@Telstra I did Check-out your outages page and it said ‘NO OUTGAGES’ ... that’s why I contacted you... everyone just fobs it off and blindly believes ‘the system’. Your Outage Page sucks and is often not up to date!!!

@Telstra your solution of having a 4G sim in your routers for when the internet down is completely redundant when it runs at 1mb/s

Tony Sheahan (@TonySheahan) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
I’m sure I speak on behalf of many Australian @Telstra customers when I say they’re customer service is an absolute disgrace. I don’t know what @andy_penn & his team are telling the off shore workers but it’s clearly a concern. Telstra’s rating should be that of 0 these days
-
Oliver (@OliverNunis) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@Telstra After 6 calls, and promises after each of them a case manager would contact me within 48 hours, over the course of 3 months; I have now been on hold for a further 2 hours trying to get your billing mistake resolved. The worse customer service in Australia!

Peter J. Coburn (@PJCwasHere) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@Telstra Ok 45 minutes wasted to find it is actually an outage at our exchange...’to make my NBN faster and better’
-
JarrodWeir (@JarrodWeir) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
God dammit @Telstra. My cable internet has been down since Friday! Up until tonight, no outage has shown up on the outages site, although that’s NBN and says scheduled maintainance. On top of that, for some reason 4G is running at 2Mbps.

-
Venkat Iyer (@vniyers) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@Telstra And it appears to have resolved now, but it would be nice to get an heads up like a text that we used to for an outage, even if there is an intermittent issue.

@Telstra Sure. And as the guy who was responsible for ingesting every cell tower ping in the Telstra network for CTO Big Data Location Insights, and what I had to do deal with for lags and bursts, let's ask Julian Butler. Tell him it's D808445 calling

@Telstra If it is scheduled, not great to do it in school holidays when the population doubles. If unscheduled, perhaps just bad luck. I was expecting better.

.@andy_penn How is it that Dame Salon in Brighton has no internet and intermittent phone line (currently not working) and been in this position for the past 8 weeks!!! Various @Telstra case managers and still not solved. Not good enough for a business in Aust in 2021 #telstrafail
-
debinoz (@debinoz3) reported
@Telstra Third time I messaged - I just wrapped it up -I finally was able to pay my bill. But the thought of having to do messaging 3 times again next month to pay my bill is silly. whenever I’ve tried to get through to someone on the phone, I never do. Telstra should stop pretending.

@Telstra @Ktchaoss o damn
-
Dhani Sutanto (@dhanisutanto) reported
It's 2021, and Telstra would need around 10 business days to get your internet connection done, because their Phillipines based customer service isn't equipped with the technical ability to push one button to activate your service. Australia's internet in dark ages.
