    @KathSwinbourne @deniseshrivell Telstra teach consumer types, income demographics, segments and opportunity to upsell. Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

    @Telstra There was an outage on Saturday even though your Telstra app said there wasn’t. Your tech people told me there was. I have full strength now. The lights on modem are constant

    @Telstra my elderly parents in Geelong metro are frustrated by your service. NBN is being rolled out in their area and twice now Telstra have made appointments to attend, with a 4 hour window. On both occasions no one turned up. No phone call, no apology.
