@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@hangingshoes @Telstra Also Telstra charge for 13 and 1300 prefixed numbers those include Centrelink, myGov and many others. Your prepaid amount disappears very fast if you need to call any of those. Telstra spruik their greatness never mention that of course.

@Telstra I do not, it was ordered over the phone through the small bushes section. We where told that they where having trouble getting the specific phone in, called every telstra store from north Victoria to Melbourne and got told the same thing. Nothing else to do than just wait more.

@Telstra I can't remember. Maybe a month ago. It does not matter. Telstat can't service this area as well as they used to. The actual cables and wires and things are old and useless. Plus the way the suburbs are growing they can't keep up with speed vs use.

No scam calls for weeks, but 4 already today. 2 quick hang ups, one "amazon" who decided it was more fun to swear at me, then a "telstra" one that hung up in the middle of his own sentence!

@Optus @Margaret_Tran Omg stop telling us to troubleshoot. Your mobile towers has issues. Nothing to do with us, I had to buy a telstra sim just so i could meet my deadlines ugh
