@Telstra I cannot believe how rude your customer service is. Getting told as a customer it is my fault for not reading a contract and that I do not listen when I asking the operators name. #poorservicetelstra #disappointed #nocustomerservice

@Telstra @andy_penn #Telstra is supposedly a telco. Its business service is so poor, yet the last thing it shows the initiative to do is to pick up the phone to help a struggling customer. AVOID #Telstra, whatever you do.

@Telstra @andy_penn If I want to get service for my business from #Telstra, it is asking me if I wish to Authorize Telstra Social Messaging to access your account? This violation of my privacy is a disgusting abuse of the customer relationship. AVOID #Telstra, whatever you do.
