    @lilzzzza @Telstra In fact I just had a look and someone with a similar problem to you has done that a few days ago and they have asked her to get in contact with them (that's how I got my problem fixed too). It's probably the fastest way to get in contact with someone

    Weirdly, I assumed they would be owned by governments, or even not be owned by anyone. Seems you can buy and put in your own cable network where you want. Obviously names like Telstra and Facebook have a few. Cool map though

    @Telstra You're the worst and most expensive provider of internet in Australia & to make your unreliable service worse, you don't even have 24/7 support. Even if you offered your services for free, I'd still say NO!

    @SashasShelves @NBN_Australia So apparently now it was the local electricity supplier that took down the broadband cable between 8 am and 3 pm because they need to do updates @Telstra Just wants to blame everybody else

    @ajinnovator @NBN_Australia @Telstra Nbn is saying Telstra suspended my service and Telstra is saying Nbn did it. Telstra also took a payment after suspension of my internet. Can you believe it?
