@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

@Telstra Wow well done. Then page you sent to me onto tells me there’s no issue with the service yet clearly there is as I’m sitting at home 1.9km from a Telstra tower and I have 1 bar of signal strength on a iPhone 12. Good work #timetoleavetelstra

@Telstra Why? It’s clear as day what my issue is. I have been unable to access my internet settings within my account for two days because of this “error”. It’s 48 hours of bullshit from your site. You tell me what the issue is. Gimme a list of reasons.

@ibuvicki @droverdriver61 Just an expensive way to take your money when their are many other flights to choose from. They are still trying to use their Australian brand. Much like Telstra. Unfortunately they often treat their staff like crap & exploit the government.

@Telstra Tried everything, now thanks to a friend (who actually knows things about IT) apparently it was an issue with a telstra add on or something as I'm not technically minded. The account was paid on Thursday morning and I'm STILL waiting for reconnection.. Happy Easter..yeah right

@Telstra service is hopeless. FOUR MONTHS and I STILL don’t have my work phone moved across to me after being told it was done. UNBELIEVABLE. I should move back to @VodafoneAU - their signal wasn’t great, but they looked after me.

@OMGTheMess Our QLD hospitals in ruins. People have died You ring 000 & get a Telstra message. Police having to drive people to hospital. Where is the Premier - on holidays. If it was Morrison people would be screaming about it Premier you have had 9 years to fix it

@CaseyBriggs Have complained multiple times to Optus and Telstra about this. Hard to think at this point it’s not a deliberate decision not to prioritise a fix to advertise the feature. They will Reimburse the excess data if you send them the screenshot.
