@telstra Four weeks today and the NBN plan upgrade isn't done. Yesterday Telstra said the network team is on it. Maybe tomorrow it'll be complete. #Telstra

@Telstra I did not reach out to you. You contacted me to try to stop my crititism of Telstra's customer service. Your suggestion of providing help to me in the future is a joke. My feedback is simple. Implement a customer service model that allows dialogue by voice with a competent rep.

“If you are a special company, you are still getting the valuation you want,” said Mark Sherman, at Telstra Ventures. “But I would say the more ‘meat and potato’ companies are probably down 20 percent in January-February in relation to November-December—some more, some less”

@CaraErin1 @johnshakespeare If you want access to Telstra infrastructure, but not the Telstra price, look at Belong, they are literally owned by Telstra, so they share the same network.

@Sheeds_au @Optus That's just optus. Telstra are the only network worthwhile these days. I hate them, but unfortunately they are the best of the crappy telcos we have.

@CaraErin1 Boost Mobile uses the Telstra network, could be worth looking at?
