    @billshortenmp Thanks bill coz I have just been retrenched coz Telstra want to cut 30% off rates of the last contract and will only sign off on that for the new.. how Can any Australian Company operate on margins as slim as these... Telstra is sending families down the drain

    @Telstra The outages show up occasionally but not all the time. It is out right at the moment for example but there is no outage listed. Our internet used to be so reliable :(

    issue was with the Telstra line outside my house. A Telstra b level technician was booked for today (confirmation received via SMS between 8-12 today). I had to cancel a shift, so not getting paid. No one has arrived. I receive a message at 1pm delaying the service request

    @Telstra well done on another day of no internet . You can text us about a bill reminder but you can’t fix a simple outage. You update when it will be fixed and you expect me to pay for a service that I am not receiving . #notgoodenoughtelstra

    Telstra saga part 3. Then we were sent to the back of the queue Possibly the worst service and company I have ever dealt with. Absolutely hopeless. Trying to run a business with no internet for 3 months. Useless organisation @billshortenmp @DavidLeydon1

    @Telstra internet is down daily in burwood Vic 3125, this has to be the 10th outage in the area. We went years with none and now it's almosy every day.

    @Telstra The amount of absolute ineptitude I have experienced with telstra today is incredible. See this so what happens when you outsource jobs at the cost of customer service. You make your entire customer base suffer. ALL I WANT TO DO IS REPORT AN OUTAGE.

    @billshortenmp Well surprise surprise!! It’s pretty evident now coz Telstra are off -shoring core network design and telling Australian contractors to match Indian contract rates or lose the contract. Aussie jobs Aussie wages not Indian wages takes again libs- never trust a lib

    @billshortenmp And Bill did you know yesterday Telstra dropped a bombshell in the core network design contractors by not giving them a contract for design. It’s being done off - shore in India. So effectively hundreds of Aussie jobs gone @billshortenmp @DavidLeydon1

    @Telstra You’ve billed - we just can’t see it. You don’t attach it to your emails and we can’t get into it. Even the support guy we spoke to can’t get into it. Then your reminder emails also don’t mention the balance due. I’ve wasted hours on EVERY BILLING CYCLE FOR 20 YEARS.

    @jendudley I had a @Telstra tech over yesterday, his boss joined him for a chat - 60m of chatting 15m of getting actual work done. 20m explaining it's not good job but he'll do it. Hope he made it to his next customer. It only took me 4 appointments and five weeks to get 10mbs

    @Telstra Wouldn’t be hard for @Telstra to credit affected accounts, of course the onus will end up with the client to chase it up. Furthermore, I’m sure that the credit will come nowhere near close to compensating for actual losses from being without service for a week.

    @Telstra trying to communicate with your support team is like pulling teeth apparently you have no hardship options wham a person has had a death in the family and needs to cover funeral costs and needs options for their bill payment!
