Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

I investigated other SIM only plans and found out I can get unlimited calls & 10 X as much data for $1 less per month. I've been a Telstra customer for nearly 20 years but it just doesn't stack up financially anymore to stay with them
