The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra Thx for the quick replies. I'll be checking speeds regularly and hoping for the best. And I'll pop into my nearest telstra store when available to get the billing done right. Don't wanna be charged for a service that isn't provided.

@Telstra This is a mess. Landline still down. Over 50,000 Rewards Points disappeared from an account. Still no call re the mobile phone you were happy to keep charging $70 a month for 1.5gig for more than 2 years. And that's just scratching the surface...

@Telstra Thanks so much Lauren. It's still happening. Driving me nuts but I'll go back through all the Troubleshooting steps tomorrow & call if no resolution. I've pretty much done everything, rebooted modem and computer etc etc.

More scam calls! The @Telstra one tried again yesterday and now an @AmazonPrime one tried just now. They start by making you afraid of either money being auto debited from your account or your internet or phone service being cut off. #ScamAlert
