The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

@Telstra after 60 minutes on hold I’ve given up, tomorrow’s another day hopefully this problem can be resolved. I’m not holding my breath though.

@romcdonald @Kate_McClymont I try my best to like #Telstra but every few months something awful rears it’s ugly head. They sneakily conned my husband, when he bought a new phone, into “buying” extra data for $50 more a month. My current very good plan is $30. It’s time for me to write to the CEO again!

@Telstra Since day one. No solutions from your tech teams. Just horrid service that I pay premium $ for @acccgovau

@david_vacy @johnsalmond @Telstra Telstra should never have been sold off by the Howard government. Telecommunications in Aus have been **** since this happened. Fck the LNP!

@FinancialReview Wasn’t Coonan at Telstra before also? Ziggy did **** all at Telstra. How do these guys end up as CEOs?

Is @Telstra the worst phone company on the planet.. call centre not operating. Inability to replace a faulty sim required for work

  • djrobstep Wheel reinventor (@djrobstep) reported

@RoseBJackson Your own party privatised Qantas, Telstra, CBA and CSL, and privatised the welfare state with superannuation, a $3 trillion dollar system of privatised ownership, which it continues to support.

  • johnfordaust johnford (@johnfordaust) reported

@mountainw0lf @dodona777 You are correct .. the government make access to any government service as difficult as possible so you will give up and go away .. thereby saving them having to do anything and blaming you for the problem .. Telstra plays the same game ..

@Jay02178135 @MichaelWestBiz They were still a bloated government'ish org for years, as was telstra I accept the need to bail out businesses destroyed by government intervention/lockdown My complaint is their lack supporting small businesses
