The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

We just phoned Telstra to arrange service. The "team member" closed our conversation by ordering us to 'GET VACCINATED!" We couldn't help replying that our vax would never happen, and that Telstra should be ASHAMED of promoting these lies.

@Telstra 'anything else' suggests youve provided assistance or service already and you haven't. zero. all i get is directed to what turn out to be the wrong depts. four wrong redirects today alone. i'm moving my business and pers accts to another provider. hopefully one not totally inept.

@cathywilcox1 @Optus We've got Aldi Mobile on both our phones, never had a problem. On the Telstra network anyway. We have so much data because it rolls over every month.

@Telstra The 2.4GHz wifi on my Smart Modem isn't working, a common problem according to Crowd Support. After spending hours with support on chat and phone, they're now sending an NBN tech out? What a waste of everyone's time!
