    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @FromValue @InvestmentTalkk It’s Telstra in Australia. Former state-owned telco. If you want your mobile phone to work when you aren’t in a major city you have to be on Telstra. But their customer service is atrocious.

    @Telstra Your NBN service is so bad. We had perfectly good cable internet. We were forced onto the NBN. Now, during lockdown and homeschooling it keeps dropping out. now not working at all. Why do I pay you money? Please fix the service we pay for. thanks.

    @Telstra @NGruen1 @Telstra same problem in Caulfield South and outage page says it won’t be back til 7.45am Wednesday. We have two highschool homeschooling and we are working from home. What are you doing to support customers?

    @AlboMP @MrKRudd MANY Melbourne homes with no landline since 17July during LOCKDOWN. Too bad for elderly/disabled with no mobile & medical condition. Telstra won't fix til 29/7. They promised fix on 23/7. 3rd world stuff. What happened to USO? So much for critical public infrastructure.

    @Telstra Over it. It reconnected then went down again. You aren’t giving consistent messaging. There’s obviously issues in this area. They bring the internet down for eight hours every couple of weeks and then in between it goes down without notice. It’s just terrible
