💧Urban Wronski (@UrbanWronski) reported from Ararat, Victoria... Most government departments fail to comply with the most basic cybersecurity protocols. This is about Dutton and his PR team boosting his stakes. Is another Libspill in the offing? Fabulous, as it is, to have a Telstra boss in charge of anything to do with security.

Steven Payne (@CmonMick) reported@AusScreenwriter @FetchStep @Telstra Exactly. A once government owned asset is privatised by the Libs. The privatised company then delivers a **** service. Punters blame Labor government for the **** service provided by a now private company🤷🤦
-
alicefarquharson (@alicefarquson) reported@oscarcsims also very confusing policy/reg space. govt essentially renationalised Telstra infrastructure in leasing a bunch of its assets to the NBN. yet Telstra still runs emergency services, payphones, landlines - not NBN. minimal economic incentives, maximal telco corporate welfare
-
Bulldogs57 (@Bulldogs5711) reported@FrancisYou94661 @TheKouk Howard sold gold & Telstra to pay debt Remember Telstra a partially sold company Not working yesterday .

Julia (@lumeah2) reported@Starlink New business opportunity... today.. in Australia the Telstra network, the biggest telicomicatiom network...went down..this also stopped emergency calls and transactions for a time....also. The fright train network was brought to a halt.....the fright trains all need a starlink dish like the airlines. I don't know the technical reasoning.

Alan Baxter ♛ (@AlanBixter) reportedTelstra should not be permitted to charge for any month in which the service is not, or is only partly available. Currently people who have notified needing emergency connections have none. Telstra should be liable for any deaths or injuries resulting.
