    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    @frankcentrella1 @Foxtel Nope call centre is now back in Oz. I said the same thing. It was insane. 20 years we have had foxtel. Its never been easy dealing with them to solve an issue. Speak to telstra no speak to foxtel no Speak to telstra. It's enough to drive you mad!!

    My @TelsimAustralia sim card is now on the Telstra network and I no longer get autoplay voice messages but have to set up a voicemail inbox a la 2002 style??! 😭 Why???

    @9NewsAUS Telstra doesn't have emergency contingencies such as a temporary system rigged to a crane etc. Good to know.

    3 phone calls to @Telstra today and hung up on twice. Now they want to charge me $30 to reactivate my service to cancel it. Disgusting @andy_penn

    @RekNYNE Well yes from instore I have to call a robot to get it done. Never used the live chat for it. You should be able to use the My Telstra app/website to do it yourself nowdays, but I assume if it detects a credit issue it advises chat/call

    @burgess_ag finding the Telstra wifi with a cellfi booster works if you have phone service and a lot cheaper than satellite
