Slow to assist us,if someone could action this would be helpful and save us time and money chasing service providers

All you can do is download a few random receipts. Telstra Support claims, and I quote, “oh this is normal now…” I’m sorry to say Telstra but you’ve been infiltrated. It was very very difficult. The same for the staff at my dads nursing home. When they ring I ask them to email me. They are all friendly and try to help
