The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra @noMercy_19 @Telstra same thing happened to me and the missus trying to buy iPhone 13 outright at Marion shopping centre in adelaide. We waited for ages then got a rude lady and told no stock so we went to Jb-hifi and the girl there was lovely so bought and left happy.

@Telstra Tried resetting the modem, tried change it even with a new one, no luck. Also tried to reset the nbn box, no luck either. I lived in the outback, all mobile broadband signal in here are really iiweak. Tbh I will never be bothered by this issue if I can use my mobile connection

@Telstra There’s a glitch in your prepaid service software which won’t allow people to recharge I’ve been told and there’s no ETA for fixing this. I’m sure if you ask the prepaid technical team they’re aware as it’s been ongoing since late last week. Look forward to the update thanks

@Telstra Hi Sven, The area is Blue **** and Lillian Rock and Wadeville I the Northern Rivers of NSW. Outage started Friday Jan 14th. Residents were initially told that it would be fixed by the 25th, then informed on 26th that the fix day would be 31st, then aprtly now the date is 3rd Feb

@sunriseon7 Help please. This is day 8 of a nightmare. My 87 year mother in law is locked up in a nursing home who are desperate like us. The homes’ telephones have been out now since 24 January. Optus showed up yesterday for the first time . And blames Telstra

@codykonior Is it the VPN or the RDP. I have hassles with TPG as the internet provider (multiple sites). Telstra as the internet provider with the same equipment has no issue. For RDP the symptom is it freezes and usually disconnects.
