F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

@Telstra Wow well done. Then page you sent to me onto tells me there’s no issue with the service yet clearly there is as I’m sitting at home 1.9km from a Telstra tower and I have 1 bar of signal strength on a iPhone 12. Good work #timetoleavetelstra

Who else is quite serious about the change to Optus over Telstra? Firstly there service is crap, now non existent. Luckily I personally don’t have a 16 year old at boarding school that I couldn’t contact. Pathetic

I love @telstra their poor customer service to private customers is so enjoyable to Basil Fawlty about. My best was a person who normally did business customers & had no KPI’s to meet so they could actually help me. Lot to learn form that. Sadly best network so stuck with them.

@DEBOSS7788 Ring Telstra Business and tell them that residential service is crap and you will ring talk back radio if they won't deal with your issues. Telstra Business usually has Aussies to talk to.

@Telstra Thanks - went back and forth for days without resolution (having tried in-app messaging, calling etc). I cancelled the order on the advice of the local Telstra shop. To be fair he told me to cancel it then sign up again with him instead so he could sort it out 😐

@the_howie Never not once. Not even on the steps of the Opera House. Or areas around here where it is supposed to be. I think they just messed up in my account. But if all they do is tell me “no coverage at home” that won’t fix it. Silly Telstra.
