    F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    So I have moved offices and since Dec 16 have been trying to get my #Telstra fax service relocated. 3 months later, multiple calls, 100 h of mostly waiting on hold - a technician fail to attend - we are no closer. We did get a bill though! #terribleservice

    Dear @Telstra please fix my NBN or at least stop limiting my WiFi speed in punishment for the NBN ******* up. I am running out of phone data and I want to watch TV. Also I have 2600+ Dropbox files to DL onto my work laptop before Thursday. I need my WiFi. I pay enough for it.

    @Telstra And this is why people get pissed off with Telstra. It was originally listed as a problem with a fix time then it said no problem on the site. If you would just put on the site there’s a problem and we’re fixing it people wouldn’t be as pissed

    @Telstra after many many years as a Telstra customer I have just switched my home bb service to Aussie bb. After 48 hrs without internet and a 6 hour circle jerk on the shocking app I’ve had enough. The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Goodbye good riddance

    @JakeNiallTHEAGE @AFL Fine print? Don’t be myopic Jake. Ffs - Colonial / Telstra / Etihad / Marvel has been a goddam financial disaster for the tenants. Created a 2-tier comp between Vic clubs. Saints should never had moved to Seaford but Docklands is the main reason for the debt
