@melbournefc MY new nbn doesnt work here on murray when its busy or out of power ( often!!?)? Landlines gone this year forever so must rely on telstra mobile network which is **** and expensive looking forward to your postcards and sorry couldnt help financially this year nothing spare atall

@jriewolod @Telstra They're still doing this? I had to deal with this crap twenty years ago for my grandmother because they refused to help her as she wasn't on the account, only my grandfather who had died twenty years earlier than that!

@jriewolod @Telstra My late Elderly mother was taken advantage of by by several and ironically they were so called charitable , non profit organizations funded by the federal govt to support our elderly , When it came to Telstra they were GREAT !

@jriewolod @Telstra Doesn’t surprise me @Telstra are terrible at service I’ve been waiting for more than 6 months to be refunded, $1500 and more than 15 hours on The phone to be promised it was being sorted.. I’ve got more case numbers than phones number .. it’s appalling ..

@PairVeehal @Telstra @jriewolod No, they don't, but their online team can't solve issues and they can only help with case numbers that start with certain "numbers" Telstra is one of the worst companies to deal with, but at least they got in touch. Fingers crossed it can be resolved.

@jriewolod @Telstra Go to the ombudsman, Optus and I’m sure Telstra do too, have a special team who resolve more complex issues that are outside of the normal customer service capability.
