@72Hallam Remember the poor @Telstra shopfront staff have about the same level of authority as a customer and are only there to sell. For a company that is trying to simplify it's operations it's not going very well. They must be bleeding customers, I'm about to bail myself.

  • h_81 H_81 (@h_81) reported

@Telstra Why are you fools still supporting @rupertmurdoch’s **** businesses, even though he ripped you off and cost you billions, and give away his binge junk with internet subscriptions? Better focus on rolling out 5G to make up for Rupert’s NBN ******. This country is an absolute joke.

  • Klefti Sofia (@Klefti) reported

Amazing how when you tell @Telstra on their god awful chat service that you want to disconnect, the person 'chatting' to you magically disappears... can't imagine why.

@72Hallam If you think Telstra is crap, try some of the others. My ISP cannot be contacted at all. I think their last Tweet is two years old.

  • AiNaTow Adi R. F. (@AiNaTow) reported

Me: it seems that I just get screwed over by company x. Mate: just call and threaten them to leave if you don't get a better deal Me: after years (decades) I shouldn't need to threaten them to be recognized as a valued customer. Too much to ask? #telstra #foxtel #CustomerService
