    @telstra, wow do you get a complaint escalated out of the overseas call center to an on shore one. 3 months worth of unstable internet and countless phone calls to your call center is taking its toll.

    @Telstra You neglected to include that one of my case managers offered to reimburse me for the time I was required to wait for a technician to attend my house (2 days) when the Telstra systems broke down and eventually sent the technician on the 3rd day.2/4

    @Telstra That’s a shame as my complaint is as much about how they’ve mis-managed and exasperated my problems as the unstable internet connection and 3 months without a land line.

    A whole ******* month without internet @Telstra are the slimiest ******* grubs in Australia, it is never easy or straightforward with these wankers, 10 different phone calls and 10 different answers as to why this house cannot simply be granted internet access!

    @darrengilmore6 Know a bloke who cut fibre optics to a large part of a state a few years ago - Telstra went to tear him a new one until he showed them the pic of the cable only being 40cm down instead of over a metre - not always the contractors fault

    @Telstra Trying to cancel a business mobile service. Online doesn't work. 40 min wait at shop. 48 minute wait on phone. Can I do it here?

    @TPG_Telecom It has not worked the two times I've moved and both times I've had to be contacted. Unfortunately it was a very long call to get to not sending me a modem. I've already got a bundle of unopened TPG, Optus and Telstra devices I've been sent over the years and never needed. 😓

    Yesterday we had no internet at work. So today telstra has decided to annoy me with “planned outage” for repairs but also … the connect check tool has service issues.

    @sharanjit @Telstra If go to NBN rollout map, include your address & tick Service Type you’ll see if you are in a FTTN area & so see if this box is being used as part of your NBN service. Any particular reason for query?

    @Telstra, does the Chat currently work? The current forms/site to chat go on an infinite click loop+sign-in to try to get web-chat to appear… 30+ min wait for phone support..

    An outage lasting over five hours, the result was something Telstra can't remember happening, given the number of Telstra and non-Telstra customers impacted by both cables being cut (since non-Telstra operators use both cables too).

    @Telstra Cannot talk to anyone when you need customer service. I was billed to my credit card and no idea why and no one to talk to about it. I consider your customer service is extremely poor. End of story.
