@Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

@Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

@bagsnotfirst @Telstra I did store-exit customer satisfaction surveys for Telstra in late 90s and early 2000s prior to 2nd and 3rd share offerings; most customers said the had tried other providers, but returned to Telstra because "better the devil you know ..."; Optus was still feeling its way then.

@tchbastard Another vote for Aldi (Telstra network). Pick up a sim at the checkout, go online and your service will be transferred in a few hours.

@Anthony_Klan @Optus I haven’t used them for years. I’ve heard many bad reports with them on NBN - I went with Aussie Broadband and it’s been excellent. For mobile, Vodafone seems at least as good in metro areas and is cheaper, or if you needed wider coverage you just have to go Telstra…
