@Telstra HOW DO I GET MY old LANDLINE DISCONNECTED BY SPEAKING TO A REAL HUMAN? I have just had eye surgery and can’t “do” the app link you keep sending me after you hang up. Typing this has taken much squinting... Your 13 number has hung up on me 3 times now!

@Telstra I'm glad you agree that it's odd. I have tried MANY times and MANY hours on the useless chat trying to find a support agent that understood. One chat agent took 1.5hours just to respond to my answers of name and date of birth, & the total time spent on the chat was nearly 8hrs!

@Brad__73 @Telstra @andy_penn I agree. Perhaps Telstra needs to be held accountable for this substandard commercial behaviour. I’ve been two weeks without services that I’m paying full price for as a premium customer. Significant disruption to business. No remedy. No accountability.

@Telstra @edenjlee I'm a Telstra customer. Some of my worksites use Aussiebroadband, and that company seems to have no trouble providing staff via phone for technical support. How is it that the giant that is Telstra isn't able to do the same? Makes me want to leave despite 20 years with Bigpond
