If you sign up on a plan with Telstra I would advise that you keep the date you signed up as they have a policy of not contacting you when your plan expires. They hope you will keep paying,they even kept charging me after I cancelled a service. Might be legal atm but is immoral.

@Thaldor We've got Telstra, Optus, belong, TPG , Aussie broadband , tangerine, superloop, iinet, dodo. And they'll all be super unreliable but we'll take your money no problem

For my internet not being able to stream digital radio via my smart speakers why am I paying for the level up on my old plan? I don't care that in fftn or how far I am from the exchange. I should be able to steam music for goodness sake!! @Telstra fix the issue

@gregchampion Tried contacting Telstra about their service? Takes you even longer to get through and they are supposed to know about phones! I like that they have a recorded message saying, "Your call is important to us" and then they drop you off line.
