@Telstra Wow well done. Then page you sent to me onto tells me there’s no issue with the service yet clearly there is as I’m sitting at home 1.9km from a Telstra tower and I have 1 bar of signal strength on a iPhone 12. Good work #timetoleavetelstra

@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

So landline not working again @Telstra …again offered an interim service that does not work in my area. Again we a penalised for not accepting an offer that does not work. No technician until August. 🙄

Our pm is doing a good job with fostering good relations with countries around the region including our pacific neighbours. But? Why do we have to pay Telstra, a private company, to help keep Huawei out? This is not fair competition, it has anti China components and unnecessary.

@MichaelSpring17 I get them frequently from people claiming to be from Telstra. Problem is I deal with Optus. Sometimes I swear at them, sometimes I humour them for a few minutes, but mostly I just hang up.

@hayley_lawley yeh I was at my dads on Monday and tryna do homework and was like screaming from upstairs why is the wifi so ****? all my dad said is it’s fine but like in reality no one could do anything. screw my dad only wanting to go with Optus. I have no problems at my mums who has Telstra

@Telstra I am on the phone to support now; another day, another 45 minutes explaining what's been happening the past 3 months, another 45 minutes I can't go to work, and no working phone for the 92-yo pensioner with no other lines of communication. Three months and counting of this.

@MichaelSpring17 I had similar call. As I don't have Telstra internet, I pointed it out. He still kept arguing. I said you're a scammer. He replied "That's bullshit ,how do you know I'm a scammer"I said"because Telstra wouldn't say bullshit,**** off"
