@Telstra Can you fix your basic internet services! It took overnight to download updates, which should have been done in just 10mins in any other country on any other (better) internet provider

I thought Telstra’s coverage was poor, I’m just finding out how bad Optus is around here. Went to town and EFT wasn’t available for anyone using Optus! I live 10 km from town, 3 km to an Optus tower but still crap service! Drop out and very slow. All talk no service. Frustrating!

@TessSLea Had a simpler conversation with a Telstra guy when NBN were laying cables and we had problems. Said the contractors cut corners, saved on length, didn’t dig pits down enough

Pretty piss weak @Telstra She pays for your service and you treat her like ****. No coverage nothing!!! She barely reported for her Centrelink payment. Yet you charge close to $100 to keep everyone's "lights" on the @NBN_Australia router. You won't be remembered for much...

@Telstra Hi Jimmy, NBN tech came and said all ok as at that very moment the service was ok. I explained that this is the whole issue that the service is spotty/patchy and i was assured that it wont happen again. Not to be until after a few hours its back to the same old problem.

trivial problem in scheme of things but is anyone having trouble with @Telstra @NBN_Australia service in Melbourne's inner north? I am having and the Telstra chat service is not as efficient as usual, not saying if there is a local outage etc - very frustrating
