The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

So rude @Telstra! I have been trying to get ON Telstra. Yes! I am STRUGGLING to become your customer! I have visited your Eastgardens store 3 times, nothing happens. I contact your call centre and the agent Tiana argues with me. Don't you want new customers anymore?

@Telstra 3 times store visit, No response from store on calling. I call up customer care for this rudeness. Even without completing the first porting order, I was charged 55$. I am wondering why I still want to be your customer

@Telstra We'll as I understood I will need to wait for 48 hours to get my previous order cancelled but I need to contact customer care "billing" again to get refund 🙄. Then I again need to contact customer care to get my actual connection. So much of hastle just to be a NEW customer.

How, after all these years, is @Telstra still the WORST when it comes to being transferred to another department, IDing accounts when not necessary and constantly repeating yourself to no end only to be told half asses "oh I'm so sorry" by the next rep that DGAF @TelstraEnt

@Telstra so I would usually never do this by this channel but i am not getting anywhere. recently moved to Caulfield South and both my wife and I don't get more that 1 bar signal in the area. Raised a ticket but nothing from Telstra INC16588109. Phones unusable - please help!
