    @trickyidnego @Magpie1954nBird @Telstra Have to have an internet plan. I said bullshit...against law to force people onto internet. They said that's how it is. As time was critical, I agreed to cheapest plan, about $80/mth. Rang customer service, the following Monday and was told that was incorrect.

    @MSMWatchdog2013 @shambolicgirl @Telstra That's how they roll. They overcharge then refuse to reimburse, so many cases but the ombudsmen checks them quicksmart. They keep charging me months after I cancelled the service, threaten to report me to credit reporting agency.

    @trickyidnego @Magpie1954nBird @Telstra So, I had spoken to customer service twice and sales twice. Both would have been able to see the status of the connection & plan for that account. Said nothing, happy to hoodwink us into getting a new, more expensive plan. I'd NEVER use Telstra.

    @Telstra Yes, sorted now after a long back and forward on your message service. My sister actually got to speak to someone who eventually agreed to 'waive' the bill they sent her. 2 different bills around the same time.
