    F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

    @nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

    @Telstra has the worst customer service. “To stop the harassment of your 83 yo father in a Nursing Home we need to write up an official complaint otherwise it will be never ending”

    Wtf @Telstra making a bed bound disabled person wait THREE MONTHS for a landline and NBN connection when my medical appointments are all online and we regularly lose power in this village so mobiles are unreliable. Seriously dangerous.

    @samanthamaiden @Telstra If you have anything (app/service) that tries to SMS a fixed line this is the default response text. You can test by sending an sms to any landline - you will get this msg as a reply. I'd check the services/apps on my phone to see if they are trying to sms a landline.

    Miracle of miracles: internet restored after 5 days @Telstra @andy_penn - as predicted it took 3 mins to fix after five days and 40 mins, two people from this household making phonecalls.

    @Telstra as usual your staff are good but your systems waste customer time and simple queries take hours to fix instead of minutes. You need service standards, you need to reward customers when you waste their time. We need nationalisation of telstra as it’s vital infrastructure

    @Telstra So my internet has been busted for almost a week by this point, with 5mbs down I don't ask for much but at this point I just can't handle it. Literally the day I get a hardware upgrade my speed dies.

    @Telstra I just don't understand how you can change a legal contract. All of my plans have had their price increase, But I still have 2 years left in my contract. If i don't like it, I can cancel but pay the rest of the contract out? Its not fair. A contact means nothing to you.

    @Telstra Issue resolved for me. TBH their needs to be a lot more error trapping and username consolidation before Telstra forces this experience onto people.

    @Telstra Why does the Illawarra (particularly from Thirroul up to Stanwell Park) have such terrible 3rd world standard of telecommunications? Terrible reception, bad internet and no 5G. Yet rural areas in the middle of nowhere have full reception and 5G? Please explain.
