    F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    @Telstra I have had the bot cancel the service, that is not the issue, the issue is why was it a ADSL 2 and not NBN that was being paid for?

    @simonahac @Telstra When we moved away from Telsta 17 yrs ago, we were paying $10k/yr for phone services. Switched to Virgin @ $2k. Told them, if they were the last telco on Earth, I wouldn’t have a phone! Will never ever give them $$ again!

    @Telstra Hi @Telstra I didn’t restart the modem and this week have been back to 100Mbs download and 30Mbs upload as the service level should be. This would indicate that the slow speeds were due to work being done by Telstra… just tell us when you are doing maintenance work…

    @simonahac @Telstra I went to the Telstra shop and got them to do the calling. 15 minutes and the support person was getting quite agitated. Not sure it added to the customer experience database.

    @Telstra Hi Anto, thanks for your help. Unfortunately the guys have been in contact with your business teams and all they got was an apology and told it would be 6 weeks to fix it. Not good enough unfortunately.
