F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

@NBN_Australia just wondering why you are installing a different guage COPPER line from the node to our street which 1.4kms from us when Telstra and the installers urged fibre which is cheaper, easier to install & faster. Our speeds are now LOWER & service more unreliable!! #NBN

@Telstra Na don’t worry Winona. I already have someone from your Twitter department called Lee that has DM me & he has been no help. Also talking to someone on silver member support & they aren’t much help either. Have made upwards of 10 calls over the last 3 weeks to 132200 & I’d be a
