    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @Telstra I’ve been on sos only for 2 weeks for no reason. I’ve been in places where it should’ve been full bars of service and still nothing. I have no idea why this has happened, it happened out of nowhere. I’ve tried turning off my phone & taking out the SIM card and still nothing

    @woolworths So I ask you today. Are you going to look at the issue. The support ticket number is 0000096019. Maybe you can look into it without palming it to Telstra? Seriously get a grip and fix it.
