  @KathSwinbourne @deniseshrivell Telstra teach consumer types, income demographics, segments and opportunity to upsell. Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

My internet drops out over 20 times a day when I am trying to sort ambulances etc and I can't access client's details took a week for someone to come out grrrrrrr

  @Telstra Is there something that can be triggered on your mobile network with a *# combo that will place a call on hold & play music while they are on hold? I know iPhone can do it by long press on the mute button, but hoping for something network initated for cheaper handsets
