    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @strangerous10 Telstra had a risk assessment signed off by the PM which said mitigations in place to isolate any faults, which were unlikely, & consequences was rated low. This meant the expenditure could be deferred. It was not a technical or a people problem. It was a pass the buck problem.

    @ReutersAsia Are @Telstra suggesting that all 3 network time servers were/are hosted in the same physical chassis? Seems fundamentally flawed? Also, do they not continually scan for vulnerabilities and end of service? @sarahinthesen8 something sounds fishy.

    @CrySlyFly @ialihasaan @Batman2242 And NZ incumbent Telco was very happy to work with the government to rollout their network so they structurally separated. Our Telstra was just interested in destroying any and all competition and wouldn't work with the gov

    Telstra are the Great and Powerful Oz in the Wizard of Oz, who when you pull away the curtain, is a conman Telstra just admitted to the Senate Inquiry to using the crowdsourced outage report website DownDetector when their system fails Does that make sense? So Telstra are a $54 BILLION company who rely on crowdfunding to protect Australia’s access to emergency services So people’s lives are at risk and they are urgently calling 000 while Telstra executives are checking DownDetector. The CEO is paid $7 million+ a year and this is the result. Telstra HQ:

    Melbourne, Aust: Has anybody else who is with Telstra (or Boost or ALDI mobile, etc) had calls going silent mid call and having to hang up and call again? Only started yesterday. Not just me .. two other people I know. Have lodged a complaint with @Telstra and waiting.

    @mar790032894313 @JoshButler The government is stupid and didn't force the carriers to push the carrier bundles to older iPhones, so the ********* at Vodafail, Floptus and Telstra only pushed it to iOS 26.4 and later! Android devices got it fine though

    @QBCCIntegrity Mine didn't even go off. Telstra gave a warning about interruptions to the service where I was at work.
