    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    Digicel is the worst network in #Fiji - I hope @Telstra do something about that - go back to #ClaytonChristensens book and introduce some value chain evolution, service is pathetic and the coverage is intermittent and this is consensual go ask a sample dataset of 5000 people!

    What's the point of paying for @Telstra NBN internet, when it never fricking works! So frustrating and cause it keeps cutting out a thousand times a day our Google Devices aren't working "sorry, something went wrong please try again in a few seconds" echoes through our house 😤😤

    @Telstra I. Confirmed. My. iD. To. The. App. Over. 20. Times. Again. You failed to connect the service. you only offered it after I didn’t need it anymore. Are you aware people in travelling might want to activate a day pass according to a day in their location and not an Aussie clock?

    @Telstra I'm not really sure but at least an hour. The last text I sent was last night but I didn't try to call someone until this morning. My flatmate is also with Telstra and he also has no service
