The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra You make me laugh. I’m taking issues into my own hands (for the third time in last 6 months). Spoon feed you what needs to be done; guide your operators like a child. Just to get the stuff done. Hire someone who can record conversation, and take matters into their own hand.

@Telstra So, what you are saying is that anyone can use your network and masquerade numbers without your permission or intervention? If that is the case then you are more incompetent than I thought, if it's not the case then you are lying and being lazy, a Telstra SOP.
