@telstra 4G mobile sucks in Mudgee at the moment. Can't stream any sport and the internet slow as buggery.

@pebbles1179 @DStap4 A great percentage of telcos to se Telstra infrastructure Also, while the sales staff are second to none, it’s the support staff- those with whom you’re currently arguing- are the worst. I hate dealing with Delhi/Mumbai/Manila when they are so under the pump & just don’t get it

@72Hallam @AlistairPDBain @Telstra Ditch them they are the most expensive and they have the WORST customer service, I have had Optus phone for 40 years and iiNet for 15 and never had any issues and they actually have customer service .

@BroHilderchump their coverage is really bad here for some reason or at least that is what i last heard. it could have changed. for a long while telstra was the only good option...when it is good at least.

@Tygati The modem is designed to switch to the mobile network if the regular network is disrupted, but mine never switches back again for some reason. After 2 days on the mobile network Telstra cuts the connection speed to force users to switch back, but it never works when I try it.

@Telstra I’m talking in circles with the chat person about not receiving notifications for new voicemails and they’re trying to tell me it’s a setting on my phone. My phone settings haven’t changed since I switched from Optus and I never had problems receiving their notifications

My @Telstra bill due today. Service restricted just after midnight. Those accounts guys at Telstra sure are fast. Getting more brutal each month with customer of 20 years. Might be time to move services to another provider to save on payment fees and service restrictions. 🤬
