@abcnews and other media outlets discovering just how totally shit @Telstra's mobile data network is in North East Victoria. Designed for 2,300 but with 20,000 regularly trying to use it. Won't improve it without govt handout.

@KathSwinbourne @deniseshrivell Telstra teach consumer types, income demographics, segments and opportunity to upsell. Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

@Telstra I'm overseas, international roaming is not working and I cannot contact anyone to help me. This is my last resort, can someone help me?

@Telstra I'm trying to report poor mobile signal not an account problem. You're also making assumptions that my employer is a small business, so the chances of being put on the list of authorised contacts is nil.

@Telstra Clearly stated up front that the phone is a work provided mobile. After lots of backwards & forward I get passed to technical services, they ask for details, I tell them it's a work phone and the technical person closes the chat on the spot. Nice customer service skills there

@Telstra As I explained to 5 of your customer service reps at the start of every new conversation - it’s a work mobile, I’m not the account holder. I also wasn’t the only person having poor signal issues.

I wonder if i'm being punished for complaining about the town having absolutely no @telstra service, calls or net for 3 days early last week? But if that had happened anywhere else, it would have been a real issue. It was a real issue here. #auspol

So @Telstra kept me on the phone for over an hour yesterday. Have no phone service now while they migrate my service to a new service which was supposed to happen 22/06/2022. Luckily i have other net in the house too and am quite aware of voip apps. #auspol

@antizeroalt @misguidedjenni @MichaelWestBiz Telecoms.. like Telstra.. where we had to buy back the pits for billions of dollars to make NBN work? Where prices went up, service got worse, corners were cut so that shareholders could get their pound of flesh?

@Telstra I am lucky I had backup access and the water was not so bad - others might not be. If you force people to use your app, and network data - you need to enable those data points on your service for FREE. Unrestricted. Test these things in your app releases!
