    The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

    @Optus @50_Billion_ppl How many times do you need to be told @Optus???? That page is for mobile networks, not home internet. And you should know that. It's a widespread problem apparently and you folks are simply denying it's an Optus fault. (Ps. My Telstra connection is fine.)

    @Telstra my nan is 87 and does not recall to the cent her last bill and does not have 100 points of ID to go in store. I was asked to provide her licence (age????) Which we can't do. You've caused serious anxiety with this letter and have no help for people who cant use apps? 🙁

    @Telstra It’s good to see they get half way through a conversation and then they disappear again after 25 minutes...and counting. BTW Ash, the idea of “going about my day and I don’t need to wait for a reply” isn’t correct when I am *still* waiting to resolve an issue FIVE HOURS after...

    @OhNoRobbie1 @Optus I can try and use my phone, who is with Telstra, however, the task is a bit redundant really... I've supplied my address to you, and it's clear that the issue is widespread and not an isolated incident...just ask for our address and keep us posted.

    Hey @Telstra how is it that I can be chatting with someone on your app about my issue and then they disappear and I have to explain it all over again to the next person who picks up the thread. Don’t you have phones?

    @Telstra doesn’t answers phones for account queries. Forced to send text chat query. Sent HOURS ago & still no reply? Atrocious customer service! They’ll quickly give you human contact to sell you something but after that they as good as tell you to eff off!
