    @caleyadrianmok Funny. The Telstra guy on the phone said there was no localised issues and that it definitely wasn't an outage issue on their end, as if i wouldn't figure it out as soon as i tweeted this **** haha.

    @Telstra It’s very weird. Both my wife and I have new iPhone 12s. In some parts of Albury we get four bars of 4G connection, but can’t load web pages or download email. But if we walk 500 m away, it work like normal. Maybe it’s an iPhone 12 handset issue??

    @AlanaaBananaaa @Telstra I’m trying to cancel them too!! Except I’m only a year into my contract which means I have $740 to pay out the phone 🥴 I just want to know if I have to pay this in a lump sum or not. It’s IMPOSSIBLE to get help!!
