@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

  • AnimusSpirits Animus Distillery (@AnimusSpirits) reported from Kyneton, State of Victoria

@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

  • SEdwards0108 Scott Edwards 💉💉💉 (@SEdwards0108) reported

Good morning @Telstra I have just received a text message from Telstra advising of an issue with my home internet and a link to reply. I thought it seemed a bit suss.

  • Maz__AU Maz (@Maz__AU) reported

    @RxstyyAU @Telstra Nothing but problems!!

  • steve_wars Steve (@steve_wars) reported

@jenvwest @LMcKirdy7 Think he meant going to a public forum instead of proper channels isn’t the right option. If I worked for Telstra and had a similar issue you can’t just go air it out in Twitter. There is process

  • stwtwo Big Hamburger (@stwtwo) reported

@IainND Oh yeah these days I just hang up, but one time I just kept pressing the "Telstra" guy for my account number and he got pissed off and called me a mother ****** and I just cracked up, that was fun

  • Deco_WZ deco_wz (@Deco_WZ) reported

@Maz__AU @Telstra yep. will be without internet for a week or two and use hotspot, data runs out, then you have to call em again and they say they will re-imburse you with data but they never do

  • adam_turner Adam Turner (@adam_turner) reported

@alexkidman @smyth_gj @AmyRemeikis the downside of the FttN-to-FttP upgrade is that NBN might use it as an excuse not to fix FttN issues, like Telstra did with copper and HFC beforing selling it to NBN

  • deathandsaints Commissions opening SOON (@deathandsaints) reported

@Telstra damn, that extra data would have been super helpful right now is all.

  • paulbrown73au Paul Brown (@paulbrown73au) reported

Hi @Optus can you tell me if iPhone 8 model number MQ7G2X/A works on the Optus network. Looking to switch to the flybuys/Optus $35 plan from @Telstra

  • franjlawrence Fran Lawrence (@franjlawrence) reported

@Telstra Thanks Winona. We reached out a fair bit in recent weeks while we tethered laptops to phones to keep working from home, with no solutions or genuine help on offer... so very happy with the decision to move on.

  • SallyLawry 💧Sally Lawry (@SallyLawry) reported

@ElianeMayer6 @AmyRemeikis By contacting Telco I had one contact, or Case Manager, who was very helpful . We have had lots of problems with connections and speed . Main problem being old copper wire and distance from the node . Got a good refund as Telstra was simply not providing promised service
