@pebbles1179 @DStap4 A great percentage of telcos to se Telstra infrastructure Also, while the sales staff are second to none, it’s the support staff- those with whom you’re currently arguing- are the worst. I hate dealing with Delhi/Mumbai/Manila when they are so under the pump & just don’t get it

Hey .@Telstra your rewards page is broken. When I enter my address it then asks me to confirm my address from a dropdown, but it only shows schools and shopping centres. Also I can't update my home address.

@Telstra Says “nothing to see here”. On 28th of Dec I spoke to 3 diff people at Telstra - 1st via phone who said there is outage in my area. 2nd via Telstra chat app who said there is no outage or an issue with my service, third via phone who confirmed no outage & said would call back.

@Telstra @acccgovau Hi! After 3 weeks the store admitted they forgot to send it. Then it was sent and I finally got a call, and was told I could just choose to cancel the contract as the phone was so new. Which I did, and the phone was never returned. But now I have a $900 fee on my account!

@Telstra Sometimes it just fails to send. Text underneath the image I'm trying to send would state "Unable to send. Tap to try again". I'm using an eSIM on my Pixel 4 XL if that's any help.

@samanthamaiden Telstra guardian screens all these for us. They have to record their voice before we pick up, scammers never do.

@50_Billion_ppl Nbn box is completely dead, no lights. I have the Telstra Smart Modem which falls back to 4G so thankfully I managed to get that working yesterday. Potentially yours has done the same which could explain slow speeds? See if your NBN box is illuminated.
