@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

  • AnimusSpirits Animus Distillery (@AnimusSpirits) reported from Kyneton, State of Victoria

@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@Telstra It is convenient for Telstra when the customer has to buy a new phone but considering 4G does not interfere with 5G the 4G coverage is supposed to be permanent. Any equipment should be able to be 4G but some equipment only requires 4G for coverage and data stability.

  • LoveHarmony23 GWindsor23 (@LoveHarmony23) reported

@telesynth_hot @TruthdriverOn @AlboMP As for the bush, we had really great cdma phones that worked everywhere. Then telstra came along and moved everything over to next g. So now we are back to the old radios. At the end of the day, if the companies don't provide the service, then people figure it out for themselves

I was told today by Telstra that I should be able to upgrade my home NBN connection to FTTP. 🤞🤞🤞 Better late than never. What a huge waste of time and money the LNP Fraudband has been. 😠

  • LtzKotori Kotori (@LtzKotori) reported

@Telstra even had a rep i was talking to try and talk about 5g in the town 40mins away , its like come on ... your trying to boast about 5g when i get probs 2g speeds on a 4g signal during the day

  • Willtech101 Willtech (@Willtech101) reported

@Telstra Chat is a good idea for accountability, at least there is chat history. It is far better than going to the store where they do not know what the person I spoke with on the telephone has organised and then never being able to get back onto the person who assisted when I

  • Greggreenwood17 Greg greenwood (@Greggreenwood17) reported

@Telstra Our family farm is 8km from the tower, we can see the blinking red light, but everytime it rains the service drops out! We were watching the NRL grandfinal and service dropped out just after half time After a few days of dry weather the service returns!

  • sekosuskun Seko (@sekosuskun) reported

@Telstra Problem been solved after 2.5 days

  • RedFiddler Dr Penelope (@RedFiddler) reported

If my phone is my modem and my computer is suddenly asking for a "network security key"...what is that and where do I find it? Is it on my phone somewhere or is it a Telstra thing?

  • Willtech101 Willtech (@Willtech101) reported

@Telstra When 3G eventually goes off the device just dials up to 4G and registers on the network there. It works.

  • Willtech101 Willtech (@Willtech101) reported

@Telstra You should be good enough with technology to teach me about it. 4G is Unisim, the Sim starts with lower G and the device dials up. Everything knows how to talk to 3G and 4G is the same except for service registration on the Sim. 5G starts at the top instead and is not
