    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @thespecialbka And that was in 'the good old days of Telstra/Telecom/PMG when the poor telephonist would call you. Later on they used a machine, which disregarded the abuse.

    @Am_Sparky1 Yes, as soon as I left home, to the nearest shopping or town, it worked. I didn't spend much time at home. We were considering antennas and made inquiries from specialists. Thankfully Telstra started their 4gx network and we had reception after that.

    @Telstra I have been messaging your help service for almost 8 hours. I have explained my problem 6 times & asked to turn my phone on & off 3 times. No resolution. I just want some proper help! Can I speak to a person? This is beyond a joke

    @DanielYo_AU The largest shareholders of the major Australian corporations , BHP , CRA, RIO Qantas , Telstra etc etc... Are all US billionaires. Thats why these companies get govt bailouts , to help our US billionaires shareholders
