@Telstra Yeah I get that, but I'm stuck in Kafka land being passed to Telstra by the MVNO and to the MVNO by Telstra. No-one disputes the fact that it's Telstra infrastructure, and clearly it'll be Telstra technicians who have to fix the issue too.

@ssharwood Reminds me of a time I was providing support for peoples home internet connections. Telstra modem broke, tech came on site and replaced the power adaptor, which fixed it. On-site tech suggested they replace the "old modem". Suffice to say I was then hounded to provide a new one.

Oi! @Telstra don’t tell me I could have had my call answered “4 times faster” if I called from the app. The app did give me the option to call and I tried the chat option it did offer last night and spent 4.5 hours of my life getting no closer to a solution.

@Telstra Hi Brandon, I have order numbers & BANs - which do you want and where do you want them? I’m now receiving correspondence saying my service (that I cancelled) is now due to be connected so I’m once again on the phone trying to sort this unnecessary stress out.

@Telstra a private number with an automated voice called me to state my internet will be shutting down this weekend. They said to press 1 but I was not fall for that.

Just had a call from Arron from the "@Telstra Internet Help Desk" who informed me that my Telstra Internet was going to be disconnected in 8 days. I told him he could do it today, as I don't have any Telstra services. He swore at me in Hindi and hung up! #scam #scammer_Telstra
