    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @2GB873 Telstra are offering $15 credit to customers for outage. What??????????????? Brady is on $8 million a year. Can 2GB investigate??? This is disgraceful.

    @BudgetDude if you know the org chart of Telstra you'd find that would be a terrible approch but I get what you mean. I think the approach required if to rewind the history of decision making re. "why wasn't that NPT server upgraded" (or all of them) and that ecosystem of humans get fired.

    @samstrades Today 19/7/26 - trying to get info from Telstra on how to lodge a complaint/compensation about the outage, Telstra are saying to customers that the cause was “unforeseen” …… they can’t help themselves #telstra #youhaveonejob #sackthelot
