The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@SirBAntMQ @Telstra I used to work for @Telstra there is every little they can do. The scammers use Automatic Dialers that generate random numbers and just send out mass texts . They don’t use list of ‘real’ numbers. Sometimes technology sucks. Soz 😞

@Telstra I will DM you today We now have no landline dsl service The modem has failed so can not use mobile data network on that account which is UNLIMITED data 0nly internet service is using mobile phone and personal hotspot for device connection which is incurring extra data charges

Hi @SamsungAU, Thank you for sending me out an early Galaxy S22 Ultra. Unfortunately @Telstra is making it almost impossible for me to transfer from my physical SIM to eSIM, so I am yet to use it properly. They have a monopoly, so they feel low service levels are allowed.

@Telstra can I please request that if you insist on funnelling customers to the My Telstra app for support there are appropriate escalation paths when representatives there can't resolve the issue.

Hey @Telstra how come I need to get an optus sim to access internet after nsw floods? Days afterwards and still no internet/reception. Hampering efforts to help. Diabolical.
