@pebbles1179 @DStap4 A great percentage of telcos to se Telstra infrastructure Also, while the sales staff are second to none, it’s the support staff- those with whom you’re currently arguing- are the worst. I hate dealing with Delhi/Mumbai/Manila when they are so under the pump & just don’t get it

@Telstra They were, largely, flummoxed. I ended up with 2 team members helping. They think it is a CMOS battery problem. Unlikely that 2 PCs would have the same problem at exactly the same time. I will check CMOS battery tomorrow. @DougRobb1 says it's a Telstra problem with Windows.

@Telstra I'm literally at the point of switching to @AussieBroadband because your tech support are absolute morons (obviously not the twitter staff). but the people who should be 'help' are useless, and I'm literally done with with their third world incompetence.

@Telstra I've tried using your messaging/chat service on several occassions to resolve a billing/cancellation issue. The agent never follows through and resolves it. How do I speak to someone so I know it will get finalised?

Naomi Elle (@naomi_t_81) reported
@Telstra Been passed from billing, to connection management team and now back to technical support. FFS @Telstra #telstrafail
-
Mr A-Game (@MrA_Game) reported
@Telstra Your team will then say there hasn’t been any issue with dropouts on their end, so clearly the fault is from the phone pole to the router.
-
MysticMac92/McintoshTV (@macdackles1992) reported
@Maddog_1992 Don’t be surprised if it goes down again being Telstra
-
🚨LIVE NOW🚨 // Mr A-Game (@MrA_Game) reported
@Telstra, your customer service is horrible. I have been pushing for someone to come out and check my NBN line for months, and all your customer service tells me to do is reset my router and then finish the chat without actually getting to the root of the issue.

@swearyanthony Not to forget Telstra, of course. The lumbering Govt Telco that *could have* been forced to link our nation, but instead was sold so Brian Haradine (sp?) could get a few bucks for Tassie. * never delivered.
