@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

1.stick with the useless reception and live with it. Option 2 move to another carrier like @Telstra.. Don’t you love customer service, 9 years loyalty means nothing.

Oh @Telstra I’m also $300+ in credit, but apparently your new system doesn’t talk to your old system, so will I ever be refunded that amount? The reason that I was ahead on my plan was because I set up my own payments to avoid being giving a bad credit rating you once threatened

@Telstra OK Sheree. We have just been told that they have no technicians available & our service will be out for another week which will make3 weeks. Get fed up with it being extended by a week each time we get to deadline. Also, they say they can't locate interim service 4 us.

cont. for #Canberra psychic reading client: Classic example of what I shared years ago, about Telstra customer service asking regular customers to provide 100 points of new id because of changing plans. These were customers who were already locked in. Selling data? Contemplate.

I was told today by Telstra that I should be able to upgrade my home NBN connection to FTTP. 🤞🤞🤞 Better late than never. What a huge waste of time and money the LNP Fraudband has been. 😠

@Telstra this is the second day of network outage in Moree affecting not only phones, but eftpos facilities in numerous small businesses. Not ideal at this time of year. No info available about when it will be fixed. Pls help!

@CaptainMetadata @ashleygraf_ Is it unwise to keep using an optus do you think? I have asked the reseller to fix it many times It does seem to slowly be starting to behave like a normal phone service I tried a telstra reseller for a month but it was problematic too and sometimes refused to put calls through

Hi @Telstra my internet is lousy (MIA last 3 days). You know I'm in a bad area, so why am I paying the same BMW city price for Mini Minor rural service? Yes I choose to live & work in the bush and can put up with 3rd rate service but must I pay exactly what Sydney customers pay?
