    @Telstra I already talked to telstra directly. They refuse to take the bar off the internet and they refuse to do any unless the account holder contacts them... he cannot. He is in jail and has to phone, no outside contact. This is fraud. Charging for a service that cannot be used.

    Hi brains trust. @telstra is being no help. Anyone got tips on how to remove a physical sim card from an old iPhone? I've tried needles, earrings, paper clips and staples. Can't go into a store due to the dynamic disability and being immunocompromised. x

    @mssquiggs65 I’m very happy with iiNet. Been with them since 2015. Prior to that Telstra. I’d never go back to Telstra. Very happy with iiNet support. Very responsive. The support folk are based in NZ and Cape Town, SA. Easy to deal with. Good customer focus.

    @TonyIKnow Drove one half way around Australia. Most of the time I had Telstra internet and phone service.

    Dear @Telstra Hubby came home and managed to get the old sim out and put it in the new phone. But now the new phone is saying I need a QR code to transfer my Telstra account over. Help! I don't have any idea where this QR code is.

    After chatting for hours with @Telstra all I had to do was walk outside and get service but you still tried to tell me that there was no problem in the area where I was. Major FAIL #service #noservice. The venue still has no service.
