    @CapitalToad 1/2 I’m sorry to hear of your Telstra woes. I only have them for my phone service & never had a problem. I use iiNet for internet & they’ve been pretty good, though waiting on hold for an hour isn’t uncommon.

    @Telstra That is disappointing to hear it's closed. I haven't received the code yet. I was on online support yesterday because of no response from the 19/11/20 request for support; after being told to wait 48 hours. I have been told once again to wait for 48 hours.

    @dekrazee1 It was a Telstra tech (with Internode, but ADSL was Telstra wholesale) come to fix the ADSL that convinced me to drop copper and to NBN, even though we can only get microwave link here. One week later, and it still feels weird to be copperless for the first time in my life.
