  @KathSwinbourne @deniseshrivell Telstra teach consumer types, income demographics, segments and opportunity to upsell. Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

  Trying to actually purchase or use a @Telstra service is the worst. Went to a Telstra store, they sent me to coles. Wouldn't even talk to me. Activation is a joke, 24x7 chat sits there as "Agent Typing" for hours and wouldn't let me do anything for business use. The worst.

  @vegancheesy Telstra are cheap, if they gave everyone good or even decent routers with their service they would have to up their prices significantly to cover the costs. As for the routers themselves, they're just really old technology and aren't able to match or get close to the speed limit

  @Telstra when are you going to stop wasting my time making false promises and fix my NBN service. I’m over dealing with incompetent call centre staff from India!!! Every one of them ask me the same question and keep repeating myself. They say we will call back but never do!!!
