    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

    @Telstra Normally pathetic yes. Not sure why I’m bothering staying with Telstra as I live 2km from a tower and have less then 2 bars service

    @Telstra No. Called the number only to be told to go in store. Went in store, had to wait half an hour, to be told that I needed documents that don’t exist and that your in store staff could not cancel the order.

    @Telstra I’ve not heard from Telstra again today Lauren. I was going to take your advice and speak to someone in your helpful NBN sales team on Monday. Rest assured I’ve lodged a formal complaint about Telstra disconnecting my internet with the ombudsman.

    In vain tried 2 ensure credit was given as prom, said wont pay bill til fixed— @Telstra D/C us again so We obv w/forced 2 relent. Now im D/C AGAIN desp ext til Sept 28 just like last time! Im appalled & enlist fellow MFC member @3AWNeilMitchell 2 help prev enduring such hell! 4/4

    @Telstra After much conversation they resolved part of the issue though I need to go back into store again and wait to be served to finish the process. A very very poor customer experience, especially when I’m a new customer by necessity for coverage not choice. Leaves a lot to be desired

    @andy_penn Your full of ****. I cant even get decent reception in Dandenong. Most places I can, not at my home. Telstra only looks after the better suburbs. Dandenong **** them.

    @Telstra My Acc is #2000 10601 6460 I’d like to have a team leader review my credit for the 3 disconnections & apply $500 credit prom last yr when w/o service for 24d during a hard lockdown w/4 young kids home-schooling & 2 adults wking from home forced 2 take leave due to this issue
