    @Telstra @Telstra the person is still being charged a monthly fee that is being automatically deducted from their credit card, even after cancelling TELSTRA NBN services and moving to TPG. Interestingly for several years TELSTRA charged for a service that couldn't be delivered.

    @Telstra .Well another day of broken promises.Told last friday a technician book to connect landline for today;monday.This stated by my case manager ;lol great case manager.Hence Tech bloke "NO show"without a call to cant make it as i have given then my mobile number.I give up.

    @Telstra I want to switch from post paid to pre paid online as my contract has finished. I did this for another phone in October without fuss. Now I need a credit check. Ridiculous by the operator on Hold support. #pleashelp #itsnotthathard.

    The only way to get any progress was to pay the $320 bill for a phone I cant use after I was promised that wouldnt happen. Even the temp SIM you gave me to put into my old phone while this is being sorted out doesnt work. #telstra #Incompetence #complaints

    Why is Telstra so hopeless in addressing fundamental mail issues. Haven’t been able to send mail for over a week and despite previous calls and now waiting over 2 hours for a support person on the phone.

    @Telstra Well that must be news to every single person I have spoken to so far. 2weeks!how long does it take to fix an issue? Here's a thought..maybe get someone to send the item I am after and take my points later. Oh wait... that would mean you would have the customers outcomes in mind
