    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    @Natho369 I live in in the NW Coast of TAS and the internet here is absolute dog ****. 5G constantly dropping out and this is before Telstra dropped the ball last week. On top of which my power bill during winter is $18 per day. This is a state that exports power.

    @Telstra telstra, charge premium prices for a half rate network. you have had years to get rid of all the single point of failure network issues, yet it keeps happening. remember when a small fire in chatswood telstra building took out the whole SMS network?
