    .@Telstra StayConnected online form can’t verify my account, sends me to phone, who says ONLY option is in store (NSW stores are all closed), then laughs at me when I ask to be transferred or make a complaint. I’m at a dead end to finding a fix here.

    New scam I haven't heard before so just alerting people: - automated call pretending to be from Australia's NBN. - targeting users who have Telstra phone and internet service - saying that the service has to be updated to NBN (unsure how they make money I didn't get that far).

    @Telstra Thanks. I spoke to someone via chat in Nov 2020 and asked to cancel my account. They said they would, but I was subsequently billed for the next 4 months. I have only received a refund of $10 via cheque. I followed up several times to no avail.

    @cbzoomer myGov data is held by Telstra. That's why I don't agree to their Ts&Cs, and so never signed up. They make it a pain in the bum to do anything if you don't sign up, but worth it not to get a personal message from Craig Kelly

    @Telstra You can't help. Despite the fact I have proven my identity years ago and have an up to date paid account, I can't add anything else to my account that involves an item being sent to me without picture ID that not everyone can or would have. So what's the point?
