    @sharanjit @Telstra Can't see why they would refuse: you are already a customer, you've provided 3 forms of ID, so met the 100 point check thing. There is no logical reason to do anything other than send the phone and close the case file. Easier to get a housing loan than a phone it seems.

    @Optus Introduce a bot that can scan messages that are suspicious so those messages cannot be delivered to the intended recipient (me in this case) that's what Telstra did, do the same. Also please fix your reception I'm sick of using 3g because it's the only god damn network that works

They may have but not for over 20 years After selling Telstra rural communities never got support The LNP NBN plan reduced fixed mobile facilities & put more people on satellite that is more expensive & limited in bandwidth & download limits

    Well, today was interesting. Thought we were being scammed. Turns out, it actually was a really rude @telstra employee, who flipped out when I politely asked to speak to a supervisor (because he rudely told me the exact opposite of what the first employee did. Wanted to verify.)

    We live 20 kilometres from Goulburn and @Telstra we HAVE NO BLOODY SERVICE BECAUSE ITS WINDY WTF we pay like everyone else and we canโ€™t even make a phone call without it dropping out
