@AlisterAir @iiNet Yep 16 grand in Brunswick East. They've turned off the ability to get a quote for doing all the neighbours at the same time. It's ludicrous. If the HFC is unstable I'll actually look at using 5G for crucial stuff. Exactly as Telstra foresaw 10 years ago during the NBN wars.

  • the_LoungeFly
Agent Arioch [Umbra] ✨ (@the_LoungeFly) reported

@telstra cellular signal dropped from 4G 2 bars to 3G in Ultimo... yet its 4 bars when driving under the Sydney Harbour Tunnel 🙄

  • matt98156864
    Matt martin (@matt98156864) reported

@RonniSalt @Telstra When calling Telstra. The first thing you do is ask to make a formal complaint, then you are put through to helpful people

  • dthraydilettant
    Deathray Dilettante (@dthraydilettant) reported

@Telstra Maybe you could focus on not leaving customers waiting an hour on web chat, then, when they call for tech help, forcing them back onto a chat platform where they continue to wait. And wait. And wait. #diedwaiting

  • iMerinet
    Meridith Ebbs (@iMerinet) reported

@Telstra For 5 years and when I ring TELSTRA I have been told no one else has complained. They improved slightly when 3G ended but it remains very poor.

  • AngelaSlatter
    Angela Slatter (@AngelaSlatter) reported

Going into Day 3 of no internet @Telstra @andy_penn ... an ongoing problem for over 12 months that will take a Level 2 tech 5 mins to fix. Alas, I cannot get one to call me back. Chewing through data to hotspot on my phone in order to keep working so I can pay a Telstra bill.

  • kymbodons
    Chrissy D (@kymbodons) reported

@CherylCritchley @Telstra Yes because they are giving us are crappier service all round and putting the price up. Slowly taking things away look how plans have changed but uping the cost and then they act like they're doing you a favour by letting you pay for Kayo

  • Glen_Porter
    Glen aka Homer (@Glen_Porter) reported

@CherylCritchley @SPQR_2704 You never paid for it. It was given to Telstra customers through the sponsorship etc. Like Optus customers get EPL for free. It will continue next year again

  • GGandjmobile
    g Sullivan (@GGandjmobile) reported

@Telstra Yes Ollie. (1) Go and see Andy Penn🤡 and let him know he had been derelict. And he should sack one of his direct reports. (2) Then compensate me to the 3days I’ve wasted talking to numbskulls on your stupid chat thing then (3) connect my Broadband. Is that too much to ask?

  • PeteyCryptoBoy
    PeteyBoyCrypto (@PeteyCryptoBoy) reported

@Telstra you are no different than the other Telco providers in Australia, except for the fact you charge more. I have been trying to call your customer service team for the last 48 hours. Every phone option leads to being sent a text msg, to chat online which goes nowhere...
