@Telstra I have no experience in my life, having been a long-term telco customer in both the UK and here, of a company doing less honest business than #Telstra. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIEVING #TELSTRA

Don't bother trying to speak with anyone on @Telstra as they don't respond to requests for help, nor answer phone calls, and their complaints page is BLANK! You cannot add/read anything there! 2 hours on hold and no human available. And this is using their app! Gold Class? BS!

@Telstra My mobile calls drop after 60 seconds on a regular basis when at home. So do my wife's calls. Has happened for 6 months. It's not the phones. I am unable to get through your online troubleshooting flow as it is broken.

@Telstra so I’ve gotten in contact with an agent after four hours. I’ve asked for MyAccount support, and they’ve said I’ve already reached the right department. Is this correct? Or is this a lie?
