    @russellcrowe A network router in a large cabinet transferring data, the light are on meaning it has power, don't believe me?, go run through all the Telstra inductions & to get on-site at one of their major data centers, and you will see floors & floors of this.

    @mikeymikey Apple Support T2. Telstra basically figured out it wasn’t their fault and fobbed me off to Apple once I figured out the pattern behind the intermittent-ness of calls not connecting.

Retail investors won't be paying more than $273 by February next year. It'll be a bargain by then. I don't see what the problem is unless the $30k ceiling $CSL #investing #XJO #equities

    @Telstra You guys have cut my service twice and refuse to apologise or accept any responsibility. Despite me paying my bills. The telco ombudsman are gutless and don’t stick up for customers.

    @BoeJidenActual @Telstra @imfallfromgrace even with us still having to access the underwater cables to connect to the rest of the world, performance is superior to anything i got on the NBN by every metric. stability, speed, ping. it's just better

    @Telstra My fault was reported 19th. Telstra was already aware of the issue (as Phil confirmed on the 18th) as it had been going on for almost a week at that point. So what are you doing for your customers that are paying for a service they can not access?
