@ToddGreasley Having no idea is pretty much the definition of gronk? He wants to storm the Telstra office because Clive Palmer send a broadcast ******* text message If you’re that level of stupid get ******** off Twitter

  • adamnorthphoto Adam North (@adamnorthphoto) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Philipa_Veitch @RandwickCouncil Hell yes!, I get my 2nd Pfizer jab at St Vincent Hospital, closest Vaccine Hub offers Pfizer near Eastern Suburbs. Many essential services supermarket Supplies not available in our LGA or closed down Telstra, bank hrs others closed in Randwick closest Eastgardens, Bondi Junction

  • AidenHowlett Aiden Howlett (@AidenHowlett) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@bonniecsalt @jriewolod @Telstra There's many RSPs out there that will allow BYO. You don't need a modem if on HFC, FTTN still needs you to buy one but there's loads used on FB, CeX, Gumtree and of course new. The actual Telstra hardware isn't too bad, but once you've 'paid it off' your bill doesn't go down.

  • JohnLutge John Lutge 🐀 (@JohnLutge) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra It's an area wide outage that has been going for two and a half weeks. Postcode 2049. Unacceptable lack of support. Especially during lockdown.

  • BradleyWDeacon Bradley Deacon (MAISA)🇦🇺 (@BradleyWDeacon) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@jriewolod @Telstra Surely they could determine she never used it. Shame on @telstra

  • electricfuture5 Electric Future 🇦🇺 🚗⚡☀️ (@electricfuture5) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra A case manager takes 3-5 days. It’s a fundamentally broken system that needs to be fixed for a customer experience. And given the same thing happened a year ago it’s clear nothing has changed

  • rodrigo03780465 rodrigo (@rodrigo03780465) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra hi, i have been experienced some problems with internet in the place that i live, there is something wrong in this area? or is just me? bondi junction ebley st

  • HappySinger Dave The Happy Singer (@HappySinger) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra It's a personal account. No, I haven't been able to change my name, despite submitting all the requested documents and repeated sessions with pretty rude and unhelpful support team members. See the screenshot. And I know for a fact I'm not alone: see upthread.

  • AidenHowlett Aiden Howlett (@AidenHowlett) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@lisa_curz3 @jriewolod @Telstra Worst case scenario if no one picks up the phone and cancels your service then I'd view that as an unauthorised charge and you could dispute it with your bank.

  • cbiggins Christian two jab 💉💉 (@cbiggins) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Apparently @Optus has "deleted" (their words) my NBN connection. I have to wait 48hrs for their stuff up. Considering I've started moving my 5 phone services to @Telstra I think my NBN will be next. Been with Optus for sooo many years but lately wow it's been bad.

  • electricfuture5 Electric Future 🇦🇺 🚗⚡☀️ (@electricfuture5) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@telstra totally useless. Can’t transfer my esim to another phone because it’s stuck provisioning. Now stuck with no service

  • AidenHowlett Aiden Howlett (@AidenHowlett) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@jriewolod @Telstra Seriously - check with your grandparents, make sure they're not paying more than they should. A mesh wifi router is less than $200 for a pair now, and many homes get a modem from NBNCo anyway - all you need is the router, not an overpriced solution from Telstra.

  • fridley James Fridley (@fridley) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra still as useless as ever. Been trying to connect to the NBN since 2019 in a Sydney CBD office, and they cancel any new NBN order without even bothering to contact us.... O_o

  • katedurnell Kate Durnell (@katedurnell) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Hey team, there is no option to pre order iPhone 13 pro max. Can you help?

  • OzDocoboy Walter McIntosh (@OzDocoboy) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Hi Sheree, I’m not authorised on my mother’s account, but I will check with her where things are at with the matter. She was getting the relevant info together to make a complaint with the ombudsman. I’ll see where things are at with that and then send you a DM once I’ve checked.

  • PSkip38 Paul Skip (@PSkip38) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Hey Telstra network gurus, why am I constantly getting Scam SMS's wanting me to go to some Scam web site from phoney telephone numbers about phoney parcels. Can't your network identify & protect against such simple phoney SMSs? If not then your technology is crapp.

  • David540811 lostinwaste (@David540811) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@jriewolod @Telstra Isn’t one of the main reasons AMP Society is in such trouble is because it charged for services which it did not provide. Telstra cannot do this and I would be seeking help to look as systemic issues. ACCC.

  • stevenandlizzy Steven (@stevenandlizzy) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra disappointed with your webcast experience. Really did not help me resolve my bigpond email problem at all

  • sophieseuk Sophie Seuk (@sophieseuk) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@martyk40 @Telstra @Raf_Epstein I feel this. Have been having the same issues and no answers from Telstra.

  • cbiggins Christian two jab 💉💉 (@cbiggins) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

2 fricken hours talking to @Telstra support to get my prepaid service activated.. and now I need to wait 24 to 48 hours. This is infuriating. Everything I do with this company is laborious and difficult. Not sure I can stick with them.

  • DavidDeex David Deex (@DavidDeex) reported

What Telstra's free to use payphones shows is that public phones are an essential service. They always have been, from the moment they were introduced, to now, and into the future. We must never again pay for this essential service.

  • oce_dylan 15K Dylan (@oce_dylan) reported

@Telstra Dont worry I fixed the problem.

  • mrjoeaston Joe Aston (@mrjoeaston) reported

@peely76 @Telstra The whole telco industry funds Telstra’s payphones under a govt levy and their continued provision is mandated by the govt’s Universal Service Obligation. So no, Telstra could not have ripped them up nor did they “choose” society and the customer

  • ClearzFX JFT Clearz (@ClearzFX) reported

@crayolawtf @telstra could you help me, i have a problem?

  • yezdi55 yezdi (@yezdi55) reported

@Telstra Never ever Telstra. Worst accounts Dept. They just bill you even when Telstra is in the fault. When you bring that to their notice they send your account to the debt collectors. I have switched to another provider and I am so happy for it.

  • CathBowd Cath Bowd (@CathBowd) reported

Is my thinking off? Telstra is offering free phone calls to people without phones to keep in touch. Some idiot Ben, on the radio offered a prize for people to ring him from a phone box telling him where they were. My 1st thought. Small box, full of COVID plumes n virus on
