    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @Telstra It feels like my phone is still like this, I have had no service no data since Christmas Eve. As soon as I can get to an Optus store I will be closing my account with Telstra, so over paying for a service that is not being provided.

    @Steve_Marshall9 Also Telstra would shut down down his phone company if they knew they were entrusting their customers details and dealings with a convicted drug dealer who got caught selling thousands of ecstasy pills turned police rat/snitch to get out of jail. He is SATANIC !

    @Telstra @Telstra this is an absolute joke! Your “outage” page is showing no issues but Im getting 0.2mb download speed. You need to fix this crap. We are paying for services you can not provide. We have a smart modem but because of the crap mobile service, 1 bar at best, it doesn’t work

    @Telstra Mobile coverage is extremely poor all day am not able to contact family for Christmas, I am paying for a service that is not meet what I pay for, my device says that I have 3 bars of 5G and i am unable to call, text nothing. Telstra is a joke and a rip off.

    I hate phones so much. Telstra's telling me that I need to recharge to keep my phone number, but I never use data, and I never call/text people who don't use Telstra. But I wanna keep my phone number, so I'm just wasting money for no reason. Guess I need to use my data more often

    @Telstra Its okay ive already lodged it with them this morning. Christmas is over here anyways, its 10pm.. Not worth further ruining christmas trying to talk to telstra support, its not known for being.... useful. Thanks though, just thought id get some sort of update.

    @Telstra I did. they just said what you said, to reboot my modem. They barely spoke english and just sent copy and paste responses when i tried to tell them over and over i had tried to reboot both. Its been down all day.
