F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

@Telstra Not at all. No communication whatsoever. I had so much issues with Chat guys to actually organise order and now can’t even get someone to tell me what is going on. My dad’s existing cable service won’t exist beyond 16/01 so this is urgent!!!

@Telstra This weekend the speed has been the worst I have experienced, even with ADSL. I understand how the new "arrangement" works with NBN, which is un-workable and the Govt should be shot for such a stupid arrangement.

@abcnews The outage lasted ‘several hours’. When there is a Telstra or bank outage, it affects many more people. Taxpayers have a right to expect that welfare payments are not spent on gambling and alcohol.

@Telstra 7 people in chat in 2 days. When they cant help easily tjey just disconnect the chat. Current speen 0.23Mbps. No help anywhere
