    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @Telstra It is sad day when Telstra disconnects the internet and phones for Dental practice and tells them They cannot reconnect them. The recourse is sorry so sad You will have to wait 3-4 weeks until you get the NBN for your phone and Internet service to be restored. Seriously

    Hi @Telstra, My plan ended months ago and I wasn’t informed, but still charged. The #Ballarat store said to call the hotline as the local store is a licensee. Called the hotline, and was sent a text to use the app to complain. Would be great if there was support in regional areas

    @Telstra No thanks - have had a gut-full of sugar sweet social offers of help and nothing but broadband hell and outsourced support for months. I want nothing more to do with the inept telco monopoly that is @Telstra
