@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@Telstra hi my wifi service has been really bad (inner east Sydney) these past 3 days, use a 5g hub, if that's relevant, which has been fine till now. Had acall on Fri from 'Telstra' asking if I'd noticed poor service, but of course I was suspicious so I hung up. ?

Reverted to Telco company, and that washes over. However, still get the random call from a distressed friend. Some topics never age off.
