The business was a cash cow. Telstra would send tens of thousands of dollars every month, yrs after our rel’ship to the customer had faded to nothing. Most ppl would buy a phone and we’d never see them again but Telstra kept sending us 3% of the value of their monthly phone bill.

When the Apple store was like "You purchased this from Telstra :)?" I'm like... "yeeeaaaaahhhhh, well, like, one of those haha.." USED on eBay bish! It's not like it's against the rules. But yes I take advantage of the apple customer service with USED Apple products. BITE ME

@Telstra 2013 since i moved here. Then was made 2 sign 2 NBN promising better speeds but higher cost + boost Never got anywhere near what u guys promised. Then u paid back the boost forced me 2 go on a lower speed plan. Every 2 months when i get time i call fixed 4 a few weeks start again

@Telstra You guys Know the problem yet refuse to fix it or pass the buck to NBN who passes the buck back to you. We have had multiple techs from telstra and the say the same thing. To many in the Junction box & my house shouldn't even be connected as its 2 far away. We need a mini node.😡

@NI_KITTIES1997 It might be an issue with your wifi?? Last time I used Telstra wifi and it kept logging me out. Try using data to log in??
