    @KathSwinbourne @deniseshrivell Telstra teach consumer types, income demographics, segments and opportunity to upsell. Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

    @Telstra Hi Ash, first of all when has Telstra NOT experienced spikes in service requests? Literally every phone all I’ve ever had with @Telstra has been during a ‘peak period’. Second, I wasn’t on hold. I explained the problem no less than 6 times but your team couldn’t understand me.🧵

    @jeamland Boost may be what you're after. Telstra low-cost & pre-paid brand. Same network, lots of decent options for low use.

    The Telstra chat team claim that their service is just like texting a friend. No it's not, because friends don't make you jump through bullshit security questions when you reply an hour after they message you.

    @syrupnap @sammygreeen Both are pretty **** according to close friends. Used to be with telstra having god awful connection. We gave aussie broadband a go and 110% better. It's different for everyone though cuz of living locations and types of nbn plans

    So @Telstra - Your Telstra TV box appears to think that Qld time and NSW time are the same. Are you going to attempt to fix it or do we have to look for an alternative? It's not good enough.
