@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

@Telstra Your company is the absolute worst... I have finally left you but have a positive balance on my bill. I can no longer login and when I try to call to get the funds reimbursed it hangs up after telling me to use the messaging service... that I no longer have access to!

@Telstra I’ve phoned though a report, if it’s not attended by to tomorrow I’ll reach out. There’s shards of glass all over the footpath. Somewhat of a public safety issue which I advised when I called.

@Telstra Claimed more people were working from home. We are a farming community. There is no more usage then before Covid. They will not acknowledge a problem.

@jendudley @Telstra If you own a phone just go and use Aldi mobile. $15/month and I have had no issues with it for over 12 months. I do have a work mobile though with much more data included. Good luck.

@Telstra bought a xbox seriex X before xmas and we activated late december. ever since then the ultimate game pass has not been activated from the back end and Microsoft say its a Telstra issue and I have tried over and over again to get it fixed. No one seems to be able to help
