    @Telstra Sooner than what? Midnight? The outage started on 9th Dec and the proposed date for repair was (up to) 20th Dec. It is now the 20th December. Still not working at 13.45.

    I am so freakin angry about this @Telstra! Your help tells me to call. I CAN’T! My family can’t call. I can’t see them to talk because they’re interstate. It’s been a week and this was happening only a month or so ago. @Optus how’s your service in Newborough 3825? Any issues?

    @Mark33450381 It's madness, Telstra & NBN blame each other and then say it's scheduled maintenance and they can see an issue, yet I get 30 plus dropouts each day across all devices.. Impossible to work or do anything else, very frustrating

    @HalideSystems @Aussie_BB Well, they were unable to deliver quality service to me. Switched back to Telstra and service is now at least twice what I was getting with ABB, same 50/20 plan. Same NBN.
