@Telstra Telechoice is looking into it but tells me the problem is with Telstra and Telstra are not following up with updates to their request for information, beyond saying there was a power outage at the tower and they are “working on it”…

@Mark33450381 It's madness, Telstra & NBN blame each other and then say it's scheduled maintenance and they can see an issue, yet I get 30 plus dropouts each day across all devices.. Impossible to work or do anything else, very frustrating

@Telstra Sooner than what? Midnight? The outage started on 9th Dec and the proposed date for repair was (up to) 20th Dec. It is now the 20th December. Still not working at 13.45.

@Telstra Yes you did thank you. You offered to help disable it for me. My point is that I know how to disable it. I know how to because I keep doing it and you keep turning it back on. Why does it keep getting switched back on?
