    @Telstra - Your chat / messaging service via the MyTelstra app is appallingly bad. I have been trying to resolve an issue since February 2nd and am no further forward. Disgusting.

    @NBN_Australia NOT Fit for purpose... Australia was better off with the old internet model... At least Telstra & Optus could provide Cable... Even ADSL was more reliable and in many cases FASTER then this crap called NBN. WASTE or TAXPAYER's money....

    @crankydaks @Telstra @acccgovau That's it. They start the convo. With 20 mins wait until a response and you spend the whole time explaining the issue. Only to have them disappear and have a new rep ask you to repeat everything. Miss the old days when Telstra cared and had live chat. Now they just cause stress

    @DrBlackVelvet He probably has Kayo, if you're a Telstra customer, I heard you can get a free deal for $5 a month not sure if deal was 6 months or a year.

    @thefootyfreak @Telstra @AFL We switched to Kayo on the day of our game v Freo last season. So much better and you can get it full screen on your tablet instead of phone sized. They watered it down a couple of years back and it is so much worse. We have $15 per month Kayo so I better look in to that.
