    They sent me to a phone repair shop. They fixed issue. Please advise whether a contracted phone has warranty cover? Pretty disappointed as I have been a Telstra customer since its creation. Without examining the phone they assumed it was a build up of dust it was not the problem

    Well, now, the #Telstra agent I'm now talking with says "We cannot call it reconnection since there's really no service instead we can consider this as order follow up.". So apparently I've been paying Telstra each month for no reason, as I never had any service!
