@telstra 4G mobile sucks in Mudgee at the moment. Can't stream any sport and the internet slow as buggery.

@pebbles1179 @DStap4 A great percentage of telcos to se Telstra infrastructure Also, while the sales staff are second to none, it’s the support staff- those with whom you’re currently arguing- are the worst. I hate dealing with Delhi/Mumbai/Manila when they are so under the pump & just don’t get it

@Telstra What's with the outage this arvo in Lilydale, Croydon, Chirnside Park, Mooroolbark, Yarra Valley. Local noticeboard is full of reports of no internet, but your outage page says there are no reports and we're all dreaming.

@Telstra How do you sort out your problem, when your NBN is not working. Your modem has diverted to mobile which as usual is extremely poor, so no service, but your mobile phone is diverting to wifi. How and who do you contact?

Hey @Telstra. Please just admit that most of the outer east of Melb has no internet? Your website says no outage, but there clearly is a big outage. I don’t know anyone that has stable internet today.
