Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

Plus, remember they're probably still charging you for a service that hasn't been working for 2 months, so make sure you get those charges reimbursed too. Wishing you well.

Jac Jay (@Jacqj23) reported@RonniSalt @Telstra I gave Telstra two chances of resolving my issue with my internet, which I chad to do by messaging in the app and when I couldn’t get a response I lodged a complaint with the ombudsman and my issue was resolved within a couple of days !

zef (@billandbean) reported@RonniSalt @Telstra If you need technical support call 13 75 87 Took me a lifetime to get this number, they say you can be charged for using it but I was lucky to get a great operator who told me that's a crock, they just don't want people to know it.....pass it on
