    @telstra 4G mobile sucks in Mudgee at the moment. Can't stream any sport and the internet slow as buggery.

    @pebbles1179 @DStap4 A great percentage of telcos to se Telstra infrastructure Also, while the sales staff are second to none, it’s the support staff- those with whom you’re currently arguing- are the worst. I hate dealing with Delhi/Mumbai/Manila when they are so under the pump & just don’t get it

    @GrogsGamut @Telstra I got a great response once I lodged an ombudsman complaint! Got a call back within a day and actually got my internet fixed!

    @jessicalalor @Aussie_BB Small thinking Jess. But the real reason was because it was it was a threat to NewsCorp and Telstra. Lots written on the battle over the Foxtel Telstra cable network effectively having to be written off due to NBN.

    @Telstra @NBN_Australia can either of you advise if there are issues with the nbn in 2905 area? For about a week now my service keeps dropping out and I have to reset my modem multiple times a day.

    The only reason I'm with @Telstra is for the 5G. I don't use enough GB to justify a $60 which I guess means Telstra doesn't think I deserve access to their service. From 24 March when 5G is cut off from us mere mortals, I'm moving back to Boost. Might as well get more value for $

    @Telstra Hi Laura, it is the same rigmarole each time - a call centre worker following a script. Intensely frustrating. I logged a formal complaint but this too ended in a farce. I've been with you guys for about 25 years - I'm really struggling to work out why...

    @Glenina57 @ajEdenvalley1 My Aldi, uses Telstra 4G, my internet speed is between 95 to a 100 mbps! Unlimited talk, text and mms, with 3GB data per month, rolls over into the next month's service, atm I have 35 GB of rolled over data, all for $15/month.
