    Why do Telcos find it so hard to communicate? Ordered a Smart WiFi booster (that's meant to come with a Smart modem) from @Telstra to fix WiFi problems with our old modem (slow and dropping out requiring frequent reboots). Booster arrived 2 days later without modem. (1/2)

    2/2 Suffice to say, 10 days later, 2 promised delivery dates not honoured, and multiple calls later, finally a helpful @Telstra person advised there was a supply problem. I get that, but would have been nice to have been told that up front rather than promises they couldn't meet.

    Don't you just love @Telstra? I requested for a replacement sim card via their chat service but what they posted to me is an activation QR code for esim. What I want is a physical sim card to replace this current sim card that is already 4 year old #telstra #telstrafail #facepalm

    @Telstra I’m not happy to have to post such things. 25849818 is my case number for today. A new account was created in an attempt to fix the technical issues on my old account but was getting error creating a Telstra ID for the new account. Supposedly fixed today but it’s the old acc!
