@Telstra The main link on the front page. Is take a screen shot but the crappy NBN connection I've been forced to move to is down again. That's another issue :(
@AUSFestivus @Telstra Joy. 😐 I haven’t had that issue, but have had apps just freeze in an ever loading/refreshing loop even after app & device restarts. Network performance just seems borked even with fully strength 4G. Even the latest beta isn’t much better. #iOS13

@Telstra I know management monitor tweets can you just please flag as extremely urgent. The service appalling & have left elderly without ph & vulnerable, appalling way to treat elderly!
@Telstra It’s obviously a continuation of whatever the issue was in the area the other day.
@Telstra Have been through the usual processes; multiple resets. Signal drop outs are the issue, not the hardware. The modem can’t hold a continuous NBN signal.

@Telstra The homecare guard service were unable to make contact during the night & had calked an ambulance but calked me & I resolved. This how the elderly should be tested
@Telstra U have left an elderly man with hi medical needs without an active service. Thus is wrong & u r dragging your feet
@Telstra Outage page says problem in area to be fixed now within 11 hours . That will make it 2 days without a connection . Having to use 4g to keep my family connected will prove costly ! Perhaps you could help in the next bill seeing I’m paying for something I’m not getting !
