@anthony45052793 @TheNakedFarmers @MichaelAckland3 It took Telstra 5 years to fix junction box out the front. Only took 2 years to come and pick up all the asbestos pieces. The landline is placed about 10 cm under the ground. We found it when levelling the drive. 6 weeks without internet when NBN was extended.

@Telstra If you could actually help I’d be surprised because my wife has been trying for days speaking to people, probably in the Philippines, who have zero clue on how to restore our internet service that you cut off without notice

@TheNakedFarmers @RonniSalt @PaulFletcherMP As I told another friend yesterday contact Telstra on Twitter first try their PM and if that doesn’t work take it public! I had to do this for my 93 yo mum who was distraught that her phone was not working! Good luck 🤞

Bravo @Telstra After 2.5 hours dealing with 3 customer service reps with no appreciation of customer service who asked me the exact same questions 3 times, you have given me no option but to take this to the Ombudsman ... bravo again 👏

@trevorlong @ClintMaynard2GB I found the Optus coverage maps quite deceptive....the purple 5G in a lot of cases didn’t not happen. Back with Telstra and much happier. Surprised you going with Belong? You have no smart watch you want service on as well?

@TheNakedFarmers @MichaelAckland3 Good luck with your issues with Telstra . We run a small business in regional area & ended up ina battle with Telstra over our landline (too tight to fix up old joined cooper wire up our Rd) & overcharging us for internet with bills of $1000 per month. Nearly broke our business

@Telstra I don't know what your company means by "area maintenance", but now that it's over you've effectively made my houses internet speed come to a crippling halt, was 100mbps, now it's 8mbps. Been working with support for 4 hours, and still no improvement.

@Telstra Hi yes, I will be, just grabbing the rest of the screenshots to share, our experience has been poor to say the least.
