F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

@Telstra That's great, however I don't recall my login password. I checked the address on the telstra outages page and it's showing no issues. Obviously that isn't correct. I've run through all the regular check list always asked. It dropped out over a hour ago. Not fixed yet

@Telstra Day three with no internet and the best information I’ve been given is, “could be 10 days, but we’re not able to tell you what’s wrong.” Apparently your phone help team also have no supervisors and told me I’m “wasting my time” talking to them as they can’t be any help.

@D_LittleproudMP Why don't you point the finger at were the problem started, John Howard's privatisation of Telstra and bringing in competition. Now no one is responsible and companies not interested in unprofitable services. The funding of regional services was done from the profitable areas.

@mediahunter @Telstra Was with Exetel for over a decade. Was with them from the time that the CEO used to do tech support. Haha. Left them years ago when they shipped all support overseas and they lost all customer service. Hopefully they got that back. If they don't work out, AussieBB is exceptional.

@Telstra When i called telstra the line was checked by the automated service. Now been on hold waiting to speak to someone to let them know it's an outage. Posting it here in the hopes it'll be sorted sooner.
