Jason King (@Klyde77) reported from Picton, New South WalesWhat disgraceful service @Telstra. Been in new house for more than 2 weeks. Only 4 days of NBN working. Told they would be here on Saturday between 8am and 12pm. Waited all day and then called Telstra to be told NBN will be back on Wednesday. Disgraceful.

Have been told a) it's resolved - INCORRECT. b) it's fixed but will take an hour to update - NOPE. c) can't be resolved as I'm on business plan - LIES. d) then on phone an hour, dropped out.

BIRRR (@FixBushInternet) reported@cottonfarmgirl Do u only use mobile broadband? Do u have another connection type that u could use wifi calling on ? Telstra are apparently upgrading the network in emerald which has caused some issues - well that’s what we were told in March / April. Do u want us to reach out again to @Telstra

So when the keys to the Network are handed over to the new incoming Government tomorrow, I assume that the lights on my blackbox will stop flashing... The blue light on my Telstra Modem will return Green Erm is it an 8:30 am start then?

Thankfully I'd sent it to my dad and to her again on discord so I was able to get supplies that night. I think its just the network since we all use a Telstra one.
