    Anyone got any idea when Telstra will eventually rectify their Bigpond email connection? My bigpond email has been down for 3 weeks today. Very hard to make any sort of contact with Telstra regarding this outage.

    @Telstra thanks for such appalling service. I’ve tried to reset my direct debt and have my internet reestablished. I’ve been on the phone three times and wasted an hour and a half of my life.

    @Telstra oh my godddd is there an outage or scheduled maintenance in Victorias north? where can i find the list of scheduled maintenances. this is so frustrating my whole business is offline and i was not made aware of this

    The pr dept is manned 24x7 (they will reply quickly) but the help desk doesn’t exist, and u simply can’t get access to any local technical help to fix your problems (EVER!) Telstra is ****** - SELL! The strategy is busted and incongruent with its situation! A recipe for doom

    @Telstra Not today Jo. Pass this onto your team leader. "All of your help channels have an inordinate time delay associated with them, which builds frustration and impatience. At best, the technical competence illustrated in addressing queries is average to poor. This is not a service."

    Service Level < 0% After consistent disappointment with @Telstra ability to solve problems and provide service since Aug 2020, my 99 yo Mother had her phone cut off after 1 bill payment issue! Look at the account 100% full payment since 1956 and my contact details also listed.

    @rtralphy Same here Ralphy. Telstra messaging app, the only way to make contact these days, is diabolical. You can spend a whole day on a conversation and advance as far as "How can I help you today?" Switched to Optus, it's cheaper, way faster, and you can ring and speak to a human.
