Just had a terrifying time went into Telstra to solve a problem with my iPad went home only to discover they turned my phone off !

The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra is there any setting required to enable IMAP syncing on a Bigpond email to Outlook? Am definitely typing in all the correct config, but the continued error on multiple apps is thinking either account issue, or required setting not active.

@Telstra @willagnew There have been many trips to the Telstra Store in Warringah Mall, they advised many customers have called to lodge a fault case to be told there is no outage. The Telstra store has a sign indicating there is an outage
