The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Just over 2hrs with telstra, and still i will need to do again. make me wanna pull me own hair out, *******...Me bloody car **** itself too...**** this ****. Telstra.Fyou and **** a phone.. track my dust who needs a device 'not me.

@Telstra @andy_penn ... i've tried calling the parramatta store. they never answer. the call either drops out or after 5 min goes to voicemail, which says they will call back "today". i've left messages explaining the urgency but still have not heard from them. i need this fixed!

@Telstra @insurancedesign Yes same issue with my Spotify. Will only work over WiFi, tried deleting the app, switching to 3G, logging in and out again to no effect.

@Telstra @sourkimnwedges I’m having exact same problem, started a few days ago. Latest Spotify app on iPhone 12. Have been through all same steps as above but not working when on 4G. Any updates on a fix?

@AustraliaXSX I ordered one from Telstra and arrived quickly but failed within 2 weeks, console doesn’t even turn on, now I’m dealing with Microsoft to repair/ replace, never seen something failing so quickly.
