How is it that signal bar says 5g or 4g at Sydney airport and at Sydney Olympic Park and cannot access proper signal? I'd be surprised if this tweet even gets through @Telstra . Don't tell me there's system overload when your system should cope with high usage in this day in age

@SimianPseudonym @Telstra Can you check your acct to see if it's gone out? We know it'll be a glitch in Telstra's billing system but might speed resolution if you have proof.

@Telstra Blackmailed into paying direct debit so that u can have internet in 24hrs then to be told by another it’ll take 3-5 days….. all lies for an existing customer who simply wanted internet at new address

@KoparaFallsKid @PeterLuxmore @PaulFletcherMP Tip. Look up Belong. If your phone is unlocked....they use the Telstra network (they are owned by Telstra). There are plans from $15 and up depending on data usage and international calls for $5 extra if you need them. You can request a SIM card free of charge. Works for DSP too

Is it easy to make changes to your Telstra account? No. Do Telstra ensure you are not billed for any services you no longer have? Also no. Are Telstra competent in providing simple and satisfactory service? **** no. Telstra make simple things very complicated. #telstra sucks 🤬

@sallymcmanus Yep, Beyond (Telstra) has essentially doubled the price of their prepaid basic mobile plans with no change in the service offering.
