@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

@andrewbogut I went to my local @Telstra shop looking to buy a new phone. The girl at the front was extremely rude to myself and an elderly couple when we had clearly signed in upon entry. So I left and spent $2,000 at @JBHiFi instead

@Telstra mobile coverage in and around Dorset Sq, Boronia VIC has been terrible for a couple of months now. Any eta on a fix or would you suggest switching to Optus? Really can't be bothered to spend another hour on the phone for platitudes and hand waving

Was starting to think big businesses were really grasping customer service. Then I had to resolve a problem with @Telstra. 40 minutes wait to get through to somebody who then referred me to somebody else. Don’t have a name, don’t know where they are, can’t call them. #monopoly
