If the HFC is unstable I'll actually look at using 5G for crucial stuff. Exactly as Telstra foresaw 10 years ago during the NBN wars.

I have been trying to call your customer service team for the last 48 hours. Every phone option leads to being sent a text msg, to chat online which goes nowhere...
