    @telstra, wow do you get a complaint escalated out of the overseas call center to an on shore one. 3 months worth of unstable internet and countless phone calls to your call center is taking its toll.

    @Telstra You neglected to include that one of my case managers offered to reimburse me for the time I was required to wait for a technician to attend my house (2 days) when the Telstra systems broke down and eventually sent the technician on the 3rd day.2/4

    @Telstra That’s a shame as my complaint is as much about how they’ve mis-managed and exasperated my problems as the unstable internet connection and 3 months without a land line.

    @ayushprasad28 @VodafoneAU Nope, you shouldn't be as a business running on a single provider for your needs as networks are never guarenteed uptime 99% Why don't you have a fall back data plan or alternative in place for these issues. see if telstra can hook you up, when your main network falls over.

    @VodafoneAU People need to stop complaining, all networks go down at some time. Telstra and Optus do as well. You can’t expect things to go perfect all the time.

    @mrgnarchrIRL I've been finding boost to be pretty good. They use telstra's full mobile network (excluding 5G), not the wholesale one, and their billing system. Only thing is that they don't do postpaid services.

    Hey, @Telstra. Is management embarrassed by how shockingly crap the in-app messaging service is, given it is the only way to get any service now that you can’t phone Telstra?

    @Kazegamii I'm with Kogan Mobile, so TIL they use Vodaphone as their main network coverage and not Telstra🙃
