@Telstra As a customer, is there any way I can block it? It arrives with no "from" phone number, so I can't block it here. Can I block messages from "numberless" senders? (or is there a rule that forbids telcos from letting customers do that?)

Hey @kayosports & @binge, just so you know, every time you force me to sign in to my account again - on my Telstra TV, etc - I get one step closer to not bothering to do it and just cancelling my subscriptions. Can you not, please.

@Daniel44413189 @Telstra @Daniel44413189 after others getting their Xbox Series X that'd placed their orders much sooner than others, including me, Telstra's official response was "we didn't recently get a shipment of Xbox Series X, it never happened". They are compulsive liars.

@Telstra Through the complaint department, was told in store that would be the quickest way. Some was supposed to get back to us within 24 hours….. it’s been 48. Ref number 18472502

Cheques are legal tender so why are so many Aussie companies eg Telstra, no longer accepting them? Very hard for older people who don't use online banking facilities. Why are banks still issuing them, if they are not accepted by many business? Need banks and Govt to support use.
