@KathSwinbourne @deniseshrivell Telstra teach consumer types, income demographics, segments and opportunity to upsell. Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

@abcnews and other media outlets discovering just how totally shit @Telstra's mobile data network is in North East Victoria. Designed for 2,300 but with 20,000 regularly trying to use it. Won't improve it without govt handout.

@WillowA2 I don’t know about the others, but Telstra brought some of its service desks back on shore. Most of their stores are franchises, what happens with them is up to the franchisee. It would have been a tough time for them without walk-in traffic.

@wasabi_willy @Telstra Invoices are coming. But seriously, telstra are terrible people for not announcing an outage that has no ETA and is over 24hrs old. Worst people ever.

@Telstra I’ve just checked & only some of their silly suggested pages are blocked. I can’t understand why when I want to send a DM only abt 4 businesses I’ve used before appear. Their robotic help desk is no help.

@fictillius It’s not bad, but TPG desperately need to bring their proposed network upgrades as per RFNSA online. Switched back to Telstra because TPG is just too far behind right now for my use.

@Telstra i live within 20km of the Sydney CBD. I live on a flat block, no gullies, just homes near by and I'm in a blackspot. I've been with you for years, but recent construction of homes now completely blocks your network. So much for "Australia's No1 Network" going to Optus
