@melbournefc MY new nbn doesnt work here on murray when its busy or out of power ( often!!?)? Landlines gone this year forever so must rely on telstra mobile network which is **** and expensive looking forward to your postcards and sorry couldnt help financially this year nothing spare atall

Frustrating! My emails are not loading off the server to any device! @Telstra when is this problem going to be fixed? Your network update seems to be neglected with no update since 10 August 😡😡

@oursharedvalues Doctors use faxes, and ours was connected to our @Telstra phone number. When the @NBN came along we were told our phone number would not support fax traffic. I was told to port that number to an efax provider. When the port cut over Telstra disconnected our internet....

@IanSamuels3 That's not the NBN then, paid WiFi dongle is perhaps with a network like Telstra or Optus. I get the NBN through a private company, it is 50 Mbps and limitless downloads, for $53.50/mth. Then you can see more than WIN, I see the world load of programs.

@Telstra Hi Shaz. Think I'll collate the information from today's calls and the plan upgrade from 2021 and email it through after checking the appropriate consumer law on the subject against the T's and C's of the plan that was recommended to 'fix' the issue.

Is anyone with @Telstra and having issues today? We can’t connect to the wi-fi at home and therefore unable to use Kayo or Netflix and the home phone (yes, we still have one) isn’t providing a dial tone. #Adelaide #Telstra #Help

@Telstra No I'm spot on... your service can't cope by your own admission. You're not providing what I pay for.... if an addition is needed to receive the service I pay for, then the cost is entirely on you...
