    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @IllyBocean @macaulaybalkan I had the same problem with Optus not accepting the NBN was out. I can't count how many times they wanted me to troubleshoot **** when I could see the lights on the NBN router flashing away. Even Telstra is better than Optus and that's obviously saying something.

    The sun goes down on day two of trying to get a simple task that I’ve already paid for completed by @Telstra. Their call centre either hangs up on me (multiple times) or can’t help - it’s great fun! Please post jokes/memes to restore my will to live! #telstra #noservice

    @Telstra Currently 1 day into waiting the expected 2 to 5 days for a call from tech support, in the meantime I’m using something that resembles dial up

    @Telstra apparently can't book in to cancel your broadband service more than 2 weeks in advance. Amazing customer service... No wonder so many people are jumping ship to @AussieBroadband
