The issue is with @Telstra generally. Where i live, we had 3 days a few weeks ago of absolutely no service: no internet or calls with access only to the 1 provider. I am still waiting for my personal service to be migrated to a new plan, which means i cannot make calls. @abcnews

Hey @TheKouk I just got a message from @telstra that they were adjusting there mobile/internet charges in line with the CPI. Is that how it works? Surely that would lead to a spiralling increase in costs. They should be trying to bring down costs??

Also a lot of people are with (or are attempting to connect with) Telstra? Or even worse, Optus? Why? What ********? Why would you do that to yourself? I'm the queen of making bad life decisions and I have never done that

@JaspersWonk @ELegra_J @VirginPlus Fine Australia is comparable. Anywhere from 25 to 80 bucks a month depending on the plan. Telstra has coverage in the Outback 68 a month with 180 GB of data. Canada is pathetic and is considered one of the worst nations in the world when it comes to Mobile/Internet.

@telstra Currently a large part of Telstra’s network is out in SW Queensland it is almost as if this part of the country doesn’t exist WTF #telstra we haven’t had internet or proper signal for almost a week this is not on.

@admiral_tee @twtrrr It might not seem like a huge difference, but it means that Telstra MVNOs may not be an option for customers in rural areas. Have a look below at some of the popular mobile phone plans - and yep, they ALL use the Telstra network. 19 Aug 2021
