    @KathSwinbourne @deniseshrivell Telstra teach consumer types, income demographics, segments and opportunity to upsell. Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

    @intern_amanda1 I remember when Telstra (known as Telecom) was govt owned. A monopoly on provision of phone services & equipment. Service was poor. Waited months for a new landline connection. Telecom refused to provide itemised bills. You think it's bad now, you should have seen it then!

    @Telstra went into Tstore yesterday to trade my phone , told to get on to My Telstra , have been waiting for the site to load , still waiting , any issues ?

    Crap @Telstra app AGAIN! Can’t download a PDF bill before paying. They always sent me a bill. Not now - “something went wrong” I’ll say it did! Let’s see if @Telstra gets off their derrières.

    @twcau @Telstra Some of my issues in no particular order: upfront replacing postpaid (even though it’s prepaid?), 24 month as a maximum MPP, online chat isn’t an actual tool rather general information only.

    @Telstra I don't belive I said I was still disconnected? FYI, it took me 4 hours of my time convincing #telstra the issue was not in my home and most likely another pit **** up. As per all recent connectivity issues.
