And when one goes to the Telstra website to check what the possibilities are, every time you click a link to a new page you get kicked off the login and have to continually log on again and again and again. Who designs this stuff in 2022!

As if the cost of living hasn't already skyrocketed under this incompetent luddite govt. And Telstra force customers to include a VOIP phone - THAT NO ONE wants or needs. There is no choice! And being a longstanding customer stands for nothing anymore. /3

@Telstra , internet is key commodity in today’s digital work env... It’s been 3 days outage in our area & hampering our work badly. Why CS say v can’t guarantee internet service it’s written in contract ? Why such expensive plan w/o proper service ? Why 3 outage in a year?
