  • StallionDuckx3 Blair / Mrs Wayne 🐨❤🇦🇺 (@StallionDuckx3) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

LOL fully forgot I had unread DMs from Telstra and NBN on here. So glad that part of my new life is fckn over. That suuuuucked so bad.

  • monsonflossy Jane Threlfall (@monsonflossy) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@christianharrup @cityofsydney @CloverMoore I’m all for good planning and well-designed phone boxes too, but don’t think blame rests on Telstra here. Those phone boxes, ugly or not, are an essential service to those w/out phones. Telstra are not designers. Good design management would consider that.

  • wheelyweb 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 💪🏼💉💉 Joe Ortenzi (@wheelyweb) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Yeah. I know. Because I keep turning it off. Why can’t you respect that and at least just ask instead of doing it automatically? My point is i am in australia. Not travelling. So your “automatic, to help” argument is a fail

  • monsonflossy Jane Threlfall (@monsonflossy) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@christianharrup And maybe Telstra should employ landscape architects if not already? I am guessing, that for the engineer, they’d see the phone hooked up quickly and working for the public as a high level of service to the council.

  • ColinJPettitt 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘁 (@ColinJPettitt) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia @Telstra Any chance if getting the internet issues in Neutral Bay sorted!!! 😡🤬

  • jd_3o3 JD-303 (@jd_3o3) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Yeah I've been doing that for two weeks now, feels pointless to keep following up that way since I keep getting told someone will call me then they never do. Any other ways I can escalate this so someone actually looks at it?

  • BirminghamAg Andrew Birmingham (@BirminghamAg) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Hey @Telstra your contact centre is awful.

  • usaussie01 David Brown (@usaussie01) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@MikeCarlton01 Yep utter Bullshit Mr Fletcher. When Turnbull announced the fibre to the node approach, every Professional IT person in the country cringed. We knew that the old Telstra network was way past its use by date and would create nothing but trouble trying to handle NBN transmission👎🏽

  • fictillius Evan (@fictillius) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra I moved to Vodafone 3 years ago due to the issue. Just happened to check on my work phone and it’s still bad. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  • midii Ken Moore (@midii) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra As if I can be bothered helping you guys fix a fault for somewhere I am parked for 10 minutes. Telstra is poor coverage in general now and reporting it doesn’t help I’ve tried at home for 6 months.

  • goober_au Goober (@goober_au) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra I have been chatting to your usless staff for over 7 hours now to fix my Pixel 6 Pro pre order that you screwed up. Now it look like I won't be getting it on launch all because your staff are completely incompetent.

  • fictillius Evan (@fictillius) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Telstra 4G is still **** in the airport train tunnel.

  • fictillius Evan (@fictillius) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@geoffrey_payne @vision_iii Margins of the providers have been eaten up by wholesale costs. It’s worse now than it was when Telstra owned the fixed line network. Telcos avoiding the NBN makes the NBN business worse and more of a loss for taxpayers

  • traceys27 tracey27 (@traceys27) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Our internet is down. I have been troubleshooting with service provider or 3 hours and it is still not fixed. It is midnight and I want to go to sleep. #telstra #canwefinishthistomorrow #needsleep

  • jrbrown48_brown Raymond Brown (@jrbrown48_brown) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia I have taken this up with Telstra on 3 occasions. It's the old Foxtel cable. It apparently needs an upgrade. Not prepared to help

  • SPECCAPITAL SPEC Capital (@SPECCAPITAL) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

On Thursday I changed my mobile plan with @Telstra, woke up this morning and they have cut off my internet and are unable to reconnect for 3 days!!! No one can help over the phone and are telling me I have to pay a reconnection fee. @Telstra why are you so ****!!!!

  • MsMelM MelanieM (@MsMelM) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

I waited all morning for the Telstra technician who never showed up. No call, no nothing and when calling @Telstra to check the guy in India just hung up

  • midii Ken Moore (@midii) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Good job @Telstra At milsons point and no signal. Great network you guys have these days.

  • jd_3o3 JD-303 (@jd_3o3) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@SmurfingBeer @R_Chirgwin @Telstra I am on what seems to be latest Telstra pixel 5 build available, last updated sept 1 and problem started about sep 26. Don't connect to wifi much, but having it on or off doesn't seem to change things.

  • NarracottMick Michael narroctt, (@NarracottMick) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

  • delpjm 💧🌊 delphi (@delpjm) reported

@AmyRemeikis So you are most likely on FttN(ode) and if in older location quality of the copper line and not just the distance would be a problem. You could try 4/5G home wireless plan from Optus/Telstra/Vodafone instead.

  • peterc_150 💧🌳🇺🇦 Peter Campbell (@peterc_150) reported

@AmyRemeikis Keep harrassing your retailer (e.g. Telstra, Optus) to get the cabling checked an fixed. Lodge a complaint with the ombudsman. I had a problem that went for weeks until a tech guy fixed problem with cable/hub in the street. The call centres don't see these problems.

  • Huwro_Science Huw - Short for Huuuuuuw (@Huwro_Science) reported

@Telstra @rescuehorseneah How come the scammers have better roaming services than Telstra? Been trying to contact for and fix for a week to enable SMS roaming but you keep saying "check the SMS code we sent"

  • Seldomsean63 Sean Robbo - I have Q fever idiots, not fkn Qanon (@Seldomsean63) reported

Did we just get space invaded as power went off for about an hour & now it is taking forever to load up on the internet & my Netflix on Telstra TV & getting blurry poor quality TV picture ? @Telstra ? Internet super slow on computer ? #Justsaying Always happens in the movies ?

  • NettlePot Pam Swanborough (@NettlePot) reported

@Telstra Hi Sven. it's not going well. First they said i could get international roaming on my prepaid account 🤯 Then they said I could call overseas from Australia🤯 I'm currently retraining your support staff in your own products🤯

  • kranknm1 Noel (@kranknm1) reported

This is scary I answered a text on Twitter regarding Broadband speeds in my text saying that I was happy with my internet speeds via my mobile with Telstra within 2 minutes I received a text from Telstra saying they were glad I was happy with Telstra service

  • oberonsghost Maria, Comrade Ghost (@oberonsghost) reported

@Telstra Thanks and that’s all understood, but is Telstra being at all proactive in involving law enforcement agencies, given that scammers are clogging your network and ripping off some of your most vulnerable customers?

  • kranknm1 Noel (@kranknm1) reported

@AmyRemeikis Current download speed just on 90mbps upload on 50mbps via Telstra hotspot rarely have problems even when travelling all over the country 80gig limit for $65 a month

  • tanhuzzy Tanya Husbands (@tanhuzzy) reported

@Telstra It has been particularly bad since power outage on Friday 6th May

  • lizjurman Elizabeth Jurman (@lizjurman) reported

@AmyRemeikis Yes check the connection...and the modem. It shouldn't be terrible 1km from the exchange - is that where the NBN connects to your copper line? Consider mobile broadband - Aussie Broadband, Vodafone or Telstra for three. Good luck.
