@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@Telstra @Pink Does this mean you will delay general public and allow gold tier+ still first priority? This is very poor - you tell me what a great customer I am so I get priority access but it has been a debacle.

@kangtej007 @Telstra Yep my son has been out of data all day. They can’t or won’t do anything to help. I spent 80 minutes on the phone earlier before the rudest person ever hung up. Currently 40 minutes into a 15-30 minute wait.
