Brad Hooper (@bradhooperarch) reported from Woodend, Victoria@Telstra There is no ‘Accounts & billing’ selection available on the drop-down menu. So not much use. Thanks for trying though.

TheAbsentMindedVoter 🐨 🍺 🤬 (@Phil_HX4) reported from Riddell, Victoria@PaulFletcherMP @NBN_Australia How many connections will be completed at no extra cost due to the degrading copper network? You know us customers now stuck on default #4G data because for some ‘unknown’ reason we’ve lost fixed line connectivity! @Telstra #LNP were warned, to little too late! #Auspol

Brad Hooper (@bradhooperarch) reported from Woodend, Victoria@Telstra Thanks Tanasha, advised that I pay next bill incl the $15 fine & then seek a reimbursement. That is not acceptable & I refuse to waste further time over a @telstra error. The fine should not be charged in the first place - I alerted #Telstra to the issue!

Lucy the Red (@LucytheRed1) reported@DHughesy You clearly don’t realize the Future Fund was: 1) primarily seeded by the sale of Telstra 2) Set up to fund existing government liabilities I’ll dumb it down for you. The Howard government sold our assets to fund existing liabilities. Embarrassed for you (again)

cello (@cello721490) reported@ChrisMinnsMP You seriously think Telstra CEO get 6.8 million A year **** OFF!!!
-
bitterboy (@twistedandbitte) reported@Telstra Will now take this up with the Ombudsman, asking them to note it is resolved in favour of the customer and the delay in responding is your deliberate attempt to delay compensation. Stick that where it fits, or where the sun don’t shine.
-
Lucy Graham (@montrosegraham) reported@ChinaSelect Australia has had two major telecommunications network failures. As a result of the Telstra failure, three people died, including a baby. One person died as a result of the Optus failure. No infrastructure should have any exposure to foreign adversaries.

Hugh_96 (@Hugh_96) reported@susanmandrews RA seems to be taking quite a unique approach to the women’s rugby program. We have all been through it. Unless it is a significant issue which requires an apology eg Optus/Telstra outages, just put out a holding statement & some spin. RA is lucky not much media interest in rugby

🌸 Rita Gee ♥ 🇦🇺 (@Riogallica) reportedStill sans @NBN_Australia They came out Monday, identified the issue & refused to fix it. Told them that I was over them & that I'll be signing up with @Starlink Looking forward to receiving my kit from Starlink soon. Hotspotting with my @Telstra mobile is 1/2 speed of a snail. Painful much. Going crazy. Don't need this stress.

🐭 Clay Ross (@duexfoiscross) reported@FabClemm394 @Australis_Felix Howard sold Telstra which delayed Australian productivity and our gold reserves to buy votes to achieve a surplus that put Australia behind. Policies that still hurts Australia, Google Howard and the worst deal of the century.

Tas_Devil (@SarinaSkib70634) reported@JakeBeer11 @ClareONeilMP Not only building industry. Indians bought all big pharmacy from Chinese. Telstra franchises and so on. Whenever you go there are Indians. Some of them very rude.

b (@_benny4) reported@chdyctt I cancelled a contract with Optus 10 years ago due to their relocated contact centre. Was awful, but Telstra ended being cheaper believe it or not. In saying that, communications need to be explained easy & not written by AI and signed off.
