    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @Telstra @ASIOGovAu can you please help Australia out by dealing with spam/ nuisance calls WE are ALL getting. I have my phone set to silence unknown calls/numbers and I still get bombarded. My colleagues and friends say the same thing.

    @RoadknightThe I dumped Telstra 30 years ago, wouldn’t go near them again. I use Superloop currently they have NBN and 5G internet never a problem. See if they service Geelong. Telstra charge more

    @Telstra Sorry but that’s just rubbish, it is not coincidence. I’ve had 5-6 calls today straight after my actual Telstra support chat. I haven’t had any calls prior today or any other day.

    @RoadknightThe The irony Sir knight is Telstra is the 'best'. I live on a farm and the internet is woeful. Intermittent, NO NBN, poor mobile reception but the others are way WORSE!!

    @Telstra why am I getting calls reportedly from Telstra people asking me to download AnyDesk?? These calls are immediately after legitimate support calls by me to your support team. Leads me to think you are getting hacked, repeatedly and so is my private information.

    Just one more* rant and rave. Todd and I have decided to hold telstra responsible for the attack on the flipsyde association incorporated (unincorporated). This is due to the high demand for free kinetic solutions where chemicals haven't solved problems. Thanks greatly, Jay W

    @joininthechorus @Dura_Ace The thinner wires there look like aerial copper leadin for the Telstra POTS phone network - again, with NBN having replaced landline nobody is going to notice if that drops out, unless you're stuck on FTTN/FTTC.

    @Telstra They also seem to have some idea of the actual support issue I’m having . Would a legit Telstra support agent ever ask a customer to download AnyDesk?
