    @KathSwinbourne @deniseshrivell Telstra teach consumer types, income demographics, segments and opportunity to upsell. Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

    Stayed up waiting to order the new iPhone 14 Pro through @telstra . Here I am 10 hours later and I still can’t because apparently I don’t have any services to upgrade. The gold member support hasn’t been any help either

    @ScottRhodie What about buy iPhone outright from Apple pre-order and get a SIM only plan? From Telstra or a reseller like Boost 🤔 I gave them up years back. ******* ball ache to get anything resolved from ppl's phones to NBN, the website sucks. Couldn't even cancel a landline properly 🙄

    @Telstra really bad experience trying to order in iPhone. First it said l needed to setup direct deposit when it has been setup for years and working. Now no services are showing on my account
