Debbie dean (@debbiedean1966) reported from Bendigo, Victoria@Telstra After not getting service 2yrs I’ve paid for full package,foxtel which I rarely can use cause there is no internet .. after 22 yrs of being a customer they said I have 2 choices .. wait 3-4 months for nbn to be connected and get $20 off my bill ... or leave !!!!!

They had to wait months to get it right, technician was the only one who could trace the problem. I went with Telstra and had it on in a week.

I never got around to calling them before the police raided them!

According to Telstra, the 4G coverage outside my house should be good. So long as you can place a call outside, they don’t seem to think it’s a serious issue.

Peter 2.0 🐁🌸 (@PeterPeterV20) reported@cyberpunkdingo Yes, Telstra as you mentioned did a signed deal with Infosys. 600 jobs gone, all local IT contracting staff were retrenched. Then they use some onshore workers to run the service but the workers are mainly offshore. NAB also partnered with Accenture this failed miserably.

Juno Nameon (@JunoNameon) reported@the_LoungeFly @Telstra You have to go through the ombudsman to get an Australian staff member, someone with access to your records apparently or can fix anything. The call centers are just to keep you preoccupied long enough that you get sick of it and go away.
