@abcnews and other media outlets discovering just how totally shit @Telstra's mobile data network is in North East Victoria. Designed for 2,300 but with 20,000 regularly trying to use it. Won't improve it without govt handout.

@KathSwinbourne @deniseshrivell Telstra teach consumer types, income demographics, segments and opportunity to upsell. Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

@Telstra stores need to be consistent in their advice regarding IDs. If they require me to carry around my passport, despite my never holding the passport of a country other than Australia, they should make this clear. Shame on @Telstra !

The lovely @Telstra has reached a new low. While trying to transition to NBN I was refused a copy of terms & conditions cos I rang rather than going thru app. This is not only garbage but am pretty sure is illegal.

Dear @Telstra & @Optus customers, seems like there are issues with international roaming in New York City. Can anyone else confirm this? #telstra #optus #Australia

@chapmanwp11 @Telstra I'm bit sure how the commercial arrangements between carriers work, but if it's like the nbn and you purchase capacity, it's almost like they have not bought enough to accommodate customer demand. Is imagine India, like New York, is a major customer destination.

@RedAnton3 That snippet from the report is about a specific number of small cases where there was an issue between Telstra and ESTA leading to very excessive wait times in a very few number of cases. That doesn't explain anything regarding the majority that never met the benchmark.

Been messaging with Telstra faults - three people - over an hour. Problem is my tablet is frozen. Each of them started by saying turn it on and off. If I could I would have done that first. Still have a frozen tablet.

@Telstra I don’t know what you mean by the 4G back up. The light is green. The internet is fine for all devices but the connection to my PC drops out every few minutes. And it’s nothing to do with the PC because I’ve used the PC off site with other internet connections without issue.
