    The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

    @revofemme @ayyyyyyyyyylex I’m on the same and have a 25% discount for being a new customer for as long as I stay on the plan (left Telstra for them because Telstra got way too expensive)

    About to scream and cry, I switched to @Telstra mobile 3 days ago and the activation hasn't worked, and I can't speak to anyone as their call centres are closed??? I literally got lost driving and COULDN'T GET HOME BECAUSE MY PHONE DOESN'T WORK SO I CAN'T USE MAPS PLEASE HELP ME

    @Telstra Hi Telstra, yesterday I bought a prepaid SIM with you because my local Optus network was down. I wasn’t able to activate the SIM because it kept saying there was an error. I looked at my internet banking and I’ve been charged 3 x $30 for every time I tried to activate.

    @Telstra You might have 5G, but you have zero customer service. Your customers are leaving you in droves. If I were a pensioner with Telstra shares I'd be deeply concerned.
