    @melbournefc MY new nbn doesnt work here on murray when its busy or out of power ( often!!?)? Landlines gone this year forever so must rely on telstra mobile network which is **** and expensive looking forward to your postcards and sorry couldnt help financially this year nothing spare atall

    @7plus, get your **** sorted for Chromecast and @Telstra Tbox Olympic streaming. Last night, I had @Telstra via Twitter walk me through streaming issues because we thought it was the NBN/wifi. It's actually your apps! Prime7 has poor reception in 2575. #tokyo2020 #Channel7

    @Telstra Yeah tried all that Renee, went through the whole switch off and switch back on, 5 minutes on hold to let you guys try to diagnose the problem with the modem, then it said there was an issue and I would be transferred. Half an hour on hold and then suddenly cut me off. Not ideal.

    @Telstra Ok I’ve officially given up now. No help from the app. Nothing. Been waiting two and a half hours for an answer.

    @Telstra Over it. It reconnected then went down again. You aren’t giving consistent messaging. There’s obviously issues in this area. They bring the internet down for eight hours every couple of weeks and then in between it goes down without notice. It’s just terrible

    @Telstra It’s been down for 2 days. We can’t even get Telstra to acknowledge a fault let alone fix it. I have a case number of that helps?

    @Telstra Thx - a case Mgr has confirmed that they r sending me a new Modem - shld b here by Tuesday - that will be 3 weeks w/ out service. If that’s the problem.

    As a person with 25 years of direct links with 日本 + as a speaker of the language, this is disheartening not to see the #tokyo2020 coverage, @7plus. If you look at @GooglePlay reviews for the app, EVERYONE is having the same access issues. You need to address this, not @Telstra

    @Telstra My street was no phone or internet for 50 hours. All of my neighbours keep being told their modems are broken. I’m trying with My Telstra but I’m getting nowhere. I need to work 😩
