They warn that such guarantees risk market concentration and could lead to higher consumer prices. Madge (@Frafflee) reported@Telstra you send me a bill. I want to open it on my phone. But no I have to sign in. I don’t want to. I shouldn’t have to. No other utility provider has the hoops you put in place. Just like they allow payment via a payment portal not via their website. Do better.
