@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

@Telstra Hi Matthew, unfortunately not. I did finally manage to speak with someone who had a better idea of the problem very late on Fri night. They assured me it would be fixed within 24 hours. I know it's the weekend but it's now more than 36 hours and still down.

@LJPatton @Telstra I mentioned your situation to the agent who contacted me. He was kind, but I didn’t feel I was able to effectively convey that this is a systemic problem affecting many Telstra-users and that the issues emerged after their most recent update. Let me know if you have better luck.

@garydlum Well first they told me my WiFi modem wasn't covered by one telstra person. Brought a new one $250, doesn't work, second chap said I was still covered grrrrr. Modem blew up, but line may be gone too 🤨
