F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

Just thinking how NYC got rid of its last payphone, but here in Aus Telstra made them free and uses them as wifi hotspots and for advertising. In the UK the booths now often have defibrillators in them. America hates poor people.

Finally got services reconnected, but no explanation of why no communication via email or text. Chat support was trying to claim that Telstra doesn't need to provide any notification of outstanding account or disconnection notice. Really!?!

@Telstra 88 year old mother without landline for 2weeks. Telstra solution requires her to troubleshoot on the phone. She can't mange that. They close ticket because she can't answer broken phone. I start over again. Is there an end to this???
