@pebbles1179 @DStap4 A great percentage of telcos to se Telstra infrastructure Also, while the sales staff are second to none, it’s the support staff- those with whom you’re currently arguing- are the worst. I hate dealing with Delhi/Mumbai/Manila when they are so under the pump & just don’t get it

@Telstra I called your 'help' line and they can't. My dad is in hospital, with cancer and I have to recharge his pre-paid mobile. But you can't help. So he can't call anyone. But don't worry, we don't expect more of you.

@Malarndirri19 @AustralianLabor The arrogance of Telstra to treat anyone like this is abhorrent, but to treat more vulnerable people in this way is beyond abhorrent. Be ready to see an increase in your accounts to pay for their punishment. Wonder how many senior heads have rolled over this?

@mels_mck @Telstra I mean, I find not paying the bill then calling to say fix this now or I leave for the competition often has results.

@Telstra There's no fault sadly, this is the maximum upload speed on the top Velocity network plan. Has been like this for atleast 6 years. We have fibre to the property too.

So it seems that even though I placed an order with @Telstra they simply decided to cancel it and not tell me at all. Great logic. Poor customer service.

@valeriekhoo @Telstra Oh no, Val. It’s unbelievably bad phone/message service for a COMMUNICATION company. I feel for the elderly and disabled dealing with this stress, when it’s bad enough for us.

@abcnews Reading this is sickening. It makes me proud that I'm not a telstra customer. Awful conduct by the company and its staff!
