    F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

    @Telstra Wow well done. Then page you sent to me onto tells me there’s no issue with the service yet clearly there is as I’m sitting at home 1.9km from a Telstra tower and I have 1 bar of signal strength on a iPhone 12. Good work #timetoleavetelstra

    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    She lived in Marysville. She worked at a little cafe somewhere. I never got a chance to visit her. We used to chat on the phone each night. We’d talk for hours. Sometimes we’d talk to the crack of dawn. There was a way to call another Telstra mobile for free. She showed me.

    @Telstra I’m still waiting for an update. It is unfair to leave us without any internet over the weekend. Plus I have numerous video conference calls scheduled Monday for work. Am I supposed to cancel due to Telstra? It is so frustrating. Please arrange replacement via store. Need today.

    @Telstra Replacement modem from store today. I can’t wait another 4 business days. Please action and do the right thing. Have been a customer for 30 years and no loyalty in return.

    know from the experience Telstra has provided me over many years that when I visit the store they do not know what you are talking about and it is still a big problem. Passing me from one department to another without solving anything used to be one of your time wasters. More

    @Telstra DM is not helping. It has been 4 days already. This is only another stalling tactic. I need resolution today - not next week. You have issued replacement modem previously from store. We can’t afford to wait for delivery. We have jobs (we want to keep).

    @Telstra finally received new iphone 14 today to replace the old one. Transferred everything across. eSIM won't activate. Old iphone had eSIM and wiped after transfer. No solution from Telstra, except to try at shop tomorrow, so I have no phone service now. Bloody ridiculous.

    @joshgnosis I provided Victoria police with the Telstra IP address (linked to a fixed-line internet service) that my stolen laptop appeared on within hours of it being stolen. It took them SIX WEEKS to take any action.
