    @Telstra Understood. However, as @telstra disconnected our service instead of our vacating neighbours, I would hope they could assist in rectifying the issue and reconnecting us.

    @Telstra We have tried. @Telstra referred us to our provider, TPG, who in turn have referred us to the NBN. It’s been 5 days as we still have no service.

    Be careful - Indian sounding people saying they are from Telstra phoning people up and wanting to get into your computer to fix your internet connection.

    @Telstra How do I report our company website as being SAFE to Optus? We had an issue a few wks ago and all problems have been resolved. It is now 100% clean as indicated by Google & 90+ Virus Security Site checkers. It's still being blocked by Optus / Costing us $10K a week!

    @Telstra Been a loyal customer for over two decades but your customer service has become the worst. You provide a solution then rescind it/don’t follow through. I call & the agent can’t comprehend the issue + tells me you don’t have Case Managers/a Complaints Department anymore?!

    @NipseyOCE Cause have adsl2 . 2 streets away from nbn when bought the house. And telstra never done the rest 😥.

    @JonesHowdareyou Customer service & service delivery a thing of the past. Lucky you had NBN tech fix it. In prevs place, Telstra sent ~6 modems in a period of 12mths. Turns out it wasn't faulty modems. NBN visited & id'd copper wiring to the house as culprit. Waste really annoys me
