@JustJen64 One neighbour never got connected, because telstra never turned up 4 times 🤣 and asked to be disconnected, saved a heap of money 🤣and upgraded mobile phone and is as happy as Larry 🤣

@Telstra No not at all - after 50 minutes, 5 people and 1 Bot I was informed they could not help me and to go to a Telstra Shop. No! Anything but a Telstra Shop where kiddies have to stop grooming themselves to serve me then ask heaps of questions before telling me they don’t know 😱

Telstra has traced the unknown caller calls I’ve been getting. Now they have the details of the person. This info can be released to the police if I request them to access it. Darl of course you have. So you got them traced so you could issue a warning on Twitter #lol #lies

Man, wtf is up with @Telstra ? Been without home internet for nearly a week. You can't call them these days, have to chat through the app. I've had like 4 different conversions with and they haven't fixed anything. Worst ever customer service. Think I'm done.

@Telstra it is utterly ridiculous that I had a new nbn connection yesterday, no one is able to help with getting a green light, I’m being directed to a gold member support chat where im speaking with robots. If no one gets in touch I will be cancelling all 4 accounts today.
