@KathSwinbourne @deniseshrivell Telstra teach consumer types, income demographics, segments and opportunity to upsell. Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

@Han83b @MyFirstCousin the ABC is being sabotaged, blame the executives not our last commercial free network, which is why the LNP IPA are doing everything to destroy it, to justify its privatisation & make heaps of bank off of our parents hard earned tax dollars, like they did with telstra & aus post.

@NBN_Australia Is NBN liable for creating a 40x speed disparity between the customers it offers service to? This is a discrimination of service than the Telstra days.
