Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • KritKitney KRiKiT (@KritKitney) reported

@Telstra The signal light is commonly orange, but we haven’t seen the online light off before. I had just reset it b/c I was having trouble streaming.

  • Paradoxis_ Paradoxis_ (@Paradoxis_) reported

@HYP3RSTRIKE Telstra is the same now as well. I got double charged one month and there service only showed it doing it once that was a pain to get fixed.

  • jboyded 💧julie boyd (@jboyded) reported

Hey @Telstra I have a blind friend whose landline has gone down. How do I help her get that fixed. She is home alone and scared!

  • Terri_Carr Terri Carr (@Terri_Carr) reported

@Telstra 3-5 working days Viktor, not good enough! I would like somebody @Telstra to interrogate my chat to the level of customer service. It’s been disgraceful. #FirstWorldProblems

  • pwoiter Pwoiter (@pwoiter) reported

@Telstra I just had another call with your support team. @NBN_Australia cancelled their 5th call-out and so we have booked the 6th for tomorrow. I doubt I’ll hear from them if history is a guide.

  • tappo66 bradT (@tappo66) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@Telstra @NBN_Australia had enough putting complaint thru to Ombudsman…

  • calebodgers Caleb Odgers (@calebodgers) reported

When will @Telstra give us a good nbn network that’s worth paying for? Constantly dropping out, even when 1 person is on the wifi

  • louis_oneilll Louis (@louis_oneilll) reported

@Telstra Nope - The two hour discussion was a waste of time. I was trying to get the excess data charges removed from my account as my NBN has been out for a week due to storms and Ive had to use mobile data while working from home. Your representative kept trying to fix my Wifi instead.

  • KritKitney KRiKiT (@KritKitney) reported

@Telstra Resetting did not help. “No known outages at this address”

  • thesammykins sammykins (@thesammykins) reported

@HYP3RSTRIKE At the very least, PayTo SHOULD help fix a lot of these issues but ultimately Optus are not quick to adopt new technology and practices to the point where it's rough for me to say, Telstra and every other carrier is more worthy of your money now which is wild to say.
