    @KathSwinbourne @deniseshrivell Telstra teach consumer types, income demographics, segments and opportunity to upsell. Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

    @Telstra have tried calling to report of damage being caused to a telstra exchange building site and have been met with no assistance from operators on the report damages line and have been refused access to a team leader or manager.

    You have to be a special kind of idiot to work in the @Telstra call centre. Absolutely terrible service, no idea, just follow a script, no interest in solving a problem or helping #terribletelstra #telstra

    Arrived for my 4pm-5pm appointment at @telstra Greensborough at 4:40 and the guy says he can’t help me upgrade my plan because it takes 30min to do so. Pathetic service!

    @Natsavell @ServiceNSW Unfortunately we have zero mobile service in Berry at the moment as there has been a Telstra equipment failure. But I have been able to use it elsewhere.
