    Good Q. Down here in Seachange given up on the NBN. Use Telstra 4G box. Not good enough. NBN imposed.

    Some trivia and useless information.... However I was looking at my Telstra bill had never noticed the $.. . 91 never paid much attention to it but if Telstra 18.88 mil customers all had $0.91 cents on their monthly bill it would be worth $2bil a year who said cents don’t count?

    @Telstra Went to link provided by one of your staff on twitter Ryan I will get someone outside Telstra to help me with this online Seems too hard for your staff as your system is not suited or in my case it's not user friendly Thanks for your time but lets leave I will get help elsewhere

    @DaveSharma Oh Dave, this country would be so much better off if Telstra had never been privatised, this is a stunningly bad take! And don’t think I’ve missed the bit where you routinely slam Hawke/Keating unless it gives you a chance to poke Albo.

    @Telstra I asked for the Telstra team to stop the cancellation of my NBN because the technician said they’ll return to rectify the wire issue to the house. They responded with a confirmation that the service will not be cancelled. The tech hasn’t returned yet, and my NBN was disconnected.

    @Telstra I did that last night... when the internet cut out!!!!! When I WAS STREAMING!!! It cut out twice too

    Hello @Telstra are you responding to customer service inquiries? I have no internet service on my home account and I've been waiting for 40 minutes on hold after being told there is a 10-mimute wait time. HELPPPP!!!!!!

    @debbie_prest Try talking to any one in person at Telstra. All by messaging system and go round and round where you are referred to someone else and you have to repeat why you need help. Talk about backward step and shocking customer service

    @Telstra No. I will not, as the router was done twice yesterday, after each outage. It was not one outage it was two. It also takes a VERY long time for it to reconnect, and I kinda need it now
