@Telstra Troubleshooting showed no issues on our end. We had the NBN technician here when the initial set up did not work, but he sorted all that out from the FTTC pit to the house. Only a few weeks back.

@Telstra Not so far, by the time I went to the service page, everything was back up to speed. I think it should be up to Telstra to sort it out with NBN rather than me have it to do it. That would be very good service.

@Telstra Thanks Renee, nothing’s changed since yesterday. Same issue, download speeds vary from 27mps to 0.1mps depending on which server it attaches to and it seems to switch constantly. Pretty poor service overall.

@btckr @SammieMacM @RoyanWg How many hours have you got.....I think we're 27th down the list, got almost 12months credit at one stage.....now over it not worth the effort fighting Telstra and NBN.

@BrittMezher @Telstra The staff should be able to change your details in the systems though? Seems strange. I have moved seven times in ten years so constantly had to check and re-check addresses which the call centre were able to do. Telstra does sound broken.

@Telstra I contacted Telstra via text message this evening - the agent said he was "investigating the issue" then one hour later said she/he needs my account number. Why lie about investigating the issue when you are not? Three hours of waiting and zero progress...
