@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@peter_donnelly My brother in law is a liney in Canberra, and he’s like a spider monkey going up those poles! Also I hear you on Telstra, we’re with Optus and trying to get someone out to fix our NBN box was a hassle and a half.

Woman gets cancer. Has a couple of months no income. Has amounts on @Telstra bill to query but too sick to spend time on phone. Pay normal $240 per month but not the $400 query. @Telstra solution is to cut me off. No person rang me EVER.

@Telstra Thanks Stacey, much obliged. Great to see Telstra on the job! We get the Telstra threat to cut off our internet scam almost Daily, depending on the week. The Email Scams of our $60k Ford 4x4 wins and $200-$600 vouchers from every co known to man have slowed down mercifully.

@Telstra are becoming increasingly worse! Not only are all new plans having to be paid via Direct Debit, they also now charge customers a fee to pay accounts via Debit or Credit Cards. Customer choice has been removed completely and we are all backed into a corner!

@Telstra No questions Laura. I switched to Optus yesterday and now I have signal and can make calls. Telstra really needs to communicate with it’s customers en masse and keep them informed. Some notice snd a true date if when service would be restored might have helped.
