    @mikeaubrey2 @AlphWilliams Can’t access NBN so stuck with wireless/ satellite even slower than NBN and costs us $300 per month for 70GB (includes phone) which is better than Telstra which was costing us $900 per month. Hard running a business with the slow speed & the costs Only 8km from Coffs 😣😡

    @Nowun6 @CaseyBriggs Yep agreed. Telstra still haven't sorted out the lack of 4G at my new house, despite insisting it's not a black spot and promising someone will call back. Each time we call they again say someone will call back. It's been going on since June. They are beyond terrible!

    @Malarndirri19 @Telstra Senator McCarthy, can I suggest contacting @andy_penn by phone and leaving him a message. He should have a senior account rep assigned to you and your team that can assist you. It may help cut through the Bots or call Centre based overseas. He is pretty responsive.

    @RNBreakfast @andy_penn @Telstra That is terrific. I have worked with many disadvantaged people who can only get prepaid phone deals, making it very difficult to speak to support services.
