    @KathSwinbourne @deniseshrivell Telstra teach consumer types, income demographics, segments and opportunity to upsell. Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

    @maximum_sincere I've had 2 calls from people claiming to be from Telstra technical department. As soon as I say 'no, you're not', they just hang up.

    @UbisoftSupport Your Support Section is absolutely useless. Trying to get in touch with a support agent is one of the most tedious things I've ever had to do & I've had to deal with TELSTRA here in Aus for almost 25 years.

    @72Hallam Telstra don't do customer service and they are far too expensive. Telstra isn't interested in retail customers.

    @Telstra Getting any service is an absolute chore. - explain multiple times (occasionally to multiple people) the issue you have - no effort made to understand your circumstances or digital context - response times on the app are woeful (still waiting on a reply after more than an hour)
