    @KathSwinbourne @deniseshrivell Telstra teach consumer types, income demographics, segments and opportunity to upsell. Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

    @HYP3RSTRIKE Telstra is the same now as well. I got double charged one month and there service only showed it doing it once that was a pain to get fixed.

    @PhilipOLeary11 3/3 - and hopefully being justice to the general populous of Australia We deserve better speeds / better internet, the NBN was touted as the saviour to save us from the Telstra monopoly, oh how wrong we were on this, hard to say but ADSL2+ actually shits on FTTN! Hands down!!!!

    No Viktor, no new appointment, the problem has always been with the modem but my 4 hour plus chat, is now beyond a joke…. I want to pick up a new modem from the Telstra shop and not be out of pocket…. Not difficult but apparently it is for a multi National….
