    F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    @Telstra my point is, under no circumstances should a customer be getting 20 of those SMSs at a rate of one every day and I doubt very much that I'm the only lucky one getting them!

    @Telstra Eight hours. When your systems work @Telstra that’s great. You’re the most expensive service in the country after all & claim best coverage - & when it doesn’t work, there is literally zero assistance. Referring people back to a system that isn’t online isn’t a solution @Telstra

    @Telstra I've already dmd my details (so to can see them if to go to DM me) and was then told to open a help ticket. I'm sorry but requiring customers to open a help ticket to stop spam seems unreachable.

    We scheduled a disconnection/reconnection of our NBN service with @Telstra that went without a hitch. However, we were letdown with the connection not working (not Telstra’s fault). Have to now wait a week for an @NBN_Australia tech, which is ridiculous 😡

    @Telstra You guys should know about this issue. It's been occurring for more than 2 years. It took me 25 minutes to download a 10mb Android app from the Google Play store this afternoon.

    @jonkudelka Have also had it from Services Australia and @medibank. @Telstra gave all my details to some marketing call center in the Philippines so they could call me. So i call back to their number and then the right person is never available.

    @Telstra Six hours and still, no mention of the fault. @Telstra do you really expect people to believe this is a ‘delayed update’ to the your service disruption?

    Getting help from the @Telstra chat service is like pulling teeth. None of them seem to know anything, you get transferred around and the next person never reads what the last person went through.
