We signed up to @Telstra and @NBN_Australia 14 Feb and are still waiting to be connected nearly 5 weeks later. Slow to assist us,if someone could action this would be helpful and save us time and money chasing service providers

And a technician from @Telstra confirmed that all internal wiring within the building is 100% working with no faults to be found.

Speeds of less than 1Mb/s for 3 months with dropouts so constant that it can't be used anyway, after a year of less 8Mb/s on a 50Mb/s line.
