    @Telstra Wow well done. Then page you sent to me onto tells me there’s no issue with the service yet clearly there is as I’m sitting at home 1.9km from a Telstra tower and I have 1 bar of signal strength on a iPhone 12. Good work #timetoleavetelstra

    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

    @Neilhoh @Telstra Ha. Their social media team is very good. They don't always have the power to fix, but can't fault the responsiveness, to be fair. They're always helpful. I'm not sure if the Smart modem is a dig at me, Telstra or the modem though :)

    @Telstra I'm talking to someone now but he wants us to wait 24 hours to see if you fix it. That's not good enough when our clients can't call us.

    @Telstra I have tried numerous times -south East Asian call centre phenomenon just too hard. I have been told 5-7yrs on your naughty list because of a $300 bill that was paid within days of me being aware, back over 3 years ago. Yet I have been a continuous customer with another service.

    @BrianLeahy11 @Telstra Hopeless isn't it. I can listen to the radio in the Ute where ever I go but can't make a simple phone call. The only phone calls that work are the bloody telemarketers. Piss them right off and free up our signal
