Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

  @karlos_hagen @Telstra 5G network access. Download speeds are capped at 150Mbps on 4G and 5G - Unfortunately they don't get the same access as resellers, data is deprioritised

  Why is phone reception so poor at @TheAdelaideOval can be a MCG with 80000 or Marvel with 50000 and have phone reception yet Adelaide Oval with 30 to 40k reception is ****. Every since Telstra stopped sponsorship of the plaza.

  @VGreg82063 @Telstra ****, if we're including the wheatbelt, I have no phone reception 3km from Kulin. But I thought scarborough would be a easy fix so I can watch netflix the next time I'm in the city.
