    @KathSwinbourne @deniseshrivell Telstra teach consumer types, income demographics, segments and opportunity to upsell. Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

    @Telstra It is simple, you dont deal with complaints. Your staff lie when they say they are going to do things, but dont. You spend 9 1/2 hours dealing with "support" telling them it isnt your equipment but a @telstra outage, are told youre wrong, but surprise surprise you are correct

    @Telstra I’ll believe it when I don’t spend hours on the phone fixing my clients issues that should only take 10 mins. Like taking 40 mins to close a 92 year olds account after he passed away.

    @Telstra See case#22595878 inc16522776 You were to call, you never did. You send me texts that are wrong. I call back on number texted The girl knows nothing abt it can’t help but tries (Listen to call) It’s the usual Telstra merry/go-round. If you were efficient you’d need 1/2 the staff!

    @Telstra It is no surprise who is wrong when you send them the screenshots of the messages. After spending 9 1/2 hours with support, they say they'll lodge the complaint....but dont. You chase it up and there is no record, so they say they'll lodge the complaint....and dont

    @Telstra I just want these issues fixed, but nobody can do that. Customer Service Customer Support From @telstra they are oxymorons. The benefit in having everything in writing, is that you cant say that i'm wrong because it is all there for you to read.
