If the matter is not resolved as had been proposed by Telstra customer service person 8 days ago, I will indeed lodge a complaint. This has been going on for 3 months & I'm tired of reinventing the wheel.

Keep calling to be told either the case has been closed (without resolution) or it’s being worked on and to expect an update within 24 hours. Utterly hopeless!

jayzco (@jayzcoz) reported@gasugasu1984 I’ve used Belong premium, $95/mth, 100/17mbps. FTTN. They use Telstra service. Northern VIC. I find the speed ok for (tv) streaming, but lm not using any video computer development software. I haven’t done a speed test. Likely cheaper services available.

My modem is in back up mode and wont load MyTelstra, so I try hotspotting off my Telstra phone. But your coverage is so sporadic that it won't even count as "connected."
