Hi @Telstra - we were just refused service while trying to purchase a new phone at 4:14pm because the store was closing soon. At 5pm. Is this how you treat prospective customers? Not sure if you're aware but some people work during the day and can't come earlier.

@Telstra Brewarrina 2839 there has been no service to be able to contact faults. 3 whole days without any service has been difficult....no other service works out here.

@PRGuy17 I'm not a legal expert but I think you shouldn't have confirmed that you've received the email. I assume the judge cannot issue further orders to Telstra without making 100% sure that you're the sole owner of that account. Again, not an expert.

Dear !deity, it’s just too early in the morning to deal with the nonsense of @Telstra’s ordering system - that insists on using faulty address matching data, and doesn’t allow agents to override obvious errors.

@Telstra If you want one bill for your mobile services, bad news thats beyond Telstras capability

@mariewalsh18 @PetieWilliambil I'm with Aldi $25 a month, it's on the Telstra network, and I love it! SO much better than Optus.

@mariewalsh18 @Judanne @PetieWilliambil That is true, I have a phone with a Telstra Sim one with a Sim from ALDI Mobile and and a Amaysim Sim it is on the Optus network, they all work well in the city and suburbs but the Telstra one has better coverage in the country and is very good on global roaming overseas.

  • aroha_groves aroha groves (@aroha_groves) reported

@Telstra 3 days of no service is enough. Impacted assumes intermittant service, not 3 days and 2 evenings of absolutely no service.

@BetteMidler When Australia's "Telstra"(Biggest Telco)gave all the customer information to the Indians in an outsourcing agreement, the 1st thing the Indians did was onsell the database info to criminals. Now we're plagued by fraud & they target the elderly esp. with non-stop calls 24*7!
