    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @Telstra This is total BS ! No one has argued the vaccine contains a micro chip what blatant belittling of the true argument. It contains graphene oxide the most powerful conductor of electro magnetic signal. You are turning humans into a one big micro chip. We know you know get a lawyer

    @alexjmackey @robdmoore I was forced to get Telstra Velocity due to where I live a few months ago. It was by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. Was a total roulette wheel of calls until I could get someone who could sign us up. I shudder for non tech people.

    @Telstra I just don’t understand why you do a credit check to pay less money not more money! So how is paying you less More financial stress than paying you for a higher plan? Do you perform a credit check when I cancel my plan?

    @Telstra So the last time I had @Telstra direct debt was in 2000 they took $800 out of my account for a $400 bill and refused to pay it back so once bitten twice shy. I have never missed a bill payment yet you’re forcing me to go to another provider, great loyalty that is🙄

    @Telstra Could you please explain why I need a credit check to decrease my price plan? It isn’t a new plan and I passed a credit to get the plan. I don’t want a credit application impacting my credit score. It would be easier just to cancel and go somewhere else
