@Telstra 8 years of frustration here. Currently NBN and backup internet service crap, 4.31 Mbps upload on the back dongle Wifi. If there was a disruption or slowing of the service you would think that you would send a bulk message to peoples phones to advise fault and fix?

@SwoopLuke @Optus Have family in Seaford, the reception with Optus is horrendous With Boost using the Telstra Network wouldn't look at Optus or anyone that uses the Optus Infrastructure

@Telstra With the new development of 117 dwellings down the road I don't think you have or will upgrade the infrastructure to cope with this as I do not think developers have to pay you or the NBN to deliver to the site as already existing, but needs upgrading, bandwidth.

@Telstra There was no complaint. She requested a plan upgrade. Was told it'd happen within 24 hours. Nothing happened. They then told her the upgrade is complete.

@Telstra She wants someone to speak to her directly. What do you want to be in the complaint? She just wants to speak to someone voice to voice about the upgrade. Telstra does know what a phone call is, right?

@matildablkprinz @DJSnM @Mattophobia Yep try and get reliable network in Sydney suburbs in Australia. I got starlink instead and so happy. Especially since the last batch of Sats went up the connection is more reliable than Telstra’s land network.

Your internet could speed up soon, with Telstra putting aside $1.6 billion for new infrastructure, ~What's another few billin for a ****** system running high speed fibre optics to slow speed copper wire?~
