Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

    @Telstra hey Telstra. I’ve been trying follow up with your customer service on phone, in shop and on my Telstra app to get customer support to help resolve my issue why I can’t send MMS to Android. So far everyone, flicks me to someone else and closes ticket.

    In short, I urge everyone to actively NOT use Telstra for home internet. Honestly - they are the absolute WORST! By comparison, we signed up with Dodo, and they have been fantastic. Unlimited internet for $70 a month! Zero hassles.

    @HumanHeadline Don't sweat it Derryn. I have had trouble with my Amazon account, NBN, my Telstra, my Tax Office, and obviously need new light globes, but I'm surviving as best I can. These things are sent to try us... 🤷

    @Telstra I have also asked to speak to my complaints managers superior several times and have never received a call back. I have also been told that my complaints manager has attempted to call e on numerous occasions with no missed calls or messages appearing on my Telstra serviced mobile

    @Telstra I have spoken to 'support' teams several times over the past week: no explanation for variable speeds, no explanation for slow speeds, no explanation for 12MBps on 'troubleshooting' site. Your system suggests I upgrade my plan- when I am already on highest available plan. Useless
