@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

@Joesmybaby You’re right, that IS the problem but when I saw Telstra email in junk box in Dec, I thought it could be spam & deleted it. Now the offer is ended & I have to upgrade to IQ4 (3 no longer available) for $100. How do you tell genuine from spam? 😫

@Glenina57 @Telstra @StGeorgeBank Ray is correct. I did try to warn Telstra Management before they sent my job to the Philippines. I hear that Telstra wants to bring all its customer service back to Australia. Round & round it goes. Thousands of jobs lost Inc mine - supposedly with no impact on service. TI

@Optus That's what I was hoping to here. Me, I mean my friend will be signing up as soon as my, I mean their contract with @Telstra is up in May. I hope Optus never decide to go down the same stupid path forcing customers into direct debits.

@craigreucassel Definitely not worth the $78mill bonuses @NBN_Australia paid themselves at this rate. Couple this with having @Telstra as your 'service provider' using the MY Telstra app message system and it is frustrating as hell. It is a lottery. It should be a certainty by now.

@Telstra_news @Telstra I'm pretty sure you count customer calls as scam calls though so that's kinda cheating

@itsRyanUnicomb @Itssan17 @binge If you got Telstra, Uber or UberEats, you can redeem free vouchers for Binge for 2-3 free months of subscriptions. Just redeem those and stream it for the statistics, and then use VPN for another paid service like HBOMAX for the 4k stream.
