@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

@TV_baaack @erinrileyau @Rhys_Needham Where I live, where there are power outages every couple of months due to trees, the Ausgrid website is very accurate on location & estimate of power return. Telstra on the other hand is diabolically bad.

@Telstra I’ve done all these things over the past months and months repeatedly. The broader point being the service is terrible as is the network. I can run a spread test that says it’s amazing - then launch a streaming service and have it say my internet connection isn’t good enough.

@Telstra I’ve had some poor service before, but today topped it. My football netball club was completely flooded, so tried calling the disaster recovery hotline to get some bill relief while there are no services available. Transferred 3 times. Ended up having the business 1/2

@Telstra Thanks but just need to get a Telstra person to answer the phone. As they have not answer so I can TALK to them. Only have my mobile. As not worth with a lousy signal!!!!

@Telstra There are never disruptions, and if there are now it doesn’t explain it every other time. It’s just an incredibly terrible service always. For months on end. Deagon 4017 Qld. And I’m right at the end of the suburb and line.

@elonmusk I'm in a low latitude in the middle of nowhere almost. Telstra 4g mobile is failing us, almost as bad as Sky Muster at times. Not everyone is a couple who can share all costs. Will you please give us a lower price plan on Starlink with restricted data - for us solitary singles.
