@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

@IdiotDigger I drove to Darwin from Adelaide. 400km out of Darwin I saw a broken down 4WD with 3German lads. Uni students travelling. Clueless ***** & on a tight budget. So I towed their car to Katherine with Telstra rope,bought a tow strap,then towed to Darwin.400km in 8hrs in my Nissan 4WD

@Telstra @TelcoOmbudsman Telstra, I am a disabled person with proof I have adhered to a payment arrangement to access my email, yet no-one can help me restore it. NO-ONE. I could potentially be homeless due to this glaringly obvious error but NO-ONE will respond to my complaints.
