@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

@Telstra It just sits there saying “loading” and never finishes. Either a loading bar or circle, nothing else.

@Telstra It seems to have returned now. Initially one bar (possibly distant cell), now the customary two (terrible reception here; I assume the new tower about 500 metres from my side fence is not yet on :) )

I don't what has happened but Telstra's 5G coverage in Melbourne, but it has turned to ****. Goes out all the time the last few weeks and so unreliable. *Of course I couldn't send this, no internet connection.

@DavidSandow1 @Rawalak_Farms @Telstra My issue isn’t service, I can work around that. It’s the pathetic account management. Every time we try to change something. Hours and hours wasted for a result 1 time in 4 at best. And often the change reverts unexplainably anyway. Shona and I will do anything to dodge the job.

@PeterCronau ".. buys location data from apps". That would not happen without the intent of the original service provider (eg., Verizon in the US or Telstra here) to package and sell it to them.

@Telstra Activating a telstra prepaid is the worst experience ever. ID info is all correct and say error. If its too hard for your company to activate we will take our business elsewhere.

@Telstra Last couple of times I've checked, with the 'auto recharge' functionality on Telstra Pre-Paid there's a timing issue with the credit card debits and a resultant outage in mobile service by a few hours each recharge. Not sure if senior management are aware - major issue.
