The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Just had a terrifying time went into Telstra to solve a problem with my iPad went home only to discover they turned my phone off !

Hey @Telstra I'm very uncomfortable receiving excessive comms after cancelling broadband: duplicate bill with warnings to pay + multiple texts to return equipment returned to store. Your app has outage :cannot contact you. I'm OK but do you act same with #vulnerablegroups?

@rogue_corq @hackaday yep same here, one time the phone line pit in front of my house got flooded with water. I had to call up Telstra and get them to fix it, they could hardly understand me on the phone so they came out and fixed it. Couldn’t get more than 1200bps, let alone 33.6kbps!

@Telstra I've done the tests, and the case was opened. Then it was closed. The issue has not been resolved. When it takes 2 hours to download a 580mb movie on Netflix, that's a problem.

@Telstra So either he is not calling me...as why wouldn't he leave a voice message.especially as I had requested this? Or my phone is still screwed and I am not getting calls....so wtf am I paying for? If I am not getting notifications of Calls how am I supposed to run my business

@Telstra Can someone please tell me why i’m being given the run around when all i want is my internet to be fixed, have had constant dropouts since 30/03/22, and keep getting told “it’s NBN’s issue, it’s Telstra’s issue” oh and the blatant lying from the faults staff, yeah…..

I am so impressed with @Telstra right now. I just got a text from them saying that my monthly credit is going to expire and rather than me pay more they've automatically moved me to a cheaper plan that is the same I was paying and aligns more to my usage. That's customer service
