@pebbles1179 @DStap4 A great percentage of telcos to se Telstra infrastructure Also, while the sales staff are second to none, it’s the support staff- those with whom you’re currently arguing- are the worst. I hate dealing with Delhi/Mumbai/Manila when they are so under the pump & just don’t get it

@Telstra apparently i got charged $40 four times because the site told me it didn't go through so i did it again for 3 times. Few minutes ago I realised I got charged for it and still did not receive my service.

Walter Matty (@waltermatty04) reported
@Telstra Not really. I rang half a dozen times and the total lack of flexibility indicated no intent to do anything at the time or in future. After being a customer for over 20 years it really broke any notion that Telstra were there to help. At all.

WendyEssWhite (@ess_wendy) reported
@Telstra I will NEVER engage with Telstra again. If I was to find myself in a Telstra-only reception area, I would relocate. Arghh

@AlboMP Did you catch Scomo in Rockhampton. Look forward to you explaining how The Inland Rail was started under your Infrastructure Dept. then LNP continued. Deal with poor Telstra and NBN in regions. And emphasise it’s finding people to go to region for lack of workers.

@Telstra Its estimated to be done by 6am which is fine. Its just yknow a courtesy text or email at the least would be a nice heads up saying "hey your service might be disrupted in these date/s" so i can work around it? (Fwiw i know thats not on the social media team so you're fine).

Fred Bear (@Gold_Prospector) reported
@Telstra. It took me 3 months to unsubscribe from one of your 3rd parties and to cancel my contract with you.
-
Marsy65 (@Marsy652) reported
@Telstra How can you increase your prices without notifying your customers, for a service your not even providing?
-

@Telstra Did you reward them for their expertise in the Telstra Principle? ie The ability to never solve any issue without referring it to another dept, and repeat, until a huge backlog is created! Communication giant ?Pffffff!

@Telstra Obviously I still need help and I know now that when you guys direct a customer to @Telstra DM our case just ROT'S there! It's been there since April 11! When all we need is have the "NBN Activation Team" to contact NBN Co and MANUALLY BOOK the technician to come back today🤬🤬!!
