparently use the Telstra network still aren't so good as Telstra
