    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    Just wondering what active role companies like @Telstra @VodafoneAU & @Optus are taking in ridding customers of constant spam SMS messages & emails? While there's probably no easy fix the amount of unsolicited junk paying customers are hit with on a daily basis is out of control.

    @Hugh_Whitehouse You need to have a Telstra service to get one right? That alone feels weird, giving a sizeable chunk of stock to a retailer that forces a services folks might not want. (I got lucky with my PS5 last year, tbf)

    @Telstra was having trouble with my private number being displayed, you said you would fix it.WRONG you have blocked all numbers calling me and not my number when I phone out. You had one job.

    @Telstra Oh I wasn't necessarily betting the farm on release day delivery, but I kinda figure that if I pre-order and advise you precisely what model I'm keen on, size and colour, that you won't be caught with your pants down when it's time to deliver. That's the point of preorders.

    @Telstra_news TELSTRA NEWS TODAY!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD OR REQUESTED telstra to suddenly after 2ish years, with this telco, I suddenly quickly discover that they have decided to give Me a voicemail, the fone rings 3 times & proceeds to VM. I WAS ADVISED YESTERDAY AFTER 13 WEEKS

    @Dunhacking @SpudBenBean My NBN FTTH worked terrific up 2 the end of initial 2 yr contract. The second it was up the problems started. Telstra only interested in new contracts & bigger the existing 1s. Just pinch their bandwidth.
