@Telstra I have a landline in Melbourne 3000 that does not work at all. I have the same number since 2005. It stop working for 1 month now. We are a small business and our clients can’t contact us. Business is hard and we are abandoned out here @cityofmelbourne please help?

Telstra, multi billion dollar company with every advantage imaginable, has no back up when the main hub goes down at Woodburn. Huge area of northern NSW and SE Qld without internet for two days, following the same situation in Tas on Tues. 👎

@Telstra Yeah it’s up and running now with 4g but there are now problems with 3g being received for other people on my property who live further down the back they have logged a investigation into it

@Telstra I did not reach out to you. You contacted me to try to stop my crititism of Telstra's customer service. Your suggestion of providing help to me in the future is a joke. My feedback is simple. Implement a customer service model that allows dialogue by voice with a competent rep.

@VodafoneAU , There is no mobile network in Paddington (QLD 4064) since 28th Feb. Is there any ETA on when will it fixed? Not sure why only Vodafone is affected, Telstra and Optus are working without any issues.

i would complain to them but 1) its not like they'd refund me, and 2) i'm baby so i'll just silently cancel it i guess man how annoying i always wondered why my telstra bill was like $170 a month.. for just my phone..

@Telstra Cancelled Xbox Game Pass Ultimate but it is listed as expired but active on my Microsoft account. I can't cancel it through there and Microsoft support tells me you have to cancel it, but you tell me Microsoft have to cancel it. I am stuck. Wish I'd never bought it.
