    @KathSwinbourne @deniseshrivell Telstra teach consumer types, income demographics, segments and opportunity to upsell. Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

    We have been through all this trouble and time to get our NBN sorted, and they have sent us a fibre to the curb (FTTC) device, not the hybrid fibre cable (HFC) device that is required. It is embarrassing now. Frustrating. This needs to be sorted. #telstra #NBN

    @MrDTJames @Telstra It has been bad for quite a while but now they are using COVID to justify it. Been over 2 months and I’m still waiting for my refund from my closed account.

    So far the only bad part about migrating to Aussie Broadband is the dumpster fire that is trying to contact @Telstra support to cancel the old plan. Good riddance!

    @Telstra before I had to leave my workstation and the chat, the representative tells me I HAVE to go to Direct Debit!! I will NEVER go to Direct Debit I HATE Direct Debit. And your representative was horrible - he took ALL day to complete the enquiry

    @joshgnosis I agree with some of the other comments. I have NBN on two properties, and its terrible in both cases. Drops out, text messages from Telstra every month about ...network updates.. blah blah. Complete joke and no wonder Govt running behind the old line CIC
