    @KathSwinbourne @deniseshrivell Telstra teach consumer types, income demographics, segments and opportunity to upsell. Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

    @Telstra Yeah there is Sven but we have spoken to so many people. We always end up back with some guy OS who can only read from a script. Or we get someone here finally and they promise to call back and never do. A month. It's diabolical.

    @JimMolan Telstra, Optus and Vodafone all promised to fix the blackspots. Labor was concentrating on their fabulous NBN that YOUR government destroyed.

    @Telstra This is bullshit.I've waited a month.they say they call but I have not had 1 missed call or voice message, can you not see the chain of events.Ican't believe the lack of effort to contact a 20 year + customer. Telstra hasn't even contacted me to discuss the ombudsman complaint!

    @fuzzi_mcapples @JimMolan Mobile 'blackspots' at that stage were eliminated according to 'market forces' because we still had a universal national PHONE NETWORK provided by Telstra that DIDN'T FAIL from power outages or flood. The LNP's refusal to use FTTP NBN created the dependency on mobile networks

    @MrTimCallanan @Telstra TPG has been fantastic for us. We left Telstra after a 3 month ordeal trying to get them to move our internet. TPG sorted us out, been really responsive since if we have issues 👍👍

    @MrTimCallanan @Telstra Further to this, Internode will take over and fix the thing when it becomes clear you (me) will not able to do the thing, even under instruction. And they will talk AFL with you.
