@abcnews and other media outlets discovering just how totally shit @Telstra's mobile data network is in North East Victoria. Designed for 2,300 but with 20,000 regularly trying to use it. Won't improve it without govt handout.

@KathSwinbourne @deniseshrivell Telstra teach consumer types, income demographics, segments and opportunity to upsell. Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

So @Telstra why is our #NBN not working, again. Have you cut it off again without reason? Truly pathetic service: "No outages in your area." Trust me, we're out. After battling for months we're a bit sick of this.

@Telstra I want someone to resolve the nbn issue. We have been on this app for almost 2 hours without resolution or even a reason for the woeful download speeds . Paying $90 a month as a disabled pensioner to be treated like this is just pathetic.

@Telstra No need. It is a bizarre crazy experience. Lost money lost time. Sick and frustrated with 3 days of follow up with ZERO RESULT. I am very happy to move to a better service atleast interacting with humans on voice who have the ability to understand.
