@KathSwinbourne @deniseshrivell Telstra teach consumer types, income demographics, segments and opportunity to upsell. Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

@abcnews and other media outlets discovering just how totally shit @Telstra's mobile data network is in North East Victoria. Designed for 2,300 but with 20,000 regularly trying to use it. Won't improve it without govt handout.

@noplaceforsheep I voted today via telephone voting and it was pretty easy. I got my registration at 4.57 and was all done voting by 5.28 pm. I was on the phone for 20 mins (about 15 on hold and 5 to vote) but it wasn't too bad. I have held at telstra for much longer. I hope it works for all.

@BeeBabette Ugh! that sucks. If you have enough data hot-spotting off your phone will work, either that or Telstra or Optus used to sell dongles that you can plug into your computer for internet access

@Telstra There sure is but I’m absolutely positive you won’t because your ineptitude as a company is mind boggling. I’ll just wait to get cut off and then I’ll go to another provider after 26years with you guys but hey …who really gives a ****. Not you.

Be me, in the bathroom at a telstra call center having a break down. My sobs harmonised with the person in the store next to me. What a wonderful place to work

@Telstra I am a long time customer. Yesterday I bought a new tablet. To replace an old Telstra tablet. Do I take out the sim from my old tablet, and put it in the new one? Or do I need to do something more complex? In order to use the 5Gb of data I have with Telstra?

@Telstra 2. There are hundreds queued 100 metres away waiting over an hour to vote. They're bored and are on their phones. It is therefore a capacity problem. The same happens in school holidays. Pretty simple stuff.
