@tallymarkz @Telstra Now, you get outages that’s weeks because they have nothing to force them to ensure their customers get a reliable service. In fact, if they were forced to pay customers one months line rental PER DAY the outage/fault continues beyond the initial timeframe; maybe customers WOULD

I understand we are moving to IQ4, and are keen to do so. I am a 20 year plus Telstra / Foxtel customer. Landline, 4 mobiles - I just want someone to pls call me and help me.

@Telstra Thanks for that. The block has now been removed, thanks to my ISP getting in touch via a different route. The problem for me, now, has been resolved, but the issue remains outstanding as to why my email to postmaster bounced. That's potentially a major flaw in your system.

@LennaLeprena Totally agree, we have crap phone coverage at home so we always use Wi-Fi, as you, a 5gb plan would do.... It's just a rort that @Telstra don't have small data plans for people that don't need large amounts!

@LennaLeprena Not many people use 5gb a month these days. Boost prepaid is Telstra network and cheaper plans

@FOXTEL_Help I rang 133390 - but was transferred to Foxtel from Telstra. Still no closer to resolution- just want to talk to someone

@LennaLeprena Have a look at Telstra Boost. You pay up front for 12 months. Pay $200 for 150 gb and all texts, calls included. Plus about 20 o/s countries. Telstra network. Worth a look. On my second year now.

@Telstra why is your customer service so bad?! Holy hell people. It’s not that hard to just be helpful.

@Ozzytourer @Telstra Yes, the internet bit is just peripheral for me, I just want a good phone that works properly...I only use it a few times a year so why don't they cater for the many of us in that same boat? I'll just have to keep my eye out for cheap phone and keep the Belong service..
