💧How Good is the Alpine Valley (@BruceHore) reported from Porepunkah, Victoria@abcnews and other media outlets discovering just how totally shit @Telstra's mobile data network is in North East Victoria. Designed for 2,300 but with 20,000 regularly trying to use it. Won't improve it without govt handout.

Hand Sanitising the Antifa Valley (@BruceHore) reported from Porepunkah, Victoria@KathSwinbourne @deniseshrivell Telstra teach consumer types, income demographics, segments and opportunity to upsell. Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

pirate (@pirate71305695) reported@PaulineHansonOz @Mummymobbsback1 This is not a bad policy. It's pretty good. As long as the people representing the tax payers are legit and not multimillion dollar leeches like we had with Telstra. And also they must be born in Australia. No foreigners to run the taxpayers interests.

enz (@enz2g) reported@joey8bitz @1WeakGuttedDog Holy **** you’re dumb. Boost is a budget provider, they are never going to give you the same PRIORITY as you’d get with Telstra otherwise the people that pay twice the amount would be getting the same service No one with boost is expecting the same speeds and priority

Noise11.com (@Noise11Tweets) reported@arbsmichael FCAT CHECK: You fail to mention Howard and Costello achieved this by selling off assets including Telstra, Reserve Bank gold reserves, ABC/SBS towers and the National Rail Corporation. They sold Australians out.
-
Dave Jones (@eevblog) reported@asphotos Science isn't going to help when the system is clogged because the NBN is down and many thousands of people are trying to find workarounds. Telstra in the park has collapsed, and Optus is struggling.
-
Cdbrown (@BrowntownBrew) reported@Feintglow @robb_j_m Or just change providers that actually want to provide a proper service and want happy customers. Rather than Optus, Telstra etc that don't care and know people aren't smart enough to change
-
Andrew (@andrewrdn463) reported@Telstra People on radio saying Mira Bashi Customer Experience Telstra is ignoring customer feedback?????????
-
InnerQuasar35 (@Pom_Bazooka) reported@laughingconser1 @jockie_c They sold more than just the retail arm of Telstra which is the problem; they were a monopoly unlike CBA and Qantas. They also sold gold reserves and our airports. Privatised public debt, and despite all this embarrassingly handed over a structural deficit. Incompetence.

Kmoz (@imKMOZ) reported@shivjam @AllieHollyS Do belong!!! They have $35, $45 I believe and $55 and the $55 has HEAPS of data and you can keep your number and it’s still on Telstra network

Clay Waters (@louiewaterss) reportedPhysically walked in to a @Telstra store to buy the new modem and they literally would not let me buy it. I have to ring up and enquire about it. What kind of system is that? You have the modem on display. It's in stock. I want to buy it. I'm a decade long customer! Joke

Mayura (@mayuuuuuuuu_26) reported@Jason______A @the_don1722 The difference will be the level of support you get etc. have similar setups here where telstra (t mobile in Aus) own budget mobile companies. And you get pretty much the same package for much cheaper but lose access to their support etc.
