  The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

  So Southern Phone has been taken over by “Energy Telco” Those of us on its Telstra based service told goodbye. Over 30 people in NSW have apparently lost their jobs. Contacted call centre to check my options, gave up because foreign accent at the other end was unintelligigible.

  Telstra what a joke , you are can’t receive anything , very poor reception on my Night Hawk again and again, something I have paid lots for, I get better reception in Far North Queensland than I do in STH Durras, just south of Sydney, what a disgrace #telstra #newspol #poortelstrarecption.
