    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @DoveMetal I hate to say it but Telstra is the only one with good network coverage - you can get Telstra network coverage on cheaper mobile operators like Boost and Belong though

    @TelstraEnt Telatra customer for 15 years. I go into the store and ask if I can get any deals for my loyalty. They say no but I will be getting a fine for not returning my lease phone during the lockdown in which I couldn't leave my house. Thanks Telstra.

    @Telstra I have called three times to speak to someone about my account. Each time your automated service sends me an sms with a link I don’t want. If A HUMAN doesn’t call me in the next 24 hours I am moving my business elsewhere

    @DoveMetal I'm with Belong, they're pretty good. They use the Telstra network so I don't have much trouble finding a signal.

    @AFL so I can no longer use my Telstra service to watch games, have to sign up to kayo. No way. No further use for Telstra Switching to Amaysim Monday.

    @thefootyfreak @Telstra @AFL We switched to Kayo on the day of our game v Freo last season. So much better and you can get it full screen on your tablet instead of phone sized. They watered it down a couple of years back and it is so much worse. We have $15 per month Kayo so I better look in to that.

    @Telstra - Your chat / messaging service via the MyTelstra app is appallingly bad. I have been trying to resolve an issue since February 2nd and am no further forward. Disgusting.

    @Telstra Extremely disappointed you scrapped the afl live pass.. Expecting Been a customer for over 15 years... gotta say this is appalling you do this.. making your customers pay for a service you were offering for free

    @Telstra I’m tired of typing in my personal information into your ridiculous Telstra 24/7 app multiple times a day in a vain attempt to get support for my failed Telstra internet connection. Here’s an idea. Make it a 8/5 app but hire people who can provide actual support.
