    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    And, seriously… because depts don’t talk we end up here, where @Telstra makes a half hearted effort to “defend” themselves … unfortunately @andy_penn , you’ve lost touch of a customer first approach.

    @nqwatcher @Telstra I can recommend Internode. I’ve been a customer for 10 years, both ADSL and now NBN. Had very little cause to contact them or complain - reliable, good service, domestic call centre, and reasonable pricing.

    @pjlogue Well we have a private wifi provider but unless I am in the house (and often when in the house) my calls drop out. If I describe the problem tho to Telstra, they say no problem now and then I’m stuck. There are too many variables. Office in town might be only solution

    @Telstra Essentially it was remain on the current service or cancel it. I can send you a screenshot of the email if you have a message service I can use.

    @LiamDel @auspost In so many ways you can tell AusPost and Telstra have the same roots. Poor, take it or leave it attitude to service, overpriced but know that often you don't have an alternative.

    The biggest telecomunications company in Australia cannot return a loyal paying customer's call. They cause the problem in the first place, then handball the complaint from one department to another. Extremely bad service @Telstra @andy_penn #NotHappy #incompetent #unAustralian

    @ScottMorrisonMP @MarkMcGowanMP @7NewsPerth This is what our country has come to. So much for the great Aussie service ☹ Jobs should stay in Australia and not be out sourced to foreign countries. A business like Telstra should be owned and run by Australians
