    @Telstra this is the second day of network outage in Moree affecting not only phones, but eftpos facilities in numerous small businesses. Not ideal at this time of year. No info available about when it will be fixed. Pls help!

    @thewildc4rd Girl, Optus is ****. Horrible connection and I’ve never had this problem with Telstra. I rlly regretted moving to Optus cuz now my internet is so slow.

    Dear @Telstra, replacing your phone based customer support with text based customer support through your app has been the worst. It's been a month and the issue with my account has not been resolved. Please arrange for an agent to contact me by phone. #telstra

    @nickorloff @Telstra 10 minutes is awesome .. I took 3 days on that chat to get a response , I had to do my d.o.b check 4 times in that time.. and about 7 days later, they raised an incident then closed it with no response. 10 minute responses is amazing for Telstra

    @optus Coming from a long time telstra customer made move to optus. We booked NBN initiation date for 1.12 and was told modem would arrive before. Modem no was a show. When I called to follow up modem was told delay and no technician was coming bc my house was NBN ready (pt1)

    @Fillydrunk Telstra is horrible - always had slow connection with them + now you can’t get through to them at all bc their customer service is non-existent. Telstra is by far the worst of them all. Optus has been lots of help over the phone but they need to do better with this appt thing :/

    @Telstra you make it impossible for people to deal with you. FiL needs to cancel home phone, doesn't need the app as his mobile is on our account. Can't call you, can't message you, can't use the app for his account. You are an absolute useless waste of a company.
