    @Telstra More concerned about internet than phone connection. We transferred from dodo to Telstra. Modem is still not shipped from Telstra and we will soon run out of my phone's 4G. Anything you can do to help?

    @Telstra absolutely worst customer service. I tried to do a port in from other provider to Telstra and its already 24 hours without mobile network. I was chatting with Telstra customer service for 6 hours and they just wasted my time handballing the case to different teams.

    @Telstra Also couldn’t check in at Kalamunda Hospital earlier this year. My wife is with TPG and had no problems.
