Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Telstra failure destroyed VLine why are radios not in every train outside of metro metropolitan? Do not rely on telcos network testing it lags regularly in the bush as it is!

What that means in reality for maintaining a network is outsourcing the work to Infosys or the like. I don't see how Telstra being public prevents that happening as its the done thing these days
