    Can someone @Telstra @andy_penn please tell why I cannot get through to speak to a customer service officer regarding a bill enquiry. I have been trying for the past number of days and all I get is a text message sent to me with a link that does not help me at all. Absolute joke.

    I’m doing a day of training via Zoom, the Telstra man just arrived to fix the internet that is down for days, and a council worker just started whipper snippering outside the window. I AM A WFH CLICHE

    @Telstra The network is just very poor. I migrated from optus to telstra but feel it was not worth it. Call drops and poor internet connection for a 5g enabled phone..

    @chrismclay @Telstra that is f*cken ridiculous. I tried sending a message through the app, it didn't work, like, literally, the button 'changes state' but nothing new loads, it stays on the same screen. So message window doesn't open. Are they all this bad?
