@KathSwinbourne @deniseshrivell Telstra teach consumer types, income demographics, segments and opportunity to upsell. Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

@abcnews and other media outlets discovering just how totally shit @Telstra's mobile data network is in North East Victoria. Designed for 2,300 but with 20,000 regularly trying to use it. Won't improve it without govt handout.

Trying to figure out how @Telstra omitted to direct debit my NBN bill for 6 months and now expect me to pay $500 in one month after a mistake that wasn't mine. Got a text stating they will cut my service. Should have stayed with Optus, never happened with them.

Hey @Telstra I waited in line for 45 mins to get my internet working and the line dropped or the agent hung up. This is ridiculous now I have to call again and do this during working hours ! Your NBN service has been down since morning.

@Telstra I need technical support to call me. After they “fixed” my internet, it has not been fixed. It’s funny how Aussie Broadband and Optus both answered the phone within 3 minutes.......

@Telstra I want one but your mobile network has declined significantly in rural and city fringe coverage since 5g roll out. Invest in infrastructure then I'll buy one.

@Telstra @GarethDobricic The issue is forcing people automated direct debits from their accounts. That's unfair given how things are, and just in general isn't consumer friendly at all. If we can't have the flexibility we've always had for zero reason, I'm sure one of the competitors would live my money.

@CapitalLutra @Telstra It will be interesting to see the impact on market share in NBN, because its so easy to sign up to better ISP's & you can have more than 1 concurrent service, I suspect a lot of churn and cancel payments to $TLS. Anyone out of contract can do this. Missed a lot of new NBN too.

@galumay @Telstra As above seems that their strategy is to unconscionably make it even harder to cancel probably for precisely this reason.
