@Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

  • EmergencyBK Emergency&BushfireKits (@EmergencyBK) reported from Dales Creek, State of Victoria

@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

  • AnimusSpirits Animus Distillery (@AnimusSpirits) reported from Kyneton, State of Victoria

@Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

  • MidgeeModge Modge (@MidgeeModge) reported

@Telstra The store manager told me that they were overrun because all your overseas call centrex are shut due to Covid. No other store in the major shopping centre I visit have similar cordons or security guards. I went to Optus and walked straight in to receive friendly service.

  • MidgeeModge Modge (@MidgeeModge) reported

@Telstra It is actually unbelievable to witness the amount of effort Telstra is currently directing towards ensuring that your staff don’t have to actually speak to its customers. This is going to permanently damage your brand. I am unimpressed.

  • wen1965 Wen (@wen1965) reported

Unbelievable @telstra. Your employees don't complete their job and you expect the customer to go and tell them to complete it.

  • 811zed AJ (@811zed) reported

@telstra - I'm trying to change my direct debit credit card, but 1. the link on your site throws a 404 error, and; 2. phone support sends me a link, which gets me back to point 1. How can I talk to a human or get a link that works?

  • guseyk guseyk (@guseyk) reported

@TPG_Telecom guys, I think I'll need to cancel. I need to speak to Telstra first but can you please tell me what would be involved?

  • MidgeeModge Modge (@MidgeeModge) reported

@Telstra No, the security guards are there to make sure customers don’t speak to the staff. The staff are obviously burnt out as they are extremely rude, and, no, I wasn’t rude to them. I also witnessed a very elderly man get turned away. How is he supposed to get service.

  • ABlissedSecret Steve - GTS GM Via Patreon #TeamGrim (@ABlissedSecret) reported

Just another reminder. Hey, @Telstra you're pathetic and only care about the money anything to do with "customer" help you give the same BS excuse.

  • MidgeeModge Modge (@MidgeeModge) reported

@Telstra This situation is a result of moving all your contact centres off-shore. You local staff are overrun and your brand is bring damaged. No one recommends you on the Facebook page for my community of three suburbs near Indooroopilly. The problems are real and customers are noticing.

  • darrenbennett76 Darren Bennett (@darrenbennett76) reported

@ziggyjo01 @Telstra It’s a Telstra authentication issue. Nothing to do with Apple. I suspect the auth for the one number Telstra service is federated from the main Telstra ID service. Likely a tick box or something that needs enabling on the backend. Decent Telstra support would help, ultimately.
