@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

Wanted advise on what to do about phone. Was told i was a liar and did not purchase phone at that store told to get out in a screaming voice by manager. Very poor service u have lost a long term customer. Went to optus because telstra had monopoly Dont shop at Norlunga optus.

@Telstra There is no help there! And this doesn't answer why I pay for 4g backup when the speed is 2mbps? I will just cancel the account and move over to @iinet instead.

@Telstra Our landline has been hacked months ago. The phones are fine because the hackers rang us and wanted credit card details. Telstra knows about this but does nothing. We are paying for a landline that doesn't work and hasn't worked for probably years.

@Telstra smh, what has Telstra become, lack of staff inside stores, lack of staff online to help customers. Of course I'm not trying to take this out on you, I know your just doing your job, I guess I will wait & see if it works tomorrow, have a good day Jax.

@Telstra I appreciate the effort to provide a rewards program, however a key component is actually delivering the products to the customer. Twice now I have tried to redeem a reward and twice the package has failed to arrive, customer service unable to assist both times
