F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

@Telstra It was setup by teletra during outage and I removed with instruction provided. Its still forwarding, and i can not see in my telstra account. It brings me back to main page everytime i click manage forwarding.

@telstra Treat this with the contempt you believe your Customers deserve. Ex Telstra technical specialist and IT for 25 years. We cannot send text messages without going to airplane mode and back online. Area south of Moreland exchange. internet takes up to a minute to respond.

@Mrwhosetheboss In Australia, I still can't get 5G service. I'm literally 800m away from 5G service area with Telstra Australia and 500m away from 5G service area with Vodafone Australia. One day 5G!

@Telstra That would be perfect. I have asked on several occasions to speak to someone who can help me and they said they are no longer able to transfer calls to managers or supervisors. That is a huge issue and this would have been resolved by now if that wasn't the case, i'm sure.

@Telstra how can you justify your terrible reception? Even after paying for a reception booster to be able to get sketchy, unreliable reception it is getting steadily worse! My worse nightmare is having an accident and knowing I will not be able to call for help. Do better. Now.
