@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

@Telstra @MischiefsGG Ayo peeps do not use Telstra, it is absolute garbage at providing internet. 3rd world countries have better internet then the **** they provide, and that is factual. @itsnotkattt The year of the bushfires, we were away at the beach & I had phone coverage with Telstra & as soon as everyone arrived in town, the tower overloaded & it was terrible, particularly as there is only 1 road in & out. It's not nice being out of contact. Try not to stress too much

@Telstra So far: Person on phone will not help, says ‘go to shop’. Person on Twitter will not phone only wants to tweet. No internet. If Telstra can disconnect internet without permission how come they cannot restore it. #ridiculous

@JaggardMixhael @Telstra Totally agree though it never used to be like this. Been with them over 50 yrs. Can't think why now! With one exception, all 'help' calls were hard to understand Indians, trying to be chatty, like they care. Got nowhere until after the SEVENTH call. 😡😡
