    @NBN_Australia Great to hear things are working as they should. We signed up to @Telstra and @NBN_Australia 14 Feb and are still waiting to be connected nearly 5 weeks later. Slow to assist us,if someone could action this would be helpful and save us time and money chasing service providers

    @Telstra Can you fix your basic internet services! It took overnight to download updates, which should have been done in just 10mins in any other country on any other (better) internet provider

    @telstra I need to add someone urgently as an authority on my account. Website says I need to call you, so I call and it says it can’t help me and to do this online.

    @AdeleOffley @Telstra I’m in Wagga and I often have trouble getting internet service (4G) - which is ridiculous for an inland city - it only gets worse when I’m travelling to small towns for work, makes it hard even to answer phone calls when I’m on the road

    @YabaiKankei It’s got that character. Don’t worry about that. The problem is some companies have a “she’ll be right” attitude, which means half-arsing the important things. Looking at you @Telstra

    @downforce @Telstra Grass isn't always greener on the other side. I lived close to a mate. He had no optus signal at his house, I had no trouble. We both moved to telstra. He's fine now, but I'm not. Telstra is superior out of the suburbs tho. If you leave the metro often, stick with telstra.

    So beloved @Telstra puts in a new tower at Miling a yr or so ago. Now we have less signal and battle to make a call even though we have 3 different towers all within 15km. Apparently they didnt turn the power down on said towers when new one installed????? Please explain...

    @Telstra I am in the process of trying to resolve an issue that has been affecting me for 10 days. The initial process was great. 1st , and 2nd level knew exactly what was required. Unfortunately I could commit to an appointment with field technician as I was going to be away

    @Telstra The porting of a velocity service. Much has been discussed, including a lot of obfuscation and astoundingly, some outright untruths. We are talking 20+ phone calls, perhaps 30hrs+ waiting and talk time. Multiple disconnections including 4 today. Left on hold 3hrs yesterday.

    My son has been waiting for the @NBNAustralia contractor to turn up today after @telstra have continually cancelled every appointment so far. Today they decided to cancel at the very last minute after over 2 months of waiting for a very simple NBN connection. It’s a joke! (1/3)
