    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    Received a phishing call allegedly from @Telstra - a little more clever than usual - they offered a 40% discount on my bill for 12mths & when I said "sure,apply the discount" they said they just needed some"verification": name&DoB. Never give these details to unverified callers.

    Reaching out to @Telstra to see if they can help out with two Bigpond emails that got merged to a business account and can no longer hit POP server. Tech support have no idea.

    @Telstra Can’t get help in the app if internet is not working.. in Bermagui.. Telstra Air is working but the rest is fairly cactus..

    @TheTodayShow The son said he was advised by ESTA that it was an issue from Telstra. If that is the case than it is the federal gov responsible for telstra putting the call through to ESTA. You have instead allowed to son to use defamatory language about premier. Today show is a disgrace!

    WAIT WHAT! @Telstra is changing my prepaid plan to 'IMPROVE' it, by cutting off 5G access! How does cutting off 5G access improve my plan @telstra and why did you hide that bit if info down the bottom

    @chendo @Telstra Was already with Telstra and relocated from CQ. Initially I was hoping to utilise the 4G backup for the short while until the proper connection (which failed miserably) So now I’m weighing up moving ISPs as their support regarding upgrading is just repeating “computer says no”.
