    @jriewolod @Telstra I’d been paying for 2 years for a service I had discontinued. They said they’d only pay me half . I told them “ that’s my money , if you don’t return it to me I’ll report it as theft “ they returned the lot ‘

    @jriewolod @Telstra Hope yr aged care provider offers single room with modern facilities, fully staffed, caring, honest and skilled people, good food and perhaps real personalised care. Alas me thinks age care providers and telstra have too much in common namely the financial rip off for “service”.
