@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@Telstra My modem was running on 4G (which is below average) for well over two weeks. I wasn’t receiving NBN. Now all I get is an apology that my service has been disconnected and there’s nothing that can be done about it.

@RacingPedigrees @omnitrader147 I just thought it very strange because it only started after I got new phone & telstra now require direct debit on accounts. Too much of a coincidence, they just said don't click on the link, I told her I wasn't stupid, but shouldn't they be warning customers as it looks legit?

@Telstra Thanks Reggie its been a couple of times and it’s difficult to convey gravity of problem by messaging. More recently it related to a scam and I had to ask that I not be handed to someone else as it was in their area…meant having to retype the message. Speaking to someone better

Some trivia and useless information.... However I was looking at my Telstra bill had never noticed the $.. . 91 never paid much attention to it but if Telstra 18.88 mil customers all had $0.91 cents on their monthly bill it would be worth $2bil a year who said cents don’t count?
