    @tofar1 Yes I have been getting them also and deleting them, I rang one back that was was supposedly Telstra cutting off my NBN which I don’t have and a lady in WA answered which definitely wasn’t her calling so they are using anyone’s phone number, pity they can’t be tracked down.

    @Telstra Companies need to be aware when going to paperless that older people are often unable to cope. My father had no problem with being able to pay he just couldn't cope at 91 with a paperless system. That the company changed the process without consultation was wrong. 2/2

    @Telstra I just got this from a chat “I am sorry, I have checked and I can see the mobile number you have mentioned is not available in your account. The mobile number is not provisioned and we are unable to help you with the activation of the service for you.”
