@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

rang Epsom Australia for help with my printer spoke to a guy who tried to fix it but could not said he ring back waited 1.30 hours before i rang again and spoke to another person who stated it was a Telstra problem, rang Telstra spoke to a great customer service person

@Telstra I was just able to pay. Maintenance message has been an issue, and it very, very, very slow to load the correct pages. 🙄 your app has issues with slowness in general. Please try to improve it. It get very frustrating to work with.

Telstra has sent me an SMS 2-3 times a week for over a year saying "it looks like you're in China. Please note international roaming is no longer available." Today I sign in to update my plan in preparation of my return and it's like "suspicious login from China detected"

@PeacenLuv2021 of course! i once got out of a ten thousand dollar telstra bill, so i've got tips for days - hit me up if you need more advice or moral support it's horrible that you were so nice & they've treated you so poorly super uncool. you deserve much better 🌻

@Telstra got a new phone and it picks up the sim card is in there, loads contact list, finds Telstra network but I can't receive or make phone calls. Txt messages I can Waddup with that

@NBN_Australia I have taken this up with Telstra on 3 occasions. It's the old Foxtel cable. It apparently needs an upgrade. Not prepared to help
