    @Telstra I’m not at my friend place their internet service was down entire day yesterday it was using Back Up 4G Speed 20mbps download 1mbps upload while Telstra NBN in my place is very slow as well I got 150mbps spose to have 250mbps.

    @Telstra The worst thing about social media community management is that quite often the company says “here’s how to tell us what you just told us using a different method”. No one likes that. It makes 0 sense.

    @bigjsl @Telstra also no other network/retailer has been able to give me the same setup for the same price (factoring in +1 Apple Watch and +2 data share SIMs). Telstra dropped it from their Personal plans a few years back, hence why I'm on Business now 👀

    Replied to a tweet about Telstra....within minutes got a text from them......have spent over 40 minutes at a time on hold when I ring...happy they replied to future maybe you should put your complaint on twitter much quicker service....

    @ZodmanPerth @Telstra So have you tried setting your modem to use an alternative DNS service like or - that way you can (possibly) rule out DNS. If it still doesn't work then the block is ip/route based.

    @webprofusion @Telstra Hey @NotionHQ me again. It's pretty clear there's a problem; I'm seeing reports of issues worldwide. Hopefully the info in this thread helps. It may be a configuration issue with CloudShare. I can reach other websites at the same IP on CloudShare. Let me know if I can help.

    @webprofusion @Telstra Finally got through to @Telstra again. They say it's a 3rd party issue and I should call a local IT Technician to investigate the problem. They refuse to get a Telstra technician to investigate and want me to pay for one myself. They are unable to escalate to a supervisor. 😡

    *slow clap* @Telstra 2 hours on chat, x3 factory resets and now internet connection issue ‘has been escalated to a Level 2 specialist’ Code for: we have NFI & pass it back to someone local. #telstrasux I feel a TCO compliant coming on.
