@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

So @Apple no longer includes a charger with new phones, & @Telstra forces customers to pay ONLY via direct debit on a fixed date, removing customer control, ownership, & ability to budget. Owning a phone that will cease working in 2 years is a **** show.

@Telstra Ok - looks like after a whole weekend of chats and a ridiculous amount of troubleshooting with your call centre with my technician husband he is now talking about the ombudsman. Anyone local can help please? It’s 1 week without proper service.

If you want to know why fraudsters and scammers win, ask @Telstra where if your number is ported out without your permission Telstra can only help during business hours from M-F from 8am.

hey @Telstra my NBN has been down for weeks. Have called you more times than I care to mention - and each call is more useless than the previous one. Your people keep blaming the @NBN_Australia. I don't care who's at fault, I need my nbn connection fixed. What a joke.
