    @Telstra I spoke to someone in yr call centre (have a case #) who advised me to go to the store. In the end I paid a mall operator $140 to fix, it was going to takes hours and days that I didn’t have otherwise. Happy to invoice you.

    @Telstra Do you have by change an email or a working way to provide support for who is not able to create an account for it is number? I always charged using links from your SMSs, next time I will create the account in the shop. If still with Telstra.

    @Telstra To be clear, I didn’t renew stay connected for the replacement phone, however this is an Apple faulty device issue that you guys should have owned

    @Telstra No company can help. The phone system is *broken*. It’s like email. It was designed in a time before security was considered. The fact that it is possible for me to get a text *from my own number* should be embarrassing to telcos.

    @Telstra I am looking into other options. Optus offered to upgrade my connection via NBN while your service team lied to me and bullied me.
