    @FOXTEL_Help Telstra page just puts a random day counter up there that seems to reset about 7 pm each night. Your tech support just reads a script or tells us what the telstra page says. No one has any idea what the fault is or when it will be back.

    @Telstra worst decision ever was to sign up with Telstra. Not one single person who I’ve spoke to can identify the problem. 4 weeks without working adsl, you even sent the first months bill through the week I signed up, shocking service.

    Hey @Telstra there's a broken pit cover that I've reported. I'm going to make a tweet every day until it's fixed. You can't expect someone's driveway to be blocked by a barrier for 4 months. It's unacceptable. I hope nobody falls now that the barrier got vandalised last night

    .@Telstra you have said it will be 24-48 hours for 4 weeks now and I still haven’t received a phone call. Your customer service is absolutely terrible. I’m canceling my service with you so I’d like a call back to find out where I send your modem back too.
