Been paying $30 per month for years. Apparently she could of been paying 6 or 12 months in advance for a cheaper price but they didn't tell her. Telstra = ripoff

So, I wanted to remove the the redundant cables attached to my eaves. I asked Optus to remove their’s, no problem. Done same week. I asked Telstra, and it was difficult and no they wouldn’t do it.
