Frustrating! My emails are not loading off the server to any device! @Telstra when is this problem going to be fixed? Your network update seems to be neglected with no update since 10 August 😡😡

Oi @Telstra - hubby’s trying to preorder, gets to login step and it tells him he’s not authorised on his own account…to upgrade his own mobile (both his services are still showing up in his account)

@VodafoneAU For the last 4 days, network in CastleHill (NSW 2154) is terrible with multiple call & internet drop. Called 1555 only to find out planned maintenance 13-18 sep. No info to consumer. 1555 Customer rep (Natasha) disconnected. Poor service. Time to switch to @Telstra

@Telstra Hey team, there is no option to pre order iPhone 13 pro max. Can you help?

@DifficultNerd I once worked an 8 hour shift for AAPT where every call was from a customer screaming at and abusing me over a Telstra billing stuff up It was harder work than any of these nurses would be doing, even now. I did it for minimum wage.

It's utterly unfathomable how terrible the iPhone 13 Pro ordering process with @Telstra has been. I'm pretty close to just giving up at this point and switching to Optus after being a Telstra mobile customer for decades. The whole process has been woeful and doesn't work.

@UnwissendTas @Telstra That doesn’t sound correct. JBHIFI have it in stock through Telstra so… it’s most likely an error on their website. All other service providers have stock to pre order

Not only have I been with @Telstra over a number of years, never had an issue with getting a new phone, and now I’m asked to pay $1000 upfront because I can’t be trusted to pay the exact same amount I’ve been paying to you for the past 2 years???

@Filapek If I were to guess, perhaps during the period of Vodafail, when former Vodafone customers left in droves to join Telstra because of the constant congestion on the Vodafone network.

@Telstra Thanks Tori, yes it’s still a problem. Tried all normal troubleshooting with phone off, resets, etc. As sms works sometimes it seems more like a network thing, eg doesn’t like large photos (they’re not too large, just the same as I’ve texted for years).

@Telstra 1. Billed me $700 for someone else’s NBN 2. Admitted it was a ‘system error’ 3. Incorrectly disconnected my NBN 4. Kept on hold for 30 mins 5. Line cuts out 6. I call back ‘sorry our help line is closed’ Completely inept. A phone company that can’t call you
