F@£k you @Telstra never EVER have I had service this poor..I hope my contract is almost done so I can take every thing I own FAR away from it. When someone says ‘we’ve booked a technician for you and this ones for real’ you know you’re dealing with an unprofessional company.

@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

@Telstra Thank you Greg. Problem is not intermittent. No service indoors 24x7. Service only when outdoors. Understand that upgrades occur but why not send a broadcast SMS to those phones using those cells warning of pending outages and service issues.

@Telstra I am in a live chat nightmare re moving to new premises. Thought premises was nbn ready as it had nbn connection box. Telstra saying it is not nbn connected due to issue with HFC components shortage at nbn co.

@Telstra given the large number of Telstra mobile customers with no service in the Kallista, Sassafras, Olinda, Sherbrooke area, could @Telstra arrange for a temporary mobile tower to assist? Rectification date of 28 March is too long without any service.

Hi @Telstra Shareholder & “gold” customer of about 20yrs here. Just want to relay how utterly appalled I am with your customer support. Luckily I am out of contract on home internet & mobile devices and will chat to @Optus & others. Telecoms Ombudsman here I come.

@Telstra @miffington My partner relies on mobile phone and can only use sms for past 3 days. No incoming/outgoing calls and no internet. No warning either. And no indication of service outage on website. Still cannot fix the issue
