If you sign up on a plan with Telstra I would advise that you keep the date you signed up as they have a policy of not contacting you when your plan expires. They hope you will keep paying,they even kept charging me after I cancelled a service. Might be legal atm but is immoral.

@Telstra Yes, new connection, I’m familiar with “get help”, currently I have 2 bundle orders pending. I also have 3 bundle orders that have been cancelled, 2 cancelled modify service orders, 1 completed disconnect order, 2 suspend service orders and 2 resume service orders dating to Feb17

@Paul_Brown1 @cottonfarmgirl @Telstra Using a booster that close to a tower is not a good idea and highly likely to have been your problem. You should have turned it off.

@DarkViperAU @Telstra I always make the joke to my Australian friend, that his internet is slow because he has to print the binary onto paper, then ship it to mainland asia to have a machine read it digitally and transmit it over the internet. Looking at Matto, it seems like it could be true.

@BlayneSylvia @ItsImogenGreene I had this problem with Telstra too, have switched to Vodafone and much better, apparently I even sound clearer on the phone and no drop out issue's either
