    @MSMWatchdog2013 @Telstra We changed over to Aldi mobile. They run on the Telstra network but are much cheaper

    @MSMWatchdog2013 @Telstra Definitely take them to the ombudsman, they will probably give you the overpayment as credit on your account if you mention that to them on the phone (and are willing to hang around until you get to a supervisor)

    @DarkMatterzine My fave was rolling over you ComSuper into Telstra Super on an accumulation basis, while those who had always been in Telstra Super were accumulating 20% of Final Average Salary per accumulated years of service. Telstra knew that was better so they never offered that.

    @Telstra Yes it started working again about 3 hours after I tweeted which is very odd. I restarted the modem on several occasions prior so no idea what the problem was. You sure that Telstra fix anything from their end?
