    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @PhillipAdams_1 I’m thinking of dumping Telstra broadband and getting Musk’s @SpaceXStarlink So sick of Telstra crowded shop, clunky telephone robots and sudden slow speeds. Neighbours have it and say it is incredibly fast, no drop outs and offers great service.

    So I spoke to the “expert” and they were the worst and I went Karen mode on them. Because they wanted kid to explain what had happened between my bank account and the Telstra website. Oh and “there’s nothing wrong with our website”. I have evidence to the contrary but go off.

    @Telstra Not sure if there's anything else unless I can get a refund for the $ I racked up in excess data while I couldn't get into my account because the app glitched out, and I couldn't get in to buy a data top up. I appreciate your help either way :)

    @Telstra I pickup the phone for help, I can only speak to someone in the Phillipines, I get transferred 5 times over an hour and then magically the call drops out Fix that and we’re golden.

    @Telstra Maybe need to spend money on training staff some customer service manners! Hubby was told that he will have to call every month to have his bill fixed and corrected! Seriously ….that’s terrible customer service!

    @Telstra This is discrimination. Women don't need any more help. They have had more than their fair share of help in last 30 years. When you keep giving help when not needed you are actually suggesting females are handicapped in many ways especially intellectually.
