@pebbles1179 @DStap4 A great percentage of telcos to se Telstra infrastructure Also, while the sales staff are second to none, it’s the support staff- those with whom you’re currently arguing- are the worst. I hate dealing with Delhi/Mumbai/Manila when they are so under the pump & just don’t get it

@telstra will have a very unhappy customer today. We have a business account which I tried to log into as we both have new phones. That was a complete nightmare with the improved authentication stuff.

My 85 yo mother has had no mobile phone services for about three weeks. She lives in rural Victoria - Trentham- and the Telstra outage website seems to confirms her story. She needs her phone for health reasons and for running her farm. How do you get them to fix it @Telstra

@Dom_Perrottet in protecting my address (which has already been doxxed) did the Govt consider the practical problems it causes. Service NSW doesn’t accept my license, need to go in store. Vendors don’t accept it. Telstra wouldn’t accept it. @nswpolice

@telstra “So no changes to my equipment, no changes to my home setup, I go to bed with a functioning internet service and wake up without one…and what? You monitor it for 24hrs while I try and work with an unreliable internet service I’m paying for?? That’s the solution?”

I am starting to believe someone in Telstra company is corrupting my Telstra account to force me to login with my pin instead with my iPhone Face ID recognition. I mean my iPhone Face ID recognition is one and only but many people can use my pin. Come on Australia.

@AaronLessis Anyway you can buy outright rather than a plan? I ended up dropping Telstra $80 plan and going with a Aldi (through Telstra network anyway) $30 plan and just buying a phone, saves me a ton in the long run. Personally think the 14 future proofs you for a while.
