    @KathSwinbourne @deniseshrivell Telstra teach consumer types, income demographics, segments and opportunity to upsell. Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

    Telstra what a joke , you are can’t receive anything , very poor reception on my Night Hawk again and again, something I have paid lots for, I get better reception in Far North Queensland than I do in STH Durras, just south of Sydney, what a disgrace #telstra #newspol #poortelstrarecption.     @mar790032894313 @JoshButler The government is stupid and didn't force the carriers to push the carrier bundles to older iPhones, so the ********* at Vodafail, Floptus and Telstra only pushed it to iOS 26.4 and later! Android devices got it fine though

    @immyonboard @Telstra If you are talking about NBN, there are many choices of ISPs that are superior to Telstra. If you need mobile, anyone on the Vodafone network is probably the best (seems to be the most reliable of the 3 networks)

    I really am angry the LNP rooted the NBN. Now I have to seriously consider Musk’s Starlink for my Internet especially since both Telstra & Optus have & are having issues.

    @goodfoodgal It was all about the money/share prices and to test our compliance. We passed with flying colours (most of us) We now add the national telstra emergency alert to QR codes, cameras etc and then all we need is a social score system. “ none shall buy or sell except with the mark”
