Anyone got any idea when Telstra will eventually rectify their Bigpond email connection? My bigpond email has been down for 3 weeks today. Very hard to make any sort of contact with Telstra regarding this outage.

@Telstra have actually suspended my account because my credit card details aren't current (due to a hack last month), even though I'm in credit (I make weekly payments ahead of billing). Couldn't update the new CC because their app has been down. This is how business is done now.

@Telstra It says 5G which is absolute garbage. It flicks to 4G or 3G but neither work anyway. And it’s when I leave my house too. Have to ask other people to use their wifi so I can access my security cameras and be contactable! Been like this since the day I switched!!

  • jodiehastweeted Jodie (@jodiehastweeted) reported

@Telstra I made the switch to Telstra from Optus - now I have no coverage! As soon as I leave my house and my wifi boom, no service. What the hell?! Seriously Telstra what is going on?! I’m tempted to go back to Optus. None of my info is secure but at least I get great coverage!

@MoondriftMusing @JetstarAirways @ianbfarquhar Why don't you get him to DM you details and get the baggage team to contact him. What's up with all these big corps and lack of basic customer service skills... Telstra is another one that comes to mind.

  • NoIdealogue No Idealogue (@NoIdealogue) reported

@RoadknightThe On the basis of this tweet, Telstra have now concluded the root cause of your slow internet - bad luck due to your failure to dismantle your Christmas tree after the 12th night. Incident closed and filed under 'user error'.

  • realLexTalionis LexTalionis (@realLexTalionis) reported

@Telstra Your New Years resolution should be to provide decent internet and mobile service to your customers... Blaming congestion for lack of service is a poor excuse in 2023... Level 2 tech advice... wait 2 weeks, it might get better... lol Thanks telstra Your CEO needs a memo...
