@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

@Telstra I have been trying to activate home internet for over 2 months. Countless phone calls later & promises that "it's all set up now" and it's still not working. Internet has been running on 4g backup and has run out again... please help resolve this, its ridiculous.

@Telstra I've cancelled a mobile service & the Telstra shop at Toombul in Brisbane refused to tell me how much I owe even though I made it clear the phone number was going to a different provider. They were very rude to me when I came back to the shop to find out the amount owing.

@leftofleft12 @Telstra I intend to. One service has been moved to Optus. The phone broke & is unusable. Very unlucky. Telstra still wanted $95/month until Jan 2023 for an unusable phone. It's a joke that there's no provision for that. So it was cheaper to leave today. I'll cancel the rest asap 😔😔

@Telstra No it didn't help, the app really doesn't help at all. Like I said on my many previous tweets all it's done is taken me in circles. However, I decided to ring Telstra over and over until I got to talk to someone and now I have a technician appointment on Tuesday.

@SpotlightForYou @Telstra The only thing that works is using the smartphone app. That way you aren't waiting on hold. Once you get a human - their chatbot is garbage - things can go faster. Still pretty crap but better than listening to on hold music!

Just received a phone call from a @telstra employee and the lady said “some fraudulent activity has allegedly taken place on my internet connection”. Except, I’m not a @Telstra customer. I’m with @Optus So I hung up after they wanted me to speak to a manager.

@Telstra good afternoon guys. I am having issue with my NBN bandwidth. I used to get 700Mbps down but recently I am topping out at 450Mbps. Do you know if their is a recent issue of capacity in Melbourne 3000?
