@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

Thanks NBN, @TurnbullMalcolm, Optus, Telstra for the absolutely crap internet. Non-existent at night. (Meanwhile neither @NBN_Australia nor @iinet have got the satellite working (but it's a crap option anyway) – sad that that's the laughable excuse for NBN.

@Boatyboy1 I personally worked on a fix for software that ran telstra's DDN, that network provided clocking for the national electricity grid, try running AC distribution without synchronization, it won't last long.

Listened to the Telstra CEO telling the press how they are now customer focused after coping a large fine for crap behaviour, nothing changes been arguing with them for months just to receive a hard copy monthly account and even that’s to hard for these tosses!

@Telstra nbn not connecting for 24 hours. Ring support. Says lines are busy and hangs up. Not great when you have kids that have to do homework online. Help please. We are paying for a service.
