The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra is genuinely one of the worst companies out there. Friday night storms knocked out our power, frying the nbn modem or some ****, tells us they won't fix it until Monday? I work over the internet during the weekends, what am i supposed to do on a 10gb plan?

'... standard mobile tests cannot reliably detect the firmware issue in all cases and that Telstra only discovered it after using advanced technical procedures. 'TPG Telecom has confirmed to iTnews that more Samsung handsets with the problem are starting to come to light.

@DarcyAmaroo Let’s go back further. Telstra offered to roll out a fibre optic network for $1 billion in federal assistance Labor’s Rudd and Conroy dismissed this and drew up the NBN plan on a napkin on a flight to Brisbane So far, this NBN napkin plan has cost +$60 billion. Thanks, Labor

So annoyed that Telstra is switching off our ADSL & copper wire internet. It’s perfect for us. They say we can get NBN but 10 years ago trees prevented us receiving signal. I want nothing to do with the alternative they are serving us which is Starlink.

**** you @Cloudflare. I'm not a bot. Now my whole household can't access any website you run security on until my ISP can reset the IP. ChatGPT says you also flag @Telstra mobile IPs daily as well (which affects thousands, not just me).

Got to new house just before the NBN techie arrived. Phew! Old street, no visible Telstra pits & poor dude has to crawl underneath the house to find where the cable comes in. My week: going great NBN dude's week: every day like today's job. Commiserations dude
