    @andy_penn what does a small business do to get service at Telstra. 25 years of loyalty and I am appalled by the lack of service and response.

  • hoser_meier Christian Meier (@hoser_meier) reported

    @Telstra There's already been a tech out to confirm my home network is not the issue. Your troubleshooting tools don't diagnose NBN line faults, so it's a redundant exercise. Or are saying it's Telstra's official position on the matter, that the router affects the NBN modem?

    @Telstra @OfficialJb23 **** you @Telstra you piece of ****🖕🖕🖕🖕

    @Telstra you have f****** got to be f****** kidding me, ring billing and you sent a f****** link and then f****** hang up that's great f****** customer service you f****** useless f****** There is your productivity in this f****** country @ScottMorrisonMP #auspol

  • Chris_Gates_Syd Chris Gates (@Chris_Gates_Syd) reported

    @Rich_In_Syd It could be your building with the connection in the basement. Have found it better to get one Telstra shared data service and be totally mobile. My 4G 80GB service shared across devices is about $70 per month - when you work it out that's better than NBN + Mobile

  • 0watchthisspace db (@0watchthisspace) reported

    @Telstra why ******** am I getting someone in India ******* me around when you said you were going to have call centre in Australia. Refusing to get a supervisor, refusing me to put me through to billing f****** useless f****** telcos typical in f****** Australia #auspol

  • TTAUG10 Terry Toaldo (@TTAUG10) reported

    @Telstra You know what would be a sweet gift? How about a stable internet service that lasts longer than 30 min before crashing? Get your act together Telstra. Cut the bullshit deals and begin providing the service you claim to

  • hoser_meier Christian Meier (@hoser_meier) reported

    @Telstra Actually there are widespread issues in my area if you look at the number of unplanned outages and network updates over the past few weeks. And your troubleshooting doesn't cover the NBN modem dropping it's connection, this is not a home network issue. Try harder

  • JonoJono_ Jono (@JonoJono_) reported

    @kayosports_help Hi, I'm trying to sign up to Kayo through Telstra and when I am redirected to Kayo to log in I receive an error - 'e.split is not a function'. Is there any way to fix this?

  • waynesmith10 Wayne Smith (@waynesmith10) reported

    @telstra why is your service so bad? No one ever answers the phone, so you try the text/chat function - spend the best part of a day messaging just to amend the foxtel package, finally agree the deal only to be told it’s not possible and we need to start the whole process again!
