@pebbles1179 @DStap4 A great percentage of telcos to se Telstra infrastructure Also, while the sales staff are second to none, it’s the support staff- those with whom you’re currently arguing- are the worst. I hate dealing with Delhi/Mumbai/Manila when they are so under the pump & just don’t get it

@telstra 4G mobile sucks in Mudgee at the moment. Can't stream any sport and the internet slow as buggery.

Seriously @Telstra your customer service would be laughable if I wasn’t so angry and frustrated with actually speaking to you. I just want a working phone which I pay you for 😡🤬
Are there fads with scam calls? Last 3 weeks have been Chinese speaking stuff and/or Amazon. Texting **** as well. We're now into Telstra internet - don't have Telstra. Seriously have had enough. Somebody fix it 😡 #auspol @AlboMP
Disappointed with @Telstra customer service. Told to make an appointment to buy a phone despite it being in stock. Another store couldn't serve me until the next day. Went to @Optus and though they didn't have stock, they were more than willing to help. Ended up buying on @Amazon
So I once again have no internet. @Telstra tell me to give them the billing account before they can help. How do I do that if I have no internet and the is not connect to my phone Some excellent logic here Telstra
I cannot believe how broken the process of getting connected to the nbn is. Or maybe I shouldn't be surprised. It's like @Telstra and @NBN_Australia don't need customers. Really.
Supposed to go into the office today, slept in but I've still got this cough kinda,so I'm like okay I might go in another day then boom, Telstra outage. Going to the office anyway but my anxiety levels are through the roof.
Hi @Telstra I have, for years now, attempted to have you send me phone bills electronically. I've filled in forms. Rang numbers, raised jobs. Yet paper bills continue. It's a bit much to bill me an extra $2 per month because your admin systems are broken. So, ombudsman next.

Looking back How I got into Big bang theory was weird. I working at Telstra jn SMF before and my very first ever call as a CC was an old woman and it took me time to get her issue down and resolve it (lol first timer). She kept going on and on about BBT of how good it was and
Given everything that is currently going on with customers cutting back on spending, is @Telstra really going to say no to me signing for a further 12 months to Foxtel bc they won't give a loyal customer the $99 platinum package offer??
Forced to have @Telstra, which means I'm stuck with 100Mbps down until upgrades. internet dies today, forced into 4G backup...check Telstra website for any issues with net and this is all I get; Reason: Unplanned service interruption Estimated restoration: 7:00 pm | 29 March.
