@abcnews and other media outlets discovering just how totally shit @Telstra's mobile data network is in North East Victoria. Designed for 2,300 but with 20,000 regularly trying to use it. Won't improve it without govt handout.

@KathSwinbourne @deniseshrivell Telstra teach consumer types, income demographics, segments and opportunity to upsell. Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

@Telstra I DMed you. You better come up with a solution as to why you decided to email a pensioner their bill when they don’t know how to use email, which resulted in 3 months of overdue bills which she then couldn’t afford to pay. This *** your stuff that she is now in trouble for

@Telstra - My HFC @NBN_Australia upload speed in Sylvania dropped by 50% after an outage on 29 Sep at 4:47 am. Your agent told me that my current speed is now the expected speed for my plan, but he cannot explain the change. Has Telstra made plan changes on or around this date?

@Scamwatch_gov @ACCCgovau @Andy_Penn There's suspicious calls from Australian Mobile Number claiming to be Telstra Technical Support; asking people to check/confirm their Telstra IP Address as public or private etc. I've never known Teletech to make outbound calls from mobiles.

@Telstra just had a phone call from ‘Telstra’ suggesting I had issues with router and internet speed and offering to assist with this? Would this be a scammer?

@jendudley I can pay $180 a month for 700/40 Way too pricy for me. Also their address picker is broken. It shows my address and then it gives me a list of other unit numbers that go up to 14 and mine is well above that. Typical Telstra stuff never works right.

@Telstra I was helping a mate set up his new IPad and i think that with my own bad experiences recently and with his, moving away from @Telstra is the only solution. We cant afford the time to not get any customer support. When this problem is outlined to the staff they have no solution

@camybobany @Telstra I have the same issue with Telstra about Air app. Towers up the road and cannot connect no matter what I do. I live in Sydney cbd. Dealing with online help is exasperating. In lockdown it means cannot backup phone etc.
