@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@Telstra Hey Patrick! I DMd yesterday as requested and have been passed back onto a chat service that has still failed to help me. (Asked me a question at 3.15pm, which I answered within a minute, and then I was informed at 5.45pm that the staffer had ended their shift.) Any advice?

Is @SamsungAU or @Android aware of an issue with the latest firmware not being able to access mobile data on @Telstra network? I have updated 3 devices(Note9, 20 and S8) & now cant access Mobile Data, but my non-updated devices (Tab 4 /Note8) work fine, has something gone wrong?

Getting stuffed around with the nearby Telstra mobile network “upgrades” which are causing outages. Time critical stuff with/for octogenarian. Can’t get it to work, insufficient working (workarounds) writing today off in absolute hot anger. “Australia’s best network” borked 4me.

@Telstra Phone has gone down twice in the last week. Called the contact and left a message. No return call. What goes on in your office @andy_penn Half *** attempt at fixing the issue. Phone was down for over a month. No credit applied. Really fed up with the BS. @3AWNeilMitchell

@Telstra No they won't. This has been ongoing for 9 days now. How can nobody have the ability to escalate this problem? It has now cost me money. I am unable to work remotely as a static IP is required.

@JamesSmithAu @Telstra In what way? They are doing nothing but saying, "the problem will be resolved as soon as possible." It's not ASAP. If it was ASAP it would be escalated and resolved. ASAP to them means, as soon as we get through our unnecessary internal red tape.
