    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @Telstra @andy_penn @Telstra another month and still no progress on a landline for 89 year old Mum. Without doubt the hardest company to deal with, days and days wasted with no result latest advice May. Words fail me.

    @callapilla This happened to us!!! Telstra/NBNCo would do tests and never find an issue. Then one day they call and say our NBN box needs replacement and is giving feedback/noise to the network and it’s magically fixed. Just keep complaining

    @WllmNewell @MrSirUgly Being that I don't watch news programs as it triggers my ptsd. I have no idea when this is. Would someone mind telling me please ? Also, can I watch it on the iview app on my telstra box ? Or do I need to get an aerial cord to access free to air television ? Thanks for any help.

    @Telstra how do you justify charging me to forward calls to a mobile number when my business phone was down for 3 days switching over to the nbn on your service?

    @Telstra No I can't get hold of an ACTUAL PERSON on the phone!!!! Record messages just go round and round in fkn circles!!! I need to speak to an actual person on the phone!!! Can someone DM me so I can speak to a PERSON on the phone!!!! Your customer service is pathetic!!

    @Telstra No that doesn't work! It says it doesn't recognise my phone number, which is ridiculous and then it wants me to call # something # but that doesn't work cause I'm not using a telstra number atm!!!!
