    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @OurNarungga @Telstra @NBN_Australia And they call this world class broadband network. Should have been done with fibre in the first place.

    @Telstra Basically not being able to use the service in general. Connection dropping, yellow light on modem yet sometimes no connection is found, extreme buffering, red light appears sometimes. All this started about 5 days ago

    Hey @Telstra. Great to have so visitors in the region #YorkePeninsula but yet another weekend trying to work with upload/download speeds back to dial-up days thanks to bandwidth at capacity & I'm told at least another month to get @NBN_Australia connected. Help! #RegionsMatter

    @MummaTails @Telstra My hubby copped the same thing. We've always had a transfer set up and never been in the red. Going to the bank to cancel it and will control it ourselves. He is a truck driver so felt he needs telstra, but plenty of other providers now on same network if they don't like it.

    Tried to enjoy a late chill stream with everyone & my **** ISP drops out 3 times in under an hour & then my speeds are 1/4th of what is paid for. Telstra is a terrible ISP cannot wait to go to Aussie Broadband in the new flat, 850+ download & 50 upload FTW
