@Telstra I do for billing. I’ve tried multiple ways to contact Telstra. Everything failed until my Twitter post. 02 9242 9213 failed twice then +61 439 125 109 your 24/7 International contact number for lost phones. Instead of help, I got a lecture that call centre was closed now.

It seems that we have to get a new order. Our @Telstra service can not be restored. The @NBN_Australia needs to be told to flick the switch again and this takes a veeeery long time. They were quick to switch off without notice but very slow to reinstate.

@Telstra Service was great, no complaints, but now it's gone. Frustration is with internet service removal without notice (not @telstra or @NBN_Australia's fault) and we're the ones who suffer. Then restoration date is so far away! NBN was supposed to improve productivity not reduce it
