F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

5) What’s more FOXTEL doesn’t have consumer phone support service on weekends! So we were trying to get onto them to cancel something we never wanted and you can’t reach them. Finally I think we were able to go through Telstra but gosh that’s sneaky how hard that is to exit it

Telstra stores are a joke. My 86 year old neighbour went to a local store to ask about her mobile phone connection and came home with a new Iphone, a tablet and a whole new contract including a huge data plan she never used. I complained nothing done. Still in business,

@missrobinson @MelanieTait $50 for 10GB? Bloody hell - you're getting ripped off if it's byo phone. Take a look at Boost - same Telstra retail network. $30 for 20GB. Woolies or Aldi also use Telstra (wholesale) pretty good - much cheaper & more data. Good luck.

@MelanieTait Family package for 4 sims ( phones owned outright) through Aldi which uses the Telstra network - $80 pm unlimited calls & txt with 80gb data that rolls over if not used .
