@Telstra I would like to know the phone number I can call Telstra on for help with my internet connection. The webchat helpline is useless.

  • Sardionerak Matthias Schreck (@Sardionerak) reported

I have now been 'conversing' with a @Telstra customer support person for two hours and 30 minutes!!! All I want is to get a new plan for a new address... wow. I would have thought this was a standard thing, seems it brings Telstra customer support down to its knees.

  • AussiePlumbob AussiePlumbob (@AussiePlumbob) reported

@Telstra can you please confirm costs to keep email addresses after moving NBN service away from you? Thank you!

  • NEB_84 Nathan (@NEB_84) reported

@Telstra Wow, I didn't even tag you 😰 My internet connection is down, after a storm. Outage check said nothing, then acknowledged it, now apparently it's fixed but mine isn't...

  • reachmike0428 Michael (@reachmike0428) reported

Can anyone tell me how to get @Telstra to respond without being sent in a loop of call support who say go in store who say call support. Repeat loop forever!! #worstcompanyever.

Some trivia and useless information.... However I was looking at my Telstra bill had never noticed the $.. . 91 never paid much attention to it but if Telstra 18.88 mil customers all had $0.91 cents on their monthly bill it would be worth $2bil a year who said cents don’t count?

  • LahGirl747 Narelle Drage (@LahGirl747) reported

@Telstra No, just continual dodgy mobile service. It’s been discussed many times before and I’ve moved on. Life is too short to waste any more time on hold to a Telstra call center or returning calls to Telstra employees who have no idea where we are.

  • markschneider88 Mark Schneider (@markschneider88) reported

@VonPhartdangler @eliistender10 I do the same but her voicemails are on my work iPhone I have to hand back when I retire on 28/1. I’m now looking at how to forward voicemails from an iPhone/Telstra voicemail service…….😥

  • KayePayne KPayne (@KayePayne) reported

@Telstra Yes. When I get some service I will send you the details. The first bot did well enough, my speed went from 1.9 to 4 but the second time I could not stay online with that bot and haven’t been able to since. I could give you my modem number.

@AllseeingaliceR I’m ashamed I’m with Telstra, especially for putting that ‘let’s get vaxxed’ crap in the reception bar on everyone’s smartphone, what a joke.
