@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

@Telstra, our house ( that in lockdown) has been without internet and we’ve been told it won’t be back till Tuesday. We are all working and can’t afford this delay. Please tell us we haven’t made the choice to have a provider that is this slow and unreliable. Prove us wrong!
