@KathSwinbourne @deniseshrivell Telstra teach consumer types, income demographics, segments and opportunity to upsell. Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

@abcnews and other media outlets discovering just how totally shit @Telstra's mobile data network is in North East Victoria. Designed for 2,300 but with 20,000 regularly trying to use it. Won't improve it without govt handout.

@Telstra your reply sounds computer generated. as usual telstra can stuff something up that was working perfectly, blame some one else for stuff up and then not be able to fix problem quickly resulting in plenty of pain and loss of income to the aggrieved party

@telstra @andy_penn so let me get this right. If you are a brand new Telstra customer you can pre order new iPhone online straight away, but if you are a loyal customer who has paid extra for "upgrade and protect" you have to wait on hold for hours to try and pre order. Loyalty??

@willislim @Telstra You think that’s bad, I’ve got 3 potential orders (2 failed payment but received confirmation, 1 pc browser order without error) in mysterious states of confirmation with partial charges for 2 orders via the Apple store.

@Telstra Why isn’t the damn iPhone 13 Pro Max up for pre-order on your site? Sheesh.

@Trixie_Boo Starlink. I don’t see 5G as a viable solution for metro fixed Internet, and it’s certainly nothing like economically viable at the moment for serious use. I might maintain a VDSL service while Starlink remains in beta, just as a backup, but not Telstra’s overpriced one.

@Telstra It was down for a lot longer than that. It cost Telstra a sale.
