    @theSportress @beeso I know the feeling. Our internet got a big fix recently and improved out of sight. Combined with a timely offer from Telstra for Kayo at $5/month, I jumped.

    Recently received my new telstra prepaid 4GX USB modem. Will not work because the password they gave me not accepted. Is this because it was made by Huawei ? Should Telstra have sold me this modem ? Cannot even get help from them now #auspol

    @Telstra I did the troubleshooting your site told me to do last night on my own because your customer service didn’t respond at all. And after doing the steps I sent a msg and got no reply. I don’t have time right now to do it again as I have to go to work I will try AGAIN this afternoon

    @Telstra once again your call Centre won’t let me get through, I used the app, the functionality is erroring. As a customer for over 20 years I am so over issues and trying to get assistance to change an appointment that you never asked me when was ok to do it! Someone call me.
