The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

For all my Oz travel friends if you're travelling OS DO NOT use @circleslifeAU. I've been getting extra charges I've never had with Telstra over all my years of travel. I think I'm up to $600+. There' nothing I can do about it as I need to get the odd OTP or else I would cancel.

Right now, Seisia, Bamaga and Lockhart River communities are experiencing Telstra outages of different kinds. This is common - far too common. We pay the same amount as everyone else for our bills but get a lower quality service.
