@abcnews and other media outlets discovering just how totally shit @Telstra's mobile data network is in North East Victoria. Designed for 2,300 but with 20,000 regularly trying to use it. Won't improve it without govt handout.

  • BruceHore Hand Sanitising the Antifa Valley (@BruceHore) reported from Porepunkah, State of Victoria

@KathSwinbourne @deniseshrivell Telstra teach consumer types, income demographics, segments and opportunity to upsell. Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

@Telstra another issue I reported in mid 2020 and so I have to repeat myself as it still hasn't been fixed. If someone doesn't answer the phone a recorded message said "An invalid number was dial which is not part of this service" even those I never dial a invalid number.

  • Imm_listening Murray Walters (@Imm_listening) reported

    @Jamvanman @RobertTickner @Telstra unacceptably bad.

@craigreucassel Special shout out to @Telstra ... apparently a phone company but just try and find a number that allows you to talk to a human support person.

  • GalliganLuke luke galligan (@GalliganLuke) reported

@Gebbs84 @KeiraSavage00 @23wombat Only after he sold off Australia's gold reserves for 1/3 of their value, then sold off Qantas and Telstra. Economic genius? **** no! Globalist.

  • Jamvanman jamvanman (@Jamvanman) reported

@RobertTickner @Telstra Our Telstra internet has been down since Monday, crickets from Telstra. Just hopeless.

  • gdalbroi Gavin Dal Broi (@gdalbroi) reported

Telstra air service at Evan’s head is shocking. .7MBpS come one we are in a developed country and paying top dollar. Ridiculous.

  • JoshCarter_ JRC (@JoshCarter_) reported

@Telstra I followed up my mobile internet issues with the online team where they ran me through the same basic troubleshooting anyone can google. I tried to call a number but it sent me an unrelated text and hung up on me. Is there any other way to have this issue looked into?

  • antfireboy Ant (@antfireboy) reported

@benjiz77 ahah wtf how is this real, Telstra standards going down hill lmafo

  • Jody_Robzz Jody (Jodz) (@Jody_Robzz) reported

What a joke. So we're both still working from home and the only solution is the shitty 4g backup on a modem. That I'll be charged $90 a month for. Which I won't obvs be paying. (Ps it was Telstra). Livid.

  • Adamalba10 A Alba (@Adamalba10) reported

@Telstra Hi. Yes, I established that there was an outage and received information today saying it is all fixed. Restarted my modem and still have no wifi and slow 4G speed
