Hi @Telstra I am trying to register an unwelcome call from a withheld number which was menacing and where the caller used my name. Both laptop and mobile apps will not allow me to submit report, with a message of Network Error. Tried 10+ times. Where is my customer protection ?

@bugwannostra When I was accused of sending harmful messages during a custody dispute and had an AVO placed against me,I went to Telstra and paid $30 and they printed every text message ! The case was dropped the moment the judge read them.Surely they can do the same?**** it I’ll pay the $30.

The last week in January I got about 25 scammer phone calls on work, mobile, and (mostly) landline. This week I got only one - they were flummoxed when I told them I was intentionally sending errors to the @Telstra servers to create a homemade DDOS attack & laughing manically.

@mcannonbrookes @latingle What I do when I get a call from the ATO with an Indian accent is play along with the convo for as long as I can, they hang up and never call back, even with calls about my Telstra internet which I don’t have. I get a laugh out of it every time!.. for ID I given them my 5yo DOB.

@rhythbuster I've been on hold with Optus for over 90 minutes and I think their tech support finishes at 8. The outage is reported on NBN's and Telstra's sites but not on Optus' and I can't get an ETA for a fix. How long was yours out?
