    @KathSwinbourne @deniseshrivell Telstra teach consumer types, income demographics, segments and opportunity to upsell. Where I work now ask us to greet the customer, help them find what they need and make sure they leave with their issue sorted, either by us or another business in town. Quite different.

    @theage There is one major problem and it goes with privatisation. Private company’s rarely train Apprentice’s compared to how the government organisations (before they were privatised) were able to train, Telstra, The Power Generators, Rail

    @Telstra Yes your store blatently discriminated against me & made me sit outside the store for half an hr watching other ppl be served. I tried to go back in the queue & line up again, the guard objected so refuse to move till they served me. Another customer stuck up for me.

    @absolutelyallan @Telstra @AbsolutelyAllen Too right. I've Optus home b/band &portable USB stick with 6mths prepd creds for hospital days. Also 2x ph's Amaysim with net on for when I go out. Amaysim's brilliant this area $15pm. When Optus plays up & u get answer machine telling u to go online for help I use the Amaysim ph
