    @Telstra Thanks, I have an email contact in there already, other agents were able to send the code to the email. This one agent insisted he could only text me the code.... I have spent from 11:20AM today until 14:30PM trying to resolve the issues..

    @Telstra and that was just today, added on to the hours I spent the other night also trying to resolve the same issue. The message on My Telstra app which you are always directed to, starts with a bot, finally get an agent, finally get to resolving things then get cut off.. AGAIN

    Be me, in the bathroom at a telstra call center having a break down. My sobs harmonised with the person in the store next to me. What a wonderful place to work

    @Taco_Lad The spam block on my phone is currently 100% effective at filtering these, so I only see them when I get bored and go to have a look at what has come in. I don't think Optus has a filtering thing like Telstra, but it hasn't been an issue, and such obvious spam is easy to ignore

    So @Telstra 10 calls, 12 hours, & 9 unfulfilled promises I am told by the last operator the complaint procedure cannot be accessed. Unbelievable! This for an issue you have caused & we were also unnecessarily forced onto a more expensive plan. Go you!

    @Telstra I wish I could go back to the previous service. It was just as fast on download as NBN and, though still pretty awful reliability-wise, it was much more robust than NBN.

    @Telstra I was not given a ;ticket number'. Spent an hour in chat yesterday with a promise that the isssssue would be escalated. Received a call at 5pm. I couldn't speak then and asked they call back between 11am and 4pm. They agreed. No call. But I can tell you what the problem is. /2

    @Telstra Well it will be stupidity to stuck with Telstra and do 4 DD for 4 service under one person. Wake up before you loose all
