    @mikeaubrey2 @AlphWilliams Can’t access NBN so stuck with wireless/ satellite even slower than NBN and costs us $300 per month for 70GB (includes phone) which is better than Telstra which was costing us $900 per month. Hard running a business with the slow speed & the costs Only 8km from Coffs 😣😡

    @Telstra We already had it connected but the cable came down off the house 🏡 and needs to be re attached it’s been down for about 4 weeks all your connections are for new connections etc .. we have everything modem etc just need the cable connected we also need the Foxtel satellite 📡

    @Telstra we have been trying all day to talk to someone about connecting the nbn cable that is taped to the power pole at the front of house 🏡 to our actual house? I would suggest you overseas call centre needs training we have 4 hang ups and 3 x call the number we can’t help??

    @DrewPfitzner @GribbleRC Yes it’s rip off compared to the city , think we are on 500gb with Telstra for $90 , have dual sim phone to try a get coverage and cel-fi boosters in house and a few vehicles. So much for a unversial service obligation, hate to be remote!

    @angharadyeo I yeeted to Telstra earlier this year cause I was sick of their website/app never working. That & the coverage was non existent only a hour out of a major city.
